I will never ever think of purchasing Kent product anymore , as after sales support are worst,as franchaise Service center are sending roadside technician
for issue troubleshooting.My Service request #180719-07961 with Kent and further complain (##RE-2101##) is still unresolved.
My Kent Filter was giving alarm but purified water was comming as usual, for which I logged service request#180719-07961 with Kent,
the technician came , and without any diagnosis , replaced all 4 filters and took Rs 4000.Soon after the same alarm sound came
and then he started his troubleshooting and found the adapter(SMPS) was actually faulty which triggered the alarm sound.He replaced the SMPS and taken Rs 950.
I raised complain (##RE-2101##) for the poor diagnosis capability of the dumb technician for which my good filters was replaced and I have been wrongly charged Rs 4000.
Still I am struggling with Kent Support for settlement.

This is to inform you regarding my previous mail about the motor that was not functioning properly , yesterday i.e 25 April 2017 received the call from Area Service Executive Mr Diwaker singh (mobile -9599936622) and he assure me that I have been provided with new motor but no technician has come yet to put it in place and the executive has not been receiving call since yesterday evening .

This is bring to your notice that our Pearl Water Purifier water motor not functioning properly , yesterday a technician of your had come and he took away the motor now they are saying buy a new motor but motor is not auto cut i.e after the max. level achieve and start overflowing ( This is repairable) .
I also taken the AMC service ,When your AMC was sold it was promised that the motor will be changed.
The executive are not receiving the call now and not returning the old motor which was taken by technician , it is very difficult to manage without water and my father is Cardiac Patient.
Plz look into the matter and do the needful.

I had purchased a Kent Grand Plus Mineral RO from Aqua Plus RO System , Shop no 74 , 3/62 , C4 Taluk office Road , Hosur 635109 on 23/01/2013. The RO stopped working recently and I called the shop from where I had purchased the purifier. They sent a technician on 6th January 2014 who said after checking that the choke of the UV was bad and they have no spare in the shop and to contact your office so that you can send a technician with the spare part or send the spare part to the shop. The serial no of the purifier is KR 120802102. Another technician came after few days and the choke he had brought was for older model and was not fitting this purifier and he removed and took this choke as a sample. On 21/01/2014 a new technician without any spare part and by passed the uv system to make the RO in working condition but without the UV system. The people I contacted was first the shop from where I had purchased i.e AQUA PLUS RO SYSTEM , TALUK OFFICE ROAD HOSUR 635109 TAMIL NADU AND TEL NO 9003853119 . THE last technician came from EVERGREEN SERVICES HOSUR TAMIL NADU TEL NO 08754124980. As I live in this apartment for short period of time I would like to know what are you going to do to make the UV system working. Kent after sales service is very pathetic and i would not recommend this product to any one after my experience.
I bought a Kent Grand in February.In the second week of April, the unit stopped functioning. We were not getting any purified water, however the rejection water was just flowing resulting in water loss.
I have raised a complaint with Kent authorised service agency (Harinidhy enterprises) in bangalore on 29-Apr. Inspite of me repeatedly calling them no body has turned up for service for the last 8 days and it is very disgusting.
I write this with utter disgust that I can fed up and unhappy with the pathetic after sales service of Kent service provider in Kolkata.
I have definitely made a mistake in buying the product over Aquaguard.
My machine is giving thousands of problems & the service partner Jyostna was not at all concerned. They used to delay till 3 – 4 days to attend the problem.
I complained the local Regional Head Shankar Banerjee, However he shifted me to Axis service provider. Later, it was discovered that the RO is faulty & needs immediate replacement. Its now 4 weeks the complaint is lodged and every time I call them I get a response that by tomorrow it will be done. Machine is still in warranty and the term gets over in next 15 days. So, I am sure all are waiting for the bounty money as they have got the product free from the company but would charge me to earn the money.
Isn’t this sad!!! Isn’t this the reason why we deny to go out of track and support an organization.
No one is helping, Regional head Shankar Banerjee took my details but didn’t do anything.
I am left helpless to understand that Kent is not a customer friendly organization.
Please note, I am having local water since weeks in spite of paying so much for the product.

