Koryo Warranty India :
Koryo provides 1 Year Limited Warranty on its products in India. The company warrants against the manufacturing defects and the warranty does not cover the damages due to improper handling, natural disasters and unauthorized repairs. I have purchased the Gyser on 5th Nov 2018 and it get installed on 10th of Nov and on same day it wont worked. When I made complain on helpline on it mechnic visited and said need to repair but we don’t want new product to be repair because it not worked for single day. So kindly do something and make it get replaced ASAP we even not use it for single day.
I bought a washing machine from big Bazaar at Gorakhpur, the washing machine works very well 2 months but after 2 months it stopped working. But the thing is when I went to Big Bazaar they told me a number and I complain on that number and they told me when they come they will take service charge rupees even my washing machine is in warranty after that they again give me an another number to complain but again got no help from that no.
The WORST service I get from you guys and you guys forced me not to buy anything which is made up of Koryo.

Very very very bad service. I hate koryo brand. Worst service… I hv purchse korya split 1.5 ton Ac from bigbazar mall on 19 july 2018, but still no installemnt has done. They told to fix my ac in between 3days but They dnt cme for install my AC in ryt tym. I call them many tyms but dey just give excuse evry day. I m vry angry n upset for diz.Greedy brand. Take a neccesary action. Wat is diz… People r investing lots of money n they r sitting lyk nothng hppn. Wats diz. I purchased a Air Cooler 75Ltr model on 30 /05/2018, from big Bazaar Yamuna Nagar, but now cooler stop working and I try to register my complaint to koryo customer care on toll free no. But unfortunately call disconnected.
Please do the needful for your service
The worst customer experience award should go to your customer care dept, no follow up even after repeated calls and keep asking the same questions again and again which have been replied to numerous times

I tried a lot for your Koryo Engineer (on Number: 9582752182) but everytime he said that he is coming but he had not came yet, I am complaining your staff that they are not taking it seriously. As I had made this complaint coupe of days back but no action had been taken from your end till yet.

Sir I have purchased a koryo cooler on 27.05.2018 from siliguri big bazar, which they have delivered on 29.05.2018 at evening, at night I saw that there was a small hole at water tank, I have launched a complain on 30.05.2018 till today they are telling they will still they have not came to replace the product.

I have purchased one Smart LED TV of Koryo 43 Inches (4K Model) 10 Days back still i am waiting for updation of Software and everyday your authorized person Mr. Ramandeep (Koryo Executive) is asking that he doesnt have software and whenever he will get the software he will update in the Led TV . So i am requesting you while selling the product why it was not told to customer that they dont have software, is this kind of services you will provide to your customer. I am requesting you to please interven in this case and do the needful.

purchased a tv in Dec-1, after 1 month some issues came, its now 3 month passed but no solution, no response on toll free, on mail got the copy past reply “sorry for inconvenience, we are forwarding it to concern department.”
& nothing else, even no contact numbers available to contact.
i never suggest to any one to purchase from koryo
with this type of service , how they can survive in market , where a lot of competition is there like samsung LG…etc.

i have purchased koryo ac from amazon on 24th april 2018. the product was damaged one . therafter i requested for return and replaced the same through amazon. but almost 5days passed it has not been done. only everytime i received a email that it will resolve soon. i personally first time fed up with amazon , and the problem is that since i have already make payment , i am not in position to purchased from anymore.. now i set up the mind that i will file a claim for it.its a totally mentally harrassment from amazon. will never purchase electronic item from amazon. have already consulted with lawyer for the mental harrassment from the amazon.
we middle class people purchase from amazon to save time and money , but if this type of followup has to be done , what is the use of online purchase..
