I am user of vehicle no. HR06AA1809 (Owner Name: Sanjay Goel) Swift Dzire Model 2012 purchased from Harisons Automobiles, Panipat. As I had raised a complaint regarding claim to be provided for the part named MUF Sensor which is not working after the car service was done just 2 days before.
When I collected the vehicle from Harisons Maruti Service Center dated 13th November 2018, I was told that they had carried out the full service and the required oil and filters have been changed. The bill that I had pay for it was Rs.9000.
On 14th November, one day after the service, the vehicle developed serious fault of break down due to damage of Air flow Sensor, making the vehicle unfit to drive.
According to me, the part is damaged due to entrance of water inside any electronic part of the vehicle during washing of car at the time of service.
The above fault indicates that it was a mistake of the service provider not mine. When I tried to explain my issue to Harisons automobiles, they refused to accept their mistake and also misbehaved with me. They have made a statement saying, “your part is out of warranty and had damaged casually.”
I am not satisfied with their statement.
I had purchased this vehicle in year 2012 and till now I have got all my services and necessary work of car done under Maruti Service Center. Also I had taken insurance service from Maruti Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd.
I want to get full claim of the damaged part and some kind of action should be taken on misbehavior done by Harisons Automobiles. If this kind of behavior will be continued then I’m afraid it will definitely affect the goodwill of Maruti Suzuki.
Please try to understand my problem and do the needful asap.
I have purchased one Maruti Dzire automatic car from Khivraj Automobiles, Mount Road, Chennai 11 months back on 04.10.2017. From the beginning the car driving was not smooth and comfortable although I have been driving the same.
I told the problem to the sales people about auto gear shifting which was not proper and also pick up of the vehicle was very very less as compared to my earlier Swift Dzire model. The dealer official made two / three test drives and made me convinced that the problem was due to first time driving of Automatic car by myself.
I was not at all convinced and again made representation to the dealer people who in turn took the car for thorough check up. Now, I am getting 5 th gear symbol 5D even the car runs at a speed of 40 KM/hr.
I am not at all satisfied about the car. In between two months back, the car developed a serious AC pipe leakage due to which the entire back seat was full of water. After giving a complaint, the dealer took the car and replaced the whole thing.
I dont know why so many problems are coming in a new car which was bought recently.
As on date the car was run only around 2900 KM.
One more serious problem occurred last week. I was really disappointed and surprised.
Last Friday, I came to office around 9.30 AM and parked my car inside our office parking area. After office hour, when I opened my car, I noticed Music system covering glass and Automatic gear base glass completely in a broken state. it was obvious that nobody has opened my car during office hour. I guessed , this breakage has happened due to poor quality of glass in the music system and gear base which were broken due to heat.
Immediately I took the car to Khivraj Automobile which was only 5-6 building next to my office. I have shown this to Mr Suresh , Sales Manager, Mob : 9941908629.

I met with an accident n after that i took my car to showroom to take claim for the same. Person who took my car had taken my no. for query in any, but than too the had given my fathers no. to surveyor, who was also not at all understanding, he indirectly said that we are ling, we are telling a fake story. After all this he passed may a parts to be replaced for which claim can be taken, but in my car not at all is done, basically my car is as before.
I asked them to take my car for service & after service also my car was in same condition as before. & when i asked what all is done in my car they replied me that sir aapne andar to bola ni aab hum kya bataye hume ni pata.
I Asked them to give my car as soon as possible as i have some problems & my grandfather is also not well & we have to take them to hospital, your people have nothing to do with problem of any customer. The told me that i’ll get my car at 10:30 in the morning, then they said at 1:00 pm & then they said 4:40 pm for sure even after that my car was handed over to me at 6:00 pm, after all this when i look to my car i was shocked by seeing what all is done with my car.
People of Karnal Motors have totally Harassed me alot. People of Karnal Motors have no value of customer & value of time & money.
I want you to take some strict action against them, or else i will take some action against all this & you, I have all the recordings of the same.

Really disappointed with the quality of the Swift VDI. Little over two years and 30k Kms, a major part is replaced by Service center. Best part is that car goes to Authorized service station in running condition and after few days we are informed that it is not working and replacement of part is compulsory and to add salt to this, we are informed that since we didn’t take extended warranty we will have to pay extra, wherein first place no one informed about extended warranty before this. This seriously undermines the value we associate with Maruti being the most reliable car brand and questions how much they value their customer?

