Am having pure it Marvell US,
Very bad product and service, since 10 months waiting for filters.
Custumer care no answer simply holding line and anouncment,
says toll free but i lost today rs 19.70 today still no answer.
I had purchased Pureit ultima 10 days ago. The technician didn’t appear for demo. After reminders he turned up after 5 days. When he came he gave his visiting card. He also showed his identity card. When he started installing I realized he was unskilled. After installation he went back. I asked him to stay to check it he bluntly refused. I have not been able to use it as the water is not there in it. After complain he came and said if the machine is defective we cannot do anything. It is your bad luck. I am worried as I have spent Rs 22000 for it.

I have purchased your HUL pure it Ro+UV purifier 6 months back. Since then there has been almost 6 breakdown in This machine. Is your machine of such a sub standard that I need to get engineer visited every month for proper working..
Mine is a normal home with normal water consumption since last 4 visits engineer says it’s GKK fault is your product not even capable of working in normal conditions even for 2 month..Such a sub standard products being manufactured by HUL this is pathetic.
I want the issue to be rectified with permanent solution and not a with work around.
I have logged complaint again on this Saturday 12th May , still no visit has been made.. What are Sla for this.. Still no one has visited to resolve issue.. I had to purchase water from market to fulfil my needs it’s really bad delay on your part..
Kindly provide me permanent solution for this issue as device is hardly used and still in Warrenty..

Worst and Pathetic service from here. Called them to change the filter first their service man arrived a day later and after he changed the filter he left with 250 service charge. As soon we started the purifier the water started overflowing from filter called the person again but he didn’t pick up the phone called the customer care where they said we will send him again as soon as possible but now it has been more than 12 hours and no one came. Trying to call him but no response. Seriously if I would have been aware about their service I would have never purchased pureit purifier. Recommend everyone to not to go to these service people rather go for a local service guy. They only know how to destroy and not to pick up the phone.
We had purchased a HUL RO+UV, Water purifier in the month of October 2017. The water tasted sweet and was crystal clear. Last month the indicator on the purifier blinked blue, indicating a change in sediment filter. I booked a complain for the change. A person came changed the filter DID NOT GIVE ANY RECEIPT on the Amount taken for the sediment filter. Also he had no cleaning equipments with him on his arrival for maintenance. The water just tastes like tap water. I re logged In the complain other maintenance guy came with again no cleaning products with him. Again no change in the water quality. I hereby feel the service quality and product is fake given to me. Kindly arrange for required rectification at the earliest. Or else, we will Have to move to consumer court for delivering fake products and untrained and unprofessional service personals. We are putting our entire families health and safety at stake.
My complaint no-146117605 dated 7/9/14 of problem in battery which was replaced only a month back has not been resolved and nobody is taking any action on this.
This is very ridiculous that a so branded company is giving service of this nature.
