We have purchased two cassete ac of 4 tonne at a time on dated 14/08/2017, from which, one of your ac is running well but other one is found water leakage during running (this machine is under warranty). I logged a complain on dated 04 jul 2018 to your cc service(complain no-18100503101).
After that i continuously follow up many many times to your cc services and higher official for repairing of the same but till date(15/10/2018) nothing was repaired.Two times my complain number was short closed without attending the problem.Then i again called to your cc services for reopening of the complain number.
IF THIS TYPE OF SERVICE YOU PROVIDE AFTER PURCHASING YOUR PRODUCT THEN I SUGGEST EVERYONE NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM YOUR END..
Yesterday got SMS for Installation from service centre due to unavailable of Drilling Machine they do not installed AC and Said we come after 1hr.
From morning 10:30am onwards now 17:20 still those person was not come to home….20times I was called but they are saying will reach in 30 min.
I don’t know If such kind of Pathetic /Faltu service you have then why you are calling India’s 1no AC company …I really don’t know.
Kindly take proper action on it and confirm me ASAP.
If I am getting first Installation Service like this then I don’t how is future !!!!!!

Dear Voltas Team,
This is to bring in your notice that i bought one Window AC Model No WAC185DY 1.5TSS serial No- 4011208A16002130 Dated 08 -05-2016 from Neeru Electronics Malviya Nagar , New Delhi with 5 yrs warranty on all parts ( Special Scheme). The Ac was working fine for almost a year and have absolutely no issue during one year and have got 1 free service during this also.
But at the end of the season 2016 my AC has stopped working and cooling and as per the process i have raised my request to CC care no and one of the team has came to visit us to my address E-30/2, Dabbua Colony, Faridabad and said that the front indoor coil is damaged and cant be covered in guarantee. To my surprise the AC was installed by voltas agent and the same has been serviced by voltas agent then what t that point this was not mentioned. The way it looks is completely manufacturing defect, this cant be done manually and without any person.
I have raised 2 request but same has been declined, to acknowledge the same i am sharing the picture of front coil along with bill invoice. Please request you to get the same replaced or else i am going to file a police complaint against the dealer and voltas. I have paid this through my hard earned money and the same cant not be go in toss.
Please see the attached picture and asked Voltas team to inspect the same at @Neeru Electronics ( Malviya Nagar, New Delhi) . The entire coil is pasted in one direction and not clearly open from upper side till lower end. This is completely manufacturing defect and customer cant be blamed for this.

I have raised a Breakdown Request No: 18042119283 on 21st April 2018, Two different service associates called and tried to repair one each time but they failed First they said it was a leak and failed to find leak in pipe, Later concluded that the valves might have failed but the second person was unable to replace them.
There are no standard rate card for repair the 3rd party guys can charge exuberant prices and we have to oblige, I agreed to all their terms but they are not technical enough to deal with the problem.
I request Voltas to kindly consider and get my AC repaired at the earliest within Summer.

I asked the customer care to dismantle, device and re install my split Ac on may 26. My request no was 17052402974.
I have been charged 5000, I paid the same by cash.
But after services there is less cooling and water leakage from the same. Will company take responsibility to correct this without payment. As it was absolutely working well before your services. I registered a complaint as my AC was not working as per details below:

