   I have bought Videocon Microwave Oven, Model no VC 2800s in 2007 months back the door glass was broken from inside I made a complaint twice the complaint no. is (kol 120 7100 513), (kol 030 8100 436) the staff came after 7 days of my complaint and they took 20 days to mend that door glass and yet they haven’t set the door properly saying that there was a rod missing which they have given me when the door was opened but I know they are giving false statement they have given me only the glass plate and the roller and nothing else and I must say this is the most Pathetic Service I have ever met with and I would Personally suggest people not to buy this product who cant give proper Service to their Customer who is giving them the Business.

   I have bought Videocon Microwave Oven, Model no: EC3208SS it was repaired on 6/12/2010 once by the technician ,he told he will bring the parts in two days but yet not response I made a complaint twice the complaint. I make a call to service center 18004194040 he gave a referrence no: THE 3011100102 and he will send a technician but yet they haven’t took any kind of response. Please take action immediately.