I purchased Baleno (ZETA) in May 2016. From day one, I have two major problems with it. First was its poor visibility and second was poor pick-up. Before reaching to any conclusion I tested other baleno car having same model. There was a clear difference of pickup. When I complained about this, I was told that poor visibility is due to its design and can not be rectified. Two years and three services have been passed and nothing has been done to improve the pick-up. Every time assurance is given to rectify the same but all their assurance are good for nothing. In spite of this terrible experience, I recommended this car to my colleagues, relatives and friends; even to some strangers. But now I have given up my believe in MARUTI brand.
It happened for a reason. Recently on my complain, I got a call from service center followed by another call from Chandigarh office. They assured that this time all problems will be resolved. So, I went to nexa karnal. I lost all hopes when their service attendent made an estimate of 8000 without asking weather it is a petrol variant or diesel. I corrected him. They did not stop here. To my surprise, they put all the blame on 3-D foot mat for poor pickup. So, I removed it and observed no difference during test drive. My service was due; therefore, I asked them to do service hoping for some improvement. I also instructed them to notify me for any change of parts. Again, they changed a few without telling me. I told them whenever my car is washed; there is always a leakage of mud from spoiler (attached at the back of car top). Their untrained worker could not even open it, rather damaged it. My car was being treated as it is there for their training and practice. When I informed the service attendant, he didn’t responded rather smirked. At this point, I asked them to just do the service and return my car without washing. Then came the moment of day, last test drive and as expected I could not observed any difference in pick-up. But they are never out of excuses. Now, I was told that it might be due to some virus. I made the payment and returned back as I was not able to bear the sight of these irresponsible persons. No-one is accounted in these service centers. Even your feedback does not matter. In case of negative feedback with poor remarks, I suspect that they hide the feedback form.
For more transparent system, they should send you a scanned copy of your feedback form. I asked for the same after major service. However, my request was denied.
Today my colleague asked my reviews on baleno and I said don’t even consider this option.
SINCE DATE OF BOUGHT OF THIS CAR ( APRIL 2017 ), MORE THAN 10 TIMES, VEHICLE SENT AT BELOW CENTRE TO RESOLVE THE COMPLAINT , BUT NO RESULT COME OUT , NO REPONSE FROM ANY ONE INSPITE OF MANY VISIT AND CALLED , MAILED SENT to ATM Queue , BUT NOT GETTING FINAL COMEOUT AND EVERYDAY PASSED. MORE THAN 14 MONTHS PASSED , NO ACTION YET FROM YOUR SIDE . WE ARE NOT ASKING ANY BEGGING FROM YOU, ASKED TO REPLACE THE VEHICLE OR MODIFY THE PART WHICH REQUIRE . AS A CUSTOMER , IT IS OUR RIGHT AND YOU CAN NOT AVOID THE CUSTOMER . WE HAVE TAKEN SO MUCH PAITENCE , BUT WE THINK THAT YOU HAVE ASSUMED THAT CUSTOMER CAN NOT DO ANY THINGS . WE HAVE COMPLETE RECORD OF ALL VISIT AND COMPALINT WHICH CLEAR SHOW FAULT IN YOUR VEHICLE .

I am the owner of a New Dzire 2017 Model booked in June and delivered in September 2017 from your Raj Sneh Auto Pvt Ltd dealer at Garh Road Meerut Uttar Pradesh.

My car went for repair work of rear bumper on 5th June 2018 in Takshilla Maruti Suzuki Workshop Meerut under insurance cover I got my car on 7th June and found that my rear camera and sensors are not working I took it to the Takshilla Workshop for the free service on 10000 Kms on 13th June 2018 and also informed them about this issue They couldnt fix this issue and tried to charge high amount from me for the service of the car Disgusted at the situation I took my car to Garh Road workshop where they gave me assurance for all issues to be fixed. Thankfully I got my car on the same day and was functioning fine all this time until I came back to Dehradun where I live and work on 24th June 2018 Dehradun is famous for its monsoon and one 2nd July, 2018 while driving to work I heard weird sounds coming from the car so I checked and found there is water filled in the boot where Stepney is placed I removed that water for immediate fix and found water to be filled again on 3rd July as it rains here continuously I dropped my car to Rohan Motors Yamuna Colony Dehradun on 4th July 2018 with assurance of this water leakage and connected issues to be fixed They returned my car next day on 5th July 2018 and car was working fine until today 11th July 2018 when I found in morning while driving to work that its flooded with water inside car and boot trunk There was 7cm water filled below drivers seat I called Rohan Motors for assistance and it was their responsibility to fix this issue in which they failed miserably earlier Shivam Sharma from Rohan Motors who attended my car earlier came with one technician and one helper and tried to find the exact point of leakage and after struggle of almost 30 minutes got to discover the root cause But what all of them are missing in all this is and not trying to understand is the whole floor matting was being drenched in water for more than 10 hrs Even if you try to dry and clean it it will catch fungus and molds now with time that could be harmful for me and an extra cost which is actually caused by Takshilla Maruti Suzuki Workshop Meerut and Rohan Motors Dehradun personnels inefficiency to understand and fix the issues Also all the wires covered under the matting of boot trunk were also drenched in water which can cause non functioning of connected devices in car like rear camera I hold Maruti Suzuki responsible for the amount of time wasted and mental and emotional stress caused to me How many more days I will take leave from work and keep going to the workshops in hope of my car fully fixed and safe to drive All these problems are being faced for this 10 months old car I have all the reasons given by Maruti now to doubt the longevity of car and my association as a customer with you I do not believe that my car will ever return to its original working state

