On 4th oct18 I purchased vehicle from your dealer crescent , sector 14 guru gram Datsun go with registration no DL 26DJ 7853 Unfortunately the vehicle has not been satisfactory as the mileage is too low.
The mileage problem I had been highlighted from day one but I was told by your dealer workshop & service center that once the engine oil gets changed after 5k kms the mileage will automatically improves but after that also there is no improvement in mileage.average mileage coming is 11- 12 kms when I was purchased that time he told me you will get the average approx 17kms now today again I was visit nissan service center and he told me some one given wrong information to you in city u will get max 12kms

I have already send the mail regarding my vehicle (Sunny XV) 11th May 2017 and again send the gentle reminder on 15th May 2017, but still I am waiting for revert.
Owing to the reputation of NISSAN I bought Nisan car in May 2014 after giving up my loyalty to MARUTI whose cars I was using for more than 10 years without any hiccups. But my first experience with you is very terrible and horrifying. I am feeling cheated.
I bought NISSAN Sunny XV –DL 1CQ 9663 in MAY 2014 (Chassis No. MDHBDAN17D6034370 , Engine No –E035941) which run on approx. 54,000 kms. During my usage I followed all instruction and taken care of my car by getting it timely serviced In NISSAN authorized service center, you can verify the same in your record.
On 19th April 2017 my car stopped abruptly, this incident happened just after 14 days of last car servicing. When I took my car to authorized service center M/s. Sparsh Nissan, Dwarka, New Delhi they handed over the estimate cost of repair of Rs.2.25 Lac and a list of fault and component required to repair it.
Here what make me worry is that after the running of 54000 kms and continuous services from authorized service center how such a big damaged happened to your car. It can happen only in following condition that –
Either you sold a substandard car
Or
Your service center is fooling me
In both the case you are responsible as It is unacceptable to me to pay such a huge repair cost for a substandard product or services offered by you.
Kindly address my concern
Or
If you will compel me to bear the cost then I will left no choice except to inform others about the quality of your product and services using social networking platform like Facebook and WhatsApp.
I expect my real time experience with your product will influence would be customers opinion better than your advertisement.
GET MY CAR REPARIED AT YOUR COST, if your will not address my concern or I will explore all possible options with in consumer laws.
I would like you to kindly look into the matter and would appreciate your action in this regard ASAP
