in the month of january i have purchased micromax x455, from next day problem start. i am not able to receive the call & not able cut the call. after some i was given ti service center durgapur, call receiving problem was solved but not call disconect. on 23rd of march i was given to bokaro service center but they are not able to solve the problem. my mobile back cover is not able to closed properly, i have said to service centre, they are telling that cover is not in warranty…Why you are running a company, problem starts from next day, you are not able to solve the problem.just close it

This is PRERNA VASWANI FROM GUJARAT.The model which I purchased 12-12-12 Micromax A57 , I was very happy after purchasing it. But after some days problem started like hanging in application & error was frequently coming force close & I have to restart mobile again & again.I gave phone in service centre & I was told that all parts will be replaced & after seven days I got my phone.After repairing my phone got more problem, nothing was solved & after few days I gave my mobile again in service centre now 1 month have passed still havent got. They giving excuse that partts were not available so sent to head office for repairing.They are not responding my problem properly & not replacing my handset, New handset having such a probllem & not resolving by service centre also then why u launch such handsets & secondly with in a waranty period have a problem two ,three times repair in the year after waranty what surity to work properly.Only investment to purchase & loss of money & Will never recommend now for micromax mobile to anyone as its like sasta roye bar bar mahenga 1 bar.

I Have purchased micro max mobile X292 in January 2013 i am satisfied with the mobile functions expect messaging service.
I am facing a unique problem with the hand set like as and when i am in roaming i am not able to open the message box but i am receiving the SMS but cant open the message box and happened to visit to you your service centers for rectifying the problem but the amount of interest showing by your people to sell the product but not to respond to the customers service problems they are least bother about the inconvenience of the customer.
In spite of all this inconvenience still trusted so called Micro Max Brand and purchased the 5.1 channel Home theater unfortunately out of five speakers on speaker is not working and facing the same problem with your service centers. Performance of baterry is extremly poor.

i purshased A65 on dated 20-2-13 Right from day one there are many problems,it hangs while operating,and charge the battery very fast and not given the battery backup more than one hour .i give the handset to service centre with job sheet no.090287-0313-3101180.next day they given the delivery that its now OK
but the problem is not sort out.Again contact with service centre ,they assured to replace the battery within ten days,but hanging problem to replace the mother board.
i have been suffering by having this instrument from the date I purchased it.

Hi , The usb modem ( Micromax Ferrari MMX 144F) is good , connection manager up gradation has been done that the Dash board is working in Linux o/s . one draw back is in Micromax Ferrari MMX 144F Dashboard that in Linux os there is no calling , sms , balance check option are not available .. Now as days so many user are using Unix O/S . if the above option will be migrated in connection manager for unix .. it will be good

I bought a micromax A70 after reading very good reviews about the phone on 31st Dec 2011 from flipkart. The phone was doing good till July 2012, and than due to a incedence the screen was broken and i had replaced the screen paying 2000/- Rs from my pocket. After replacing its not even an year, and the screen has gone bad again, this time there is no physical damage or any other destruction from my side. The touch sensors are not working, and i am helpless with the third grade quality phone manufactured by you. Wondering what kind of hardware materials you use? Do they pass any reliabilty test so atleast customer can use it for even 1 year or Are they so third grade quality that a customer should not rely it on more than 6 months ? If you are unable to resolve my issue than let me know so i can put the issue in all media and let people know your third class quality of hardware where you extract money from customers.

I bought a Micromax Mobile X222 which got problems and I got it repaired from the authorized service centre- M/s Meghana Infotech Kanpur. Again after 2 months same problem reccured during the warranty period itself, I took the mobile to same service centre again which raised the job sheet No.N040484-0213-2943929 dated 19.02.2013 and refused repair on the pretext of some circuit damage. It is worth noting that the said mobile was repaired by them only then how the damage, if any could have been caused except during first repair at service centre. Thus the refusal to provide repair during warranty period is clear cut harassment on the part of said service centre. Some justifiable action should be taken to restore the confidence of customers on the reputation of the company. Thanking you in anticipation.

I am using handset A110 and earphone is so bad and the sound quality is vibrating. I tried to reach the customer care and send a mail to customer care but didnot get any response for this.
Canvas2 is a beautiful handset, it meets my expectations however I am unsatisfied with the earphone compatibility with other brands. The one which was supplied with the handset is not noise isolation earphone. It hurts and quality is not superior when compared to other branded earphone companies like creative, samsung to name a few.