Subject: Request for Replacement of Defected Diesel Pressure Pump of Swift Car at Company Expense and Guarantee
I would like to bring the subject matter to your attention with the hope and confidence that it will be resolved by your approval, instruction/intervention.
I purchased a Maruti-Suzuki Swift car from one of your dealer Indus Motor located at Palakkad during the month of November 2015. Vehicle number is KL-8M-7540. Approximately one month back it began to show missing and starting trouble. One day it did brake-down at the middle of the road. We took the vehicle to a Maruti authorized dealer workshop BRD at Chavakkad to find out the reason. They scanned the engine and reported it is due to the failure/defect of Diesel Pressure Pump. In the investigation I could realize that many of the swift cars in our territory including my friends and relatives had same problem. Finally I could understand that it is a company recognized accepted manufacturing defect. It is a serious life threatening problem as the vehicle stops all of a sudden during heavy / peak traffic time. It is the global business practice of vehicle manufacturers that once a major manufacturing defect is detected / proven by technical test the vehicle will be recalled and replaced the defected part with new one at Company expense.
It is a globally acknowledged fact beyond doubt that MSIL is a reputed / trusted by millions vehicle manufacturing company. Therefore they should not have used technologically inferior quality parts for a nominal profit. This proves that MSIL does not have a technically qualified, efficient and experienced QA/QC expert engineering team responsible for diagnosing/detecting and rectifying manufacturing flaws and faults. This is why MSIL is miserably failing to manufacture reliable and durable technology based/applied parts as in the case of Diesel Pressure Pump. This is not an isolated case. Similar pressure pump failure incidents are widely taking place and reported by customers. This will indeed cause to crumble the customer confidence which will end up in eroding / deteriorating the image, integrity and credibility of the MSIL. Once the customer confidence is lost the sale will nosedive. As you are well aware Indian market is a vast play-ground of global vehicle manufacturers with cut-throat competion each other for existence. In the race to reach at forefront or at the minimum in a satisfactory point/position MSIL will fall far behind among its rivals. Furthermore, it is a serious / severe safety violation by deliberately/mindfully allowing hundreds and thousands of vehicles assembled / hidden with parts of manufacturing defect. There is high potential to take place loss of life and damage of property of passengers as well as public. Hence it is the onus/obligation of MSIL to recall and replace all vehicles manufactured with the defected part. Vehicle manufacturers have adopted / implemented this policy world-wide as part of fair business practice and ethics, and in strict compliance with the global safety measures / standards set by respective Governments.
Based on the above explained facts of sour experience I faced, you are requested to replace the defunct/faulty pressure pump with a new genuine, reliable and durable one at company expense and guarantee. Vehicle fuel either diesel or petro is as important as blood in human body and pressure pump is as critical human organ of heart valve that supply/circulate blood and sustain life. I hope the concerned authority/management will take a right / prudent decision in this regard. I am waiting for a prompt and positive response from your end. I hope my rightful and reasonable request will be met with your approval and instruct the concerned Dealer accordingly.

On 28th of June, 18, I met with an accident while driving my Taxi No. Ertica car, then I went to Prem Motors service centre where I kept my car after the discussion with Mr. Rohit( Advisor) who told me that car will be repaired within 10 days.I also submitted all the relevant details.
On 30th of June, 18, I received a call from Advisor( Mr. Rohit ) that I am not eligible for the car insurance as per the submitted details (Although, the insurance was done by Maruti itself). After that I went to service centre to meet with Advisor ( Mr. Prem ) to discuss the issue, in respone to my talk, his behaviour is very aggresive as well as non- responsive.Also, he abused me and try to threaten me.I was shocked to see such kind of attitude in your reputed service centre. The same was reported to the company Manager, but no action was taken.
So here I am requesting you to give me support and advice beacuse I am suffering a huge loss on daily basis. After all this Taxi No. Commercial Vehicle is my bread and butter.
Can I make a complaint to consumer court to claim my ongoing loss?

I had given my swift car for service on 19th June 2018 to your Adviser Mr.Nitin, after service I took my car from station, it was not clean properly due to late delivered I was not check properly and not complained it, next day I ignore it, but when I drive my car on 21st June 2018, I found some sound in my car, I came to your station on 22nd June 2018 for check-up, after long waiting Mr. Nagi check my car and inform me that sound come because which part change by the Rohan motors in service on 19th June 2018 not fitted properly , as he told me we resolve the issue with in 10 mints , I wait Half an hour when nobody done it , then I want to work managers cabin but both managers busy in internal discussion they said AAP WAIT KAROO ABHI HO JAYEGE , I came back again at your workplace where my car handled by the mechanic after follow up 2:30 Hour with team then resolve the problem. I visit again managers cabin I told both of the managers about it they reply me HUM KYA KAR SAKTE HAI SAMEY TO LAGTA HAI.
Now you tell me should I come again for service as per these conditions?