As a response to my issue, I was told that my AC will be repaired on but still this has not been done.
Please find below the series of events that took place. These evidently show how poor customer support you guys have.
Day-1: 11-05-2017: Service engineer reached to our office at late evening and told us that LCD Panel is not working. We will change that part tomorrow.
Day-2: 12-05-2017: No one picked the call at local service center (7042678727) on the other hand we regularly call to customer care and they just have one line to say that they have escalated the issue. but that escalation never work for us.
Day-3: 13-05-2017: No One picked the call till 3 PM and after that they told us that engineer is not available for today.
Day-4: 14-05-2017: Holiday (Sunday)
Day-5: 15-05-2017: As other day no one picked the call till evening and in evening they told usthat they do not have the part so they will not be able to service it today. (At the same time We escalate it to Mr. Sudipta Chakravorty and behalf of him Service center engineer promised us to get it done tomorrow morning )
Day-6: 13-05-2017: After Multiple call one of the engineer reached our office with LCD Panel and tried to fit this part but to our utter surprise he told us that that part is not working on this Model (Q. If you do not know the corresponding parts of AC Models, then I have doubt that you even have well trained engineers or are catering services using local vendors. Even they are more smarter than your engineers. )
Let me know now if,
1. You would be able to service this – Mention time and date
2. Who will pay for the harassment in service that has been caused to me.
3. Issue a apology letter for the above issue.
Myself Ashish Madaan(Mob: 9718179733) from Jawahar colony NIT Faridabad. I bought voltas 1.5 ton window AC on 9th April 2016 from Pushkar Electronics No.1 NIT.
On last Saturday, I made a service request for the second free service, and your technician came on Monday. He checked for 2 minutes and told that there is default in coil of AC and because of that all gas of AC has been leaked.
How could it be possible that, in a year there is such a major defect in AC. In my known 3 more same AC have baught at the same time and they are working fine.
After getting repaired, the AC was not cooling as before it cooled.
Last year AC was working too good that I told people in my known to buy the voltas AC, but now I am very much disappointed with it.
If there is the leakage in just 6 months , then it was a manufacturing defect. I request you to replace my AC , as it is in warranty period till 9th April 2017.
I request you to replace it at the earliest, or I will appeal to people in my known not to buy voltas products, and post this in social Media and consumer court as well.

I hereby want to bring into your notice that we have purchased a 1.5 ton AC on 19 may 2014 and it stopped working after few days. Several customer complains have been made already but nobody responded from your side. It has been almost 4 months since we have bought this ac and it has hardly given us cool air for a weak or so… so it had become headache for us now that since from many days no one had responded inspite of making many complains..so please solve our problem urgently…
is baar maine voltas walo se gas bhi dalwaya o bhi kam daal gaye. phir maine custumer care par call kiya to koi jawab hi nhi aaj tak koi banda aaya hi nhi.

I am very sorry to say that please don’t sell your AC in the market as the name of your company is good but you are only damaging the name by selling the worst AC product in the market. As i had purchased an AC on 05/03/2012 but within one year the technician had visited my place more than 15 times and they have replaced the sensor 06 times and the compressor one time and till now the ac is not working in a good condition.
when the replace the sensor it works for 15-20 days and again the same problem they tell that we purchase the product from local market as company doesn’t supply the product.

I have purchased an A/C and found it to be satisfactory performaence wise but while contacting with the company technician for shootout the problem which occured unfortunetely in my AC I am feeling very difficulty from the past 2 days I am not getting any response from the customer care, I am from patna with my cell number-09006376034 kindly taking me out of this as this is the matter of repotation.

Inspite of calling several times to Voltas authorised person , in Jamshedpur, for servicing my ofc air condirioner , we are not getting any response from their end. It is more than a month over we are following up for a technician , but still no response. It feels bad that such a reputed company doesnot have proper customer follow up service.
I have purchased 01 no splite ac cap 1.5 ton from jain sales agency bhilai chhattishgrah on31.03.10. after one year became defective and complained your customer care vide complain dated 11.03.13, accordingly your servise centre at bhilai and take .but till date your technician is not resposnding . we have talked many times to your authorised unit at C.G but no positive action has been received from your end.

Sir,I had purchased 1.5 ton AC of Voltas from Deepak Ent.,Malkapur,Dist:Buldana on 7/8/12; but no one came for free servicing till date & on the other hand after every 3 months mechanic from Daiken comes for the unit purchased without fail.Please do the needful ;inspite of poor service I again purchased 2 unit of Voltas in March-2013 from the same dealer.

