I visited a Lakme Salon in Chennai on 25th May 2018. What a waste of money . I spend Rs. 1500 for facial . The facial was done for 15mins and I had asked for fruit facial and I was not consulted which fruit suits me or not . They did it with papaya and my face has become totally black by evening . Cheating customers in the name of Lakme is not correct and I don’t think they are professionals.

Few months back i bought a Lakme lipstick from Pune. after using few days that lipstick, i had very bad experience bcz lipstick lock is not working properly and lipstick material got melt an unusual way. i’m fad up with this experience. i think i wasted my 385 Ru. bcz now I’m not able to use that lipstick. i called ur customer care no and explained whole problem but not get proper solution. Lakme is trusted brand if we will get bad product then why we should purchase Lakme products in future. I hope ill get proper feedback and solution from ur side. and also hope that u will try to improve ur produst quality.

I have been a regular customer of lakme salon sector 56 gurgaon since 6-7 years. It’s very disappointing to notice that the new Incharge/manager of the salon does not know how to run the salon professionally. They either reschedule your appointment if one of their other customers reports late or even if you reach there on your scheduled time you’ll have to wait for at least 15 minutes. No respect for time…This is how professionally they conduct themselves.
I bought Lakme Gloss Stick few months back from Mumbai Inorbit Mall Stopper’s Stop.
Though I use Lakme products very often, I had a very unusal experience with the Gloss stick. I use it once a week, but after a month or two I started getting irritation and rashes on my lips. And when i stop putting it on, the irritation goes away in 3-4 day, and when i again put it on for few hours, I get the irritation in about 15-20min. I would like you to take necessary steps regarding this feedback.
i bought a absolute lipstic and they told me that it stays for twelve hours but it stayed only for one to two hours and its mrp is five hundred something .i think i waisted my money.

dear sir/mam, on 21st oct’12 i got straight therapy from lakme salon situated in pathankot and today i.e on 25th oct’12 i got many waves, n my hairs look dull.. i talked to the salon hair stylist and they said they cant do any thing now..! i dont noe weathr the process was wrong or the products.. bt nw i jst hate my hairs..! help me out what can i do nw.. its so bad on the part of suach a reputed salon..! do rply me..or else people would loose faith in such reputed salon..!