This is to bring in your notice that i have given my Maruti Wagon R to service center for regular service and the car airconditioner was not cooling. The representative attended the problem and they did the normal servicing and for AC they checked GAS leakage testing and done a AC gas top up and finally they gave me the vehicle and the bill amount was 13354 RS Date of servicing was 20 April 2018.Now as on date today 16 June 2018 from past 5 to 6 days i am facing a problem the seat near to driver floor is getting wet , when i contacted Maruti service center guys and told them that the floor is getting wet and is because of AC water coming inside, they inspected the vehicle and told me that its not because of AC they told that you mite have taken the vehicle from water and the water is coming from bottom and you need to change the complete floor and stuff which would be around 50000 RS. Now i have just one question there is no rain in Gujarat how come water enter from bottom.Second if it was from bottom it should have been dry in 2 to 3 days, but it is not the case it is still wet why.When i have taken a third opinion Just showed vehicle outside they are telling me its because of AC.Service center has charged me around 5000 RS for repairing the AC and now instead of solving that problem they are insisting me to change the complete flooring.This is the kind of service we are getting in service centers.Kindly look into this or i need to take some serious actions.

I bought Maruti 800 Green from Nanda Motors, Gandhinagar on 15th April , 2018and got delivery on 16th April, 2018 and sold my Chevrolette Spark to them for 75,000 on 15th April. They told me to deposit Rs 10,000 for security, which they’d give me back when I give them NOC from the finance company Capital First. I’ve given them the NOC yet I’ve not got my Rs10,000 back. They’re saying that RTO will send an RC book of my old car to my home, though it has been sold to somebody else and I’ll get my Rs 10,000 back only when I give them my old car’s RC book.
Another, concern I have is the disparity between the amount I paid to them and the amount shown on the invoice. The amount I transferred to them using net banking was 369,677 plus my old car worth 75,000. However, the invoice shows Rs 339,984 only. I need written invoices for the other charges Nanda Motors have taken from me. Besides, though I was told that I’d get petrol worth 500 in the new car, it hardly had 2 liters of petrol. I am sure that neither Maruti Udhyod Ltd nor Suzuki Ltd promotes such fraudulent practices.
Maruti is such a trustworthy name among clients but giving a dealership to such a dealer is highly likely to tarnish the company’s name. I’d like you to urge Nanada Motors Gnadhinagar to pay my dues i.e. Rs 10,000 and provide me with invoices for all the other charges they’ve levied on me. I hope you’ll resolve this problem so that I need not go to consumer forum.
31st May 2018 my Maruti Celerio ZXI AMT vehicle was stopped on my way and it was not at all starting. Finally My wife called the helpline, Garuda Autocraft person came pretty late and informed that the battery is dead and hence not starting. He clearly informed that its battery problem and asked get it replaced since it is under warrantee. Car was registered on 16 June 2017. driven 7650kms. Always given for service to only authorized service centers. Now the battery is dead within warrantee time. Service person who came to pick the car on 1st Jun 2018 told that the battery will be replaced and informed to my wife Annapoorna that it takes 3 to 5 working days as perMaruti Suzuki service Service Level Agreement! They also took copy of RC book in the evening of 1st June and informed us that once we get approval from Maruti Suzuki to replace the battery, the same will be done! After 3 working days, when followed up for delivery with Bharath with mobile No 7349250792, Bharath told us that Maruti Suzuki is yet to approve the battery replacement and he will deliver it today with new battery after getting mail approval. However today when followed up with Bharath, he guided us to Naveen who is Service Manager with mobile No 9740985319 who told me that old battery will be repaired and given by local vendor who took time! then why wrong communication by Bharath? Now if the battery is dead before warrantee, repairing it for a while to cover the warrantee period is not a proper service to customer. I need battery completely being replaced. Also does it takes 3 to5 days SLA to replace a battery with Maruati Suzuki? they also told that Maruti Suzuki Service people does not work on Saturday and Sunday Is that true? Did I made a mistake of buying a Maruti car if this is called best service? I do have Honda City and Hyundai Getz where I get treated really like a real customer and no cheating like this. do I get a justice to my questions and proper service? So that I can continue as customer else I need to question these in consumer court as appropriate for delivering poor quality product to customer.