I have purchased 01 no window ac cap 1.5 ton from ranchi jharkhand on31.03.10. after one year blower motor became defective and complained your customer care vide complain no 13mr 1100466 dated 11.03.13, accordingly your tecnician mr parwez temperature control of ranchi attended and take away motor on 13.03.13 vide service report no 328 dated 13.03.13.but till date your technician is not rectify the blower motor of ac. we have talked many times to your authorised unit at Ranchi but no positive action has been received from your end.
please do needful action for early replacement/repairing of blower motor early as possible

I purchased a Voltas ac (Sl No 4551032A08A000466) and there has been an issue with remote sensor. It is working but the cooling temperature is working only in the range of 24 degrees o 30 degrees. I logged a complaint with Voltas service center at Gandhipuram,Coimbatore and they told me that the remote cannot be serviced and that I have to go for a new one. I told the service centre to order a new remote ; now it’s almost 3 weeks and I have still not received the remote.
How long do I have to wait for service ??

I have purchased voltas ac last year.. and there has been an issue with sensor and the remote. I logged a complain with voltas service center on 28th feb 2013
Mr kamaljeet came to service the same and has taken the sensor and remote stating that the issue would be resolved with 3 to 4 days.
Since 4th feb i have been constantly following up with him , on friday he confirms that he has received the parts from company and he would rectify the issue the same day by noon.
Within 10 minutes he calls me back and say that he can not come as he has to visit some customer ( a clinic ) and he would not come. On which i got agitated and asked him to provide service the same day.
He simply ignored and did not come to resolve the issue.
Satruday 9th march i log a complain with voltas sevice center and I was was assured that the call would be escalated with 24 hours.
On Monday 11th march Mr kamaljeet comes to my place to replace the part… but then calls me ans says that the company has provided incomplete part and the connecter is not been provided… he assured that the same would be installed the same day without any delay.
Today 12th march since morning i have called him couple of times and he is not responding to my calls.
I logged complain again with customer care and again the same crap is repeated that the concern would be correct within 24 hour.
Now I am highly fustrated with the entire saga and in complete dark as to what is going to happen now… Will i get a service? will somebody provide me a solution to all this???????????????????????????????????????
i purachased a chest three months before since from one month i facing problem that all icecream is melting . i call to the company many times but there is no action. i call to sub contracter but these people also didnt do anything. They taken this unti to workshop after one week they return but after two days the same problem is facing . So i request to voltas technical manager or concerned department head to take action against this complaint and solve my problem.So i request u to change the unit as soon as possible. I will be thankful to u for ur kind action towards us.

We have purchased (1) 4 Nos of 3Ton Cassette AC’s (2)1No 1Ton Split (3) 1 No 1.5Ton Spilt AC for an Office located above Dominos Pizza, 2nd Floor, Hitech City, Hyderabad in the month of December 2012. We purchased these Voltas units from Image Engineering, Door No 13-6-A25/48, Sheeter No 3 & 4, Near Coco Cola Depot, Ring Road, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad – 500028 and their services for installation and testing. From day one, none of the AC’s is working properly except 1.5 Ton Split. The other 1Ton split AC worked for couple of weeks and then stopped. When contacted the Image Engineering people, they came on couple of occasions and gave lame reasons like rats eating up the wires in the units or the units have to be replaced and we need to contact the VOLTAS company in this regard.
Of much inconvenience to us and to our client who is running the office from past one month are facing severe discomfort and trouble managing and maintaining the office in such conditions.
We kindly request you take necessary actions in this regard at the very earliest.
I had purchased your AC from M/s Kannankandy Sales Corporation, Calicut on 16.May.12. After 6 months of occassional use, some digits in the LCD display of the unit stopped working. I complained at the dealer and the technician at your authorised service agent M/s Malta Airconditioning (Ph:9446377181) Mr. Noufal(Ph:8606634115) visited on 12.11.12 and he took away the display unit for repair. Now it is one month past after I still did not receive the unit repaired or replaced. I am not getting a proper reply from your service centre. Everytime I call them, they tell that the spare has not come and that they will call me once the spare arrives.But till date they have not called me, inspite of me calling them always. Out of the n number of brands availabIe have chosen to buy Voltas because of the goodwill you have in the market as a TATA enterprise. I request that something be done from the company’s end to resolve my complaint since I am not able to use it for the last one month, that too when the climate in our region is very hot. I have logged a complaint in the toll free number and the number is 12DC100025.
PLease do the needful for replacing the display unit as early as possible.