I gave it to the cervice centre they asked me for 7 days when I called them after 7 days they are asking me now 10 days. IT is not fair to cheat the customers like this. So went to you authrozised service center cell tech shop no 8, 1st floor cisons complex mothieth rd, egmore chennai-8 . there dispite ihaving warranty card with dealer stampand purchase date they insisted that i give origanl bill to avail warranty or it would be booked under liqutated damages. at that time I have mis placed the bill and with no other recourse agreed to have the phone repaired under lnon warranty . the booked a job card on 27/12/2012
and was ready on 5/1/2013 .they also said that the board was with warranty
and asked me to keep origanl bill issued by saftely and the problem contunied this time around the camera stoppedworking . But this time I have managed to get a duplicated bill form POS . and apart from this I have the bill issued by the cell tech for the new board I gave it for service and they have taken it under warrant with job card no:SALKR003R4049 on the 1/2/2013 on checking today they (cell tech) said it migth take another 10 days as the spare is come from your end . I have acatively promoted your product q3, q5,and now A75 to my friends .the delay in the service is dispointing .request your intervention in this regard

I bought Micromax X455 model and it was factory Default and i showed this to service center in (M/S Infinity Solutions) Pune and Service Center people told me to you must come within 7 days for replace this.
I told him that in 7 days its 168 Hour and still its only 162 hours so you must replace my cell phone and then he replied me to talk to call center for the same.
I called to call center (Spoke Manoj – 1 time and Spoke Varun – 2 times) and it took 30 minutes to get connect and the Micromax representative told me to get this Replace as it is in within the time period.
But service center was not ready for the same and he wanted a Mail from Micromax Country head to Replace this, I asked service center Person name, Mobile no. and Email id but he did not tell any details.
I again talked to Call center people and they were saying that it will be replace and now today is the 8th day. I buy this mobile on 29th Jan. around 4:PM and and went to service center in morning around 10:00Am and he was telling that today is 8th day from the mobile purchase but i told him that its only 160 hours and in a week there is 168 hours.
So i request to micromax company that please get me revert here or i support others who have bad experience with micromax.
For all General concern – lease don’t buy any of the Micromax company mobile as its really very bad experience with mobile + Service center + call center (no one help).
i dont know how Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Akshay Kumar is doing advertising with this company where – there is nothing to call as Support.

I have purchased canvas 110 Model of micromax. Right from day one there are many problems and for that I have four times went to your service center(Ayushee indore) but they reloaded the software and the problems are not resolved.and at the fourth time they repaired mobile but i got some changes like they repalace screen and screw not fitted. The behaviour of the customer support centre is very bad.
There are problems as details given below:
1.phone many time hanges (even phone does not contain any external application).
2.mobile shoes massage loncher is not supporting .
3.phone showes switch off even phone is on.
4.In call log, there is no system of missed call, received and dialed calls
6. I have previously written to you but no response.
7. Many time I tried to contact you on helpline and land line also, but failed.

The model Micromax A75 , I am very much like and From day one on wards mobile was not charging properly intermittent charging was happened first 1/2 days, After that mobile was not charging but battery and charger was good condition.two times submit in service centre, But this mobile having the main problem for notnsave the charging at present the service centre take the mobile for duration 1 month for repaire by company employe. I am gone back to that mobile shop after 2 days they are not responding my problem they are not replacing the my handset,s, After that i was gone to service center, they are not replacing the my handset.i am only want tosay in new handset was have a probllem& not resolve by servicecentre then why u open & secondly with in a waranty period have a problem two ,three times repair in the year after waranty what surity to work properly.only investment to purchase & loss of money & suggest to new person who can be purchase the micromax mobile user sasta bar bar mahenga 1 bar.
I have been suffering by having this instrument from the date I purchased it.
With this background I want to return this defective piece and i need the replacement of this handset.
You are requested to help me replacement of this handset.
Your urgent action is expected.
Hopefully I will not be required to inform elsewhere to get the justification.

Canvas2 is a beautiful handset, it meets my expectations however I am unsatisfied with the earphone compatibility with other brands. The one which was supplied with the handset is not noise isolation earphone. It hurts and quality is not superior when compared to other branded earphone companies like creative, samsung to name a few.
Can my handset be replaced with any newer version which does not have this compatibility issue ? I heard that you have solved this issue already in newer version of Canvas2.