Subject: Wrong Diagnostic of issue leading to loss of Warranty Period
This is Reg. Swift Dzire VDI Reg. No. UP 16 AU 0080 , Since last month I have been experience loss of power/Pckup within the first 10 Kms running and eventually leads to Engine stall . car doesn’t start for next 20 – 25 mins . this issue was reported to Rahul Motors ( A-59, Sector-80 , Noida ) on date 17th April 2018 when my car was under the warranty. They clean the Air Filter cleaning and intercooler Filter Cleaning, I went as per advise and got it done (invoice No. : 001/BR/18003004 , Job card no.: JC18004255)(amount 649) . I didn’t have chance to drive the car enough .Next time when I used my car the same issue was experienced. So I took my car again back to the service station on 24 April 2018 and complaint about it, they clean the Air Filter with pressure air and promised it will be fine. In addition to this I was also advised to get the care polished for which they again charged me Rs.2200/- .
Net day 25 April 2018 .I again visited the service station and complained the same issue of power loss /Pikcup issue and this time they advised that the Sensor Ass. needs to be changed and since it was not available at that time and it will take 8-10 days to be delivered so I was advised to take my car back and come back later .
On 12th May 2018 , Sensor was in stock and I was asked to come and get it changed , this issue also was reported before the warranty got expired and Sensor change was to be fixed under warranty and I was never told of this.
All this time Warranty of my car was still inforce. Warranty got expired on 6th May 2018 (purchase date 7th May 2014).
I was in touch with Rahul motors all this time and on 12th May 2018 they asked me to bring the car in for Sensor Ass. Replacement along with that they also advised me get the car serviced and change the relay for stop the car automatically. I paid for all what was suggested and Rs. 11085 was paid (Invoice No. 001/BR/18003301, Job card no.: JC18004560) .
Net Day again I faced the same issue and between 17th April 2018 till 26th May 2018 , I visited the service station more than 10 times for the same issue , they kept telling me that it is either Cache problem , sensor problem , Filter cleaning . But issue was never resolved and they never open the job card for this they just clean the memory by machine off the records.
On 27th May 2018 , I visited again and they asked to leave my car till next day as they said their Senior engineer is not available . During this time they also cut a lot of sensor cables for Research in front of me and they said we are checking the current supply and next day they called me to update that I would need to get the ECM and Power lines replaced. that would cost around Rs.25000 in total which I am supposed to pay as now after waiting a lot of valuable time my car is out of Warranty .Had my car was properly diagnosed initially I don’t have to pay this avoidable expense
I would like to bring to your notice that I have been a loyal customer of Maruti , Always got my car serviced at authorized Maruti service station on time , never ignored any advice from service advisor and also got the Car warranty extended at the time of purchase . If you want pls check my all service records.
I would request you to kindly consider my situation and allow me to get this issue resolved as Maruti does for cars under warranty condition at that time because I was already informed in maruti workshop when my car is under warranty and Rahul Motors cheated me on this issue.

I am Mangesh Shinde and i am your customer since 2008. I have bought maruti 800, ritz, celerio and ciaz since i have started using cars. Never thought of any other company other than of yours. Right now using ciaz that i bought in aug 2016. Since i am a tall person..am facing some knee pain issues for ciaz. Hence i thought of buying back breeza against ciaz. Accordingly i contacted your dealer chowgule industries satara. The person named “sagar detke” came to me for valuation of ciaz with another person who was supposed to tell the valuation of car. They took photos of car and the documents and told me that they will contact later for telling the valuation. But they did not contact me for 2 days after that. Then i contacted them and i was shocked to know that they decided the valuation of my car only 6 lakh rupees. Which according to market value is not at all appropriate. Then i requested them that i wanted to contact the head for true value dept. They said that they will ask the head to contact me. But i didn’t receive any call for 3 days from them. So i contacted mr. Sagar detke and he gave me the contact for head of true value dept. “Mr. Pramod ghadge”. For 1st two times he avoided to talk by saying he was busy. Then 3rd time i asked him as why was the valuation of my car so less…then he replied that it was the maximum they could do the valuation. So i asked them to give me in written but they refused to do so. I want to know that is this your company policy that you dont give valution in written??? Moreover, He said he will call me back the next day..but have not received his call till now.
I m your customer for last ten years and never expected this kind of service from your side. The calls are not answered properly . Neither i receive calls from your side when i am assured of that. Private valuators give 8.5 lakhs valuation where as your valuation is just 6 lakhs. Where does this difference stand?? And 6 lakhs is surely not a genuine value of my car. This way you are just degrading your company’s name and value.
I want the true valuation of my car as per the market value. Also i would like to have it in written from your side. Moreover, i want to know the reason behind why did mr. Pramod ghadge refused to give me the valuation in written.

I am Vinod Mody writing from Mumbai, I have Wagon R CNG model MH02 CZ9370, I have taken MPS contract from dealer Spectra Motors.
Also I have taken extended service warranty of additional 2 years after extended warranty from Maruti suzuki got over and there are few coupons of service given by Spectra Motors as a complimentary on taking motor insurance from them.
Past one month all the service centres of Spectra Motors are closed.
I am not able to get my car serviced, please suggest whether the above details of MPS, extended warranty of Spectra and the complimentary coupons can be used at other Maruti service centre.
What alternative arrangement is made for the customers of Spectra Motors for servicing.

I gave my car on 10th of March but till today I didn’t receive my car. More than Two months has been passed ..
They always try to postpone the matter by making a false promise.
They always promise that they will call me in 5 to 10 mins for revert back but they forget everything very soon. Only I have to call all the time .
On 5th of may I visited the workshop again. I was very much depressed from ur side even that day ur manager again told me that he will call me back in 10 mins … So I visited the workshop after 2 hours ….
Then I met with ur general manager of competent. He promised me that he will give me some other car so that I will not suffer anymore.
That day I came on my vehicle. So I couldn’t take that car.
Then the manager again made a false promise that He will provide me the car whenever I need . But I have to inform them 1 day before .
Then on 7th of may I had words with ur manager that please arrange a car for me …. I am facing very much problems…. Then he told me that he will give me on next day i .e . On 8th of may …….
Till that day I am talking with the manager but till today they are giving me goli again and again….