I purchased KENT RO Grand and since last 9 months have been following up for support.It’s
unprofessional organisation – FIRE TECHNOLOGIES, pls. do not buy or deal with them.
They charge Rs. 400 for every visit and do not provide AMC as well.
The thing that irks me most about Kent is the fraudelent activites they carry on under the guise of aftersales services via service partners.The machine has required regular spares change since within 1 year of my purchase. Troubled with regular replacement, I signed an AMC with ‘Cent Percent Services’ who claim to be the official service providers of Kent in Thane on 19th Feb 2013.
In the 1 month since my machine has already broken down thrice. On each occasion the service agent has changed a different part, yet original problem remains. Today after having looked at the customer price list, I am absolutely and utterly disgusted to note that I have been overbilled and given forged bills.At bringing this to the notice of Mr Yogesh (9768033636), the owner of the said service provider,(after several rounds of haggling) I have been asked to end my AMC at 50% of orignal cost (no mention of the same on the contract).I was encouraged to call the Kent HO/customer care repeatedly to see if the will help me !! . This I have realized a cross company/agency scheme to harass the customer.
The said bills have no TIN number or other registration numbers yet Kent is allowing the service provider to issue the same.I plan to take this up with the consumer forum on Monday, and also with my lawyer for all other criminality/liabilites involved to the company/service provider.

We have been trying in vain over the last 7days ie from 13th March. We have not received any tangible response or any one attending to the service call request. Everytime we call up this number: 080-25489762, we have been assured that someone would attend in person any time between 11am-6pm. But so far no one has turned up.
There does not seem to be any coordination amongst the service call center and the service staff who attends to the calls at the consumer place.
i bought kent maxx about a year ago from chandigarh n im regretting to buy a kent product as in terms of service its the worst company i hv ever encountered. for getting the service done it takes hell lot of calling procedures , reminders , complaints on its website n still reminders but even after all this there is hardly any urgency or concern shown from the company. improve ur service n don’t waste customers’ time in lodging complaints numerously at number of places

We are using your Kent water purifier from last one year. I am very sorry to say that, yours is worst service provider company I have ever seen.
Two months bank our system stops working. I complained in local office. They recommended Mr Lokapur to repair my machine.
Mr lokapur sent two persons. Those peoples were not even aware what is the RO device and how it works. They went back by saying that they are unable to identify the fault.
Second day they came again and due wrong handling power supply unit failed. Continuously they came for four days. We got frustrated by their carelessness.
I called Mr Mahesh your State service chief. Ph No 9739042252 and explained him about the problem that we were facing.
He asked Mr Lokapur to attend the problem personally. He started his R&D and started changing every part of the machine.
Finally he charged around 5800/- and we paid the amount through cheque.
After one week machine started giving beep sound again and stopped working.
From last one and half month we are calling both person but they are not even answering my calls.
I may take extreme step to explain your falls promises in public forums.
I am giving you 48 hours time to attend my machine and rectify the fault.
You cannot play with somebody’s health like this. If health of any family member, affected due to water contamination, you shall be held responsible and, I have all the rights to sue you in court of law.
I have all the phone recordings to prove my calls.
You shall not held me responsible if your reputation is suffered due to my writing in electronic, or print media.
You are cheaters and fooling common people and cheating them with falls promises.

I have brought a KENT R.O.(model- kent grand) from Easy day mall shop on 15.11.2012.
There is LPS device in said model,the mechanic came for installation of RO,bypassed
the LPS device and connect the unit directly to supply line.
If there is LPS device in unit then water supply must be via LPS device.
Kindly be requested to take necessary actions required to resolve the problem.