Dear Maruti Team,
l am a 12+ year old customer of Maruti. Yesterday (10 May 2018) I have got a new Ciaz Alpha Petrol MT.
When I connected my phone using bluetooth with car the phone call feature and playing saved music in my phone using car speakers worked perfectly.
But today when I was returning fromm office I connected the phone again using bluetooth. I made several phone calls and then started music on me phone. But the voice was only coming out of phone speaker and not car’s. Infact it was not allowing to even choose bluetooth option in Media selection.
I even went to a NEXA dealer but here also we could not rectify it. No matter how many times we tried to Pair, Un-pair, Forget/Remove the attached device and then again search and pair. We tried many combinations like these switching bluetooth off and on many times. Even we restarted the phone several times.
All the time only calling feature was working and no music could be played from car speakers by playing on my phone.
Request you to please guide and help resolve this issue ASAP.

I own a Maruti Swift Dzire purchased from Hindustan Auto Agency, Ramgarh Cantt. I approached your above workshop on 27 Feb 2018 for one of the insurance claim of rear bumper & backlight. I was told to get the veh at wkshop, get the parts demanded & get replaced once parts arrive only after Holi. It took almost a month for parts to arrive at a Showroom which Sell hundreds of vehs in a month. Once parts finally arrived, Veh was taken to wkshop on 31 Mar 18. Now it’s been 4 days, veh still not repaired. It is a clear case of high headedness of staff at Hindustan Auto Agency due to monopoly of the Agency. You must look into the matter & may like to consider opening another Wkshop to break monopoly.

I had given my car SWIFT DZIRE (TN38 BR 4320) for service on 11/6/2017 at AADHI Maruti, Sathy road, Coimbatore. The invoice no. is BR17004729.
The company representative took the car for service and when the car was delivered back, i noticed a dent on the left front door. We as customers trust and give the car for service at the authorized palce , but proper care has not been taken to handle it properly. This shows the poor quality of service on the company’s side.

From the past 8 years, I am getting service done from your authorised service centre in Narayana. Mr Sarkar, the customer care manager has been of great help.
But this time when I got the service done for my car DL7CD6537, I got horrible experience. I got the delivery after 8:00pm. On the way back from the service centre, I noticed the petrol tak is touching empty scale. Almost 10 ltres of petrol was taken out at the service centre.
After two days of the service, doors stated creaking and there was creaking sound whenever I started the car. I made a complaint to Mr Sarkar, he sent the person who said the belt got lose so he corrected that. Again after 3-4 days the same noise was coming, I made a complaint again and again the same person was sent, he said it is AC belt which is creating noise. I don’t know how he worked that next day there was stinky smell of gas leakage and water started coming inside, to the extent that nobody can sit next to the driver’s seat.
I made a complaint again but past two weeks nobody responded. Mr Sarkar has been telling me to send SMS with the details of my car but unfortunately it is not working out.
I am quite disappointed with the service provided to a person who goes all the way from Shalimar Bagh to Narayan(past 8 years), in the hope of good service is getting no response. what is the point of showing loyalty towards Maruti when they cannot even provide satisfactory service.
I appreciated Mr Sarkar’s efforts all through and always feel that he has been instrumental in retaining customers like me by providing excellent service but this time I am quite disappointed.
Please look into my matter asap as for females it is very difficult to drive on road with a vehicle which is creating troubles.
I have bad experience at Popular Vehicles and Service PVT.L.T.D. Angamaly in Kerala.I am having Maruthi Swift VXi.Vehicle Registration number is KL-42.M.1668. When i gave for first service my car informed them some sound when i am driving. But when i get back my vehicle the sound was as it is. Past second free service, still same issue. I am asking for what purpose they are taking the vehicle for service?. For only water wash? .After one month unfortunately i opend bonnet and found the engine oil was below low level mark. With in these time even they did not check oil quantity and quality. I raised complaint on this.Still no one come to check my vehicle. Then myself top up oil private oil changing station. I have video clip of that i can present in front of you .This vehicle past seven month only. With in these period engine oil very black colour and below lower level of engine, I can not imagine. Kindly inform to them check my vehicle properly and sort out these issues as soon as possible.
i have been a Maruti Customet for 10 years and i am feeling cheated at the hands of Maruti and Stan Auto Pvt Ltd Ludhiana Punjab. I have given my car Ciaz VDI for rear bumper replacement and digy repair on 29th March.When i reached at workshop for delivery i found scratches on new bumper and the quality of denting painting was worst in class. Dealership accepted their fault at assured me corrective work in next 24 hrs. Next day when dealership staff came to deliver vehicle it has dent on left quater panel and scratch on left door which was not their when i left the vehicle for repair. Now the Stan Auto is admant on the fact that dent and scratch was their earlier and it ia none of their fault. I have lodged complaint with Maruti customer care 4 times but the compalints git closed without any call/ consultation with me.If you guys can share with me email id of some one senior it will bw big help else i will bw left with the only option od going legal against Maruti and Stan Auto.
I am Dr. P.T. Saleendran and I purchased Maruti Suzuki Ertiga (Reg.No.TN99E 7620) from ABT Muruti, RS Puram, Coimbatore on 27.7.2016. The car is very comfortable and good. After the second service from ABT Muruti, Coimbatore, my friend came to see the car as he want to buy a similar one. While sitting at the rear seat, he brought to my notice the rear left side arm rest is damaged which is not visually apparent. When we give pressure we can notice it. I waited for the third service and during the 3rd service I brought to the notice of the service center. We said to service center that the damage was not by us as my children only sit in the rear seat and it is impossible to get damage. They accepted and said that they will mail to the head office and thereafter correct it. Later they said that the Head office rejected it and the repairing cost should be borne by the costumer. They also claim that the customer should ensure while they purchase. Sir, I want to bring to your attention that it is impossible to find the breakage with the naked eye. We can only feel when we give pressure. The damage is not on our part. It should be a manufacturing defect or during the transit. It can never happen by us as we only rest our arm. By resting the arm it can never damage the hand rest. If you feel that it occurred by placing the hand, then the quality of the product is questionable. Sir, I can ensure that the occurrence of damage is not by us, and I request you to kindly inform the Maruthi Service center, RS Puram, Coimbatore, to correct the defect. Thanking you.
Sir, I had bought Maruti alto 800 lxi CNG four months back from rohan motors mukandnagar ghaziabad . registration number UP14CF -6294 I have informed them many times that am facing some noise problem in the car since from the day of delivery and on every service my two free service is done but no treatment is given till now to resolve my complaint. I have even register complain on customer care centre with a hope I will get some assistance but around 2 months has gone and no one tries to hear my problem. I have booked Maruti Ritz model vxi color: granite grey, on date 11th sep with an exchange of wagonR for rs, 1,80000 along with the full payment of rs 3,70000 on the same particular day. The dealers have informed us to deliver the vehicle on next week as the color was not available which they refused to deliver later on and postponed it to 25.09.14 as the vehicle is in transit, but again they could not deliver us the vehicle on that day, and postponed it to 28.09.14 informing that the vehicle has not reached from transit, now they have informed us that they will only be able to deliver the vehicle on 10th October due to the delay by Maruti Suzuki Company.But today I got a call from the Maruti Suzuki Company (ph no.911204635400) enquiring about the feed back of the car which they delivered on 25th sep 2014. But the car has not yet being delivered. I would like to know about the details regarding the car as early as possible. I did not expect such a great delay even after paying the full amount on the same day of booking from such a reputed company like maruti, I would like to inform you that if I am not getting A proper reply in time from your end I will approach the Consumer Court. Please do the needful as early as possible.

I booked Alto K10 Vxi on 9th Sept. 2014. Your dealer committed to give delivery on 26th Sept. 2014.
I cleared all payment on 23rd Sept. 2014. Once I cleared all payment your staff stopped all communications. Even I strived to get acknowledgment of receipt of payment which was done in to dealers account.
For us Maruti Suzuki means the staff present in your show room. Their commitment means Maruti Suzuki’s Commitment. Your staff means (Maruti Suzuki) gave commitment to give delivery at 4 PM on 26th Sept. 2014. After taking follow-up from my side your staff communicated that delivery time has been changed from 4 to 6 Pm. same story repeats and after taking follow up from my side they communicated hat delivery time has been changed from 6 to 8.15 Pm. So I reached to your showroom along with my family for delivery, at that time your staff told me that Alto K10 Vxi is still not available but one driver left Solapur by taking my car & you will get home delivery at 10.30 PM at any cost. But unfortunately they did not deliver my car.
With this worst experience my perception about Maruti Suzuki is
1) Maruti Suzuki is not following any given commitments.
2) Maruti Suzuki people are very poor in communication.
3) Maruti Suzuki people requires to undergo through behavioral training.
I purchased Ertiga ZDi from Sai Service Ltd. Pune in October last year.
At that time (Dussera festival) Maruti was offering Silver Coins on purchase of Car.
While booking Ertiga, I bargained with the Sai Service about free accessories. They offered me only Mats.
I asked them not to give me mats but give me basic Reverse parking sensor instead, which costs approx. Rs.1000 more than mats.
Since I insisted on it they said yes to it. But while getting delivery they didn’t give any coins saying since we have provided you reverse parking sensor so we won’t give you coins.
It was hilarious. This kind of behavior is really hopeless to argue with. This should have been told before booking Car and not at the time of delivery. This is purely cheating on part of Sai Service, Pune.
While servicing also they try to put many unnecessary things to increase the cost. In last service they said PUC is needed, and in bill they charged Rs.160 for Rs.50 PUC. Issue is not about Rs.160 or Rs.50 but the way you are looting customers. This is one of the cases I have faced and many more heard from my friends about this kind of behavior from Sai Service.
Sir we had a bad experience from your dealer disterbuter which is in kalyan agra road ,
we had a acess 125 , we had send that vehical for the service that guys had not informed us that the wireing is not proper ha had make some normal work on that and today when i received my vehical from the service centre within the 20 mins the wireing cauth the fire .my vehical no is mh 05 z 9489. at that time my wife was driveing that vehical with the blessing of god she is save .and they are cheeting to the customer when i handover the vehical to service centre they saied the cost will be 1300/- and they had chared me 1800/-. this is also a wrong thing.

sir we have booked a new car Maruti ciaz at your dealer kataria automobiles, piplod, surat, gujarat. We gave a cheque of rs 25000/- to the dealer on 05/09/2014, and documents on 06/09/2014 morning. He asked us to take receipt on 18/09/2014 dated 10/09/2014. And now the executive is giving excuses saying that he was busy in an event so he was not able to book the car on the same date. Even they are refusing to give the allotment number. Sir please solve our problem, as we are your customers since 9 years, and we need that car as early as possible. I’ve bought a new car Alto K10 music edition last oct 2013. There was a kit music edition fixed were spoiler was one of the attachment to my new car. Well things were smooth n fine. My first service and my third service was done at malleshwaram its was done good. In btw second service was not great at hebbal. Days passed by.. one day my spoiler just fell off.. gave it to te service station.. they fixed it with some kind of glue.. actually even at te first time they wud ve done te same. once fixed.. again it fell off..I had taken it to te place were te car was delivered since te showroom staff asked me to go there to get it attach it.later was there staffs fixed it with drilling in and attaching it with screws something. For my shock te staff painted my spoiler with permanent black marker n with carbon paper he was colouring te spolier. Reason said, madam each time u keep driving te spolier gets loosened n thats te reason it fell off. Especially wen droven on humps n pot holes..
first of all when asked the staff why wasnt this fixed before they replied saying we dont know why this was done.
If this continous and fall again in so sure to go out there n give away the spolier which was fixed n pull up a fight n file a case. Its not even been a year.
so each time it keeps falling I need to rush to te service centre n if it breaks each time I need to spend 5k on it.
utter shame on tis kind of service.

I had very bad experience at Kalyani Motors , White field Bangalore.
I am having WaganR when i gave my car for first paid service they have charged me around 10k saying they have changed all Oils and service charges.
But after taken back car unfortunately i opened baneet and found that coolent oil was below mark i raised complaint on this then they send service engineer to my doorstep and he accepts that it was less and by mistake it happens and that day only he will fill the oil.
But after that one week over that guy is not picking the call as well he didn’t fill oil.
Now i have doubt whether they will fill engine oil properly or not as they charged me around 3600/- for that.
VERY BAD SERVICE AT KALYANI MOTORS

This is a formal complaint against S. K. Wheels and Maruti Suzuki Ltd.
I have bought my Wagon R from one of Maruti Suzuki authorised dealer, S. K. Wheels Pvt. Ltd. on 29th August 2014. The entire payment has been made in full. I was asked to pay Rs. 10,000 as booking amount initially, which I did on 8th July. For problems beyond my control I could not take the car delivery anytime sooner, hence needed the car delivered on Ganesh Chaturti.
I was promised that I shall be getting the registration number within Four Days. It has been 15 days and I have not heard anything so far. Mr. Anil and Mr. Bhagat Sidhu from S. K. Wheel’s Andheri (w) office (opp. Citi Mall) first told me at the time of delivery that number will come within Four Days i.e. by Thursday 4th September. Then on the 4th September, I get to know that there was some paper that was suppose to come from Maruti Suzuki, since its a CNG car, had not arrived and hence the entire delay in the process. By now the every time I had called, all I get to hear is that the “paper” has not come from Maruti Suzuki and hence the entire process is on hold. During this entire process I am the one who has been constantly following up and checking on the process. Couple of days back Mr. Anil commits and promises to me saying that the number should be arriving on the Thursday 11th September. And unlike all false promises, this was one was one of them, I still dont have the registration number.
During this entire process I received a call from someone from either S K Wheels or Maruti Suzuki asking me about my experience. I informed that lady too that I had not received my registration number, she said that she’ll check and get back. And as you can guess it right, no phone call, no action has been taken. I am pretty sure the call was conveniently closed with a false remark, customer being satisfied.
This car is my first car and the entire car buying excitement has died a slow death. I am unable to drive the car, its just lying in my garage for the past 15 days running a risk of getting stolen. All I do is start the car and and switch it off so that their is no damage to the battery. I feel extremely helpless and angry for being treated this way by S. K. Wheels and Maruti Suzuki.
I am reasoning with my own self that why would Maruti Suzuki not send the relevant papers at the time of delivery with the car to the dealer?
Why was not i told that it would take 15 day or more to get the registration?
Why was the car delivered and what good is it doing standing in my garage for the past 15 days?
I had shown interest in purchasing the car almost a month back hence paid the 10,000 on 8th July, what was the S. K Wheels or Maruti Suzuki doing all this while with my money in their accounts? They could have easily started the process and ensured that the car was delivered to me with the number on Ganesh Chaturti. Last but not the least why the fake promises? Is’nt there any process or someone who can be held responsible for this bad behavior.
I hope this email reaches the relevant department and corrective actions are taken.
