I bought Butterfly Gas stove on 06/04/2018 at Chennai saravanas store.With in four months my stove got fired on 18/07/2018 thru the On/Off Knob.
We all got panic and more frustrate at the moment Because of the flame spread-ed out and firing approx 3 feet from the stand.Too much of material loss.we tried to conduct Butterfly service person he simply replied that Our technician will contact you and then we will take further action.
Very worst response and unsafe product from the company.
Help to get the new product, or guide to will go to the Next level for better solution.
I made a complaint on 09.06.2017 vide complaint No. B17060900906 requesting service for Butterfly LPG 2 burner Gas stove. As per practice the complaint should be attended within 24 hours time. After three days only the complaint was allotted to Service Engineer. While I contact him over phone he refused to reply properly. Whenever I contact helpline they ask sorry for the inconvenience and they request the Service Engineer to attend the complaint and come back to you . But after a lapse of 6 days my problem was not solved. I am not getting any reply to the email complaint to the Butterfly two times.
I am very much dissatisfied with the performance of Butterfly.
I have purchased one Butterfly Rhino 2-Litre 500 W Table Top Wet Grinder through paytm in the last week of December 2016, this product is not good with as much as we want as commented in the catalog. Not only this the drum has been slighted bended with in one month and now we facing the grinder should take more and more time for grinding the rice and urad dal etc for making dosas. This is the main problem with this grinder so this is not suitable for me. Hence it is requested to kindly advise me where is your service centre in Nagpur (Mahaarashtra) and also please change my drum and do the needful for grinding very fastely or other wise I will purchase higher version of grinder with the exchange of this grinder and remaining price will be adjusted as the grinder is on warranty period and only 5 months old this grinder.
I have procured a 3 burner glass top auto ignition gas stove of Butterfly make through M/s e-planet Thalassery during JAN 2016. This stove developed some problems in one of its burners after a couple of months. The SE who attended the problem told that the problem is due to deformation of the mixing tube. The mixing tube was then replaced. This problem is now being experienced on all the three burners. The SE who attended the appliance is of the opinion that this problem is being experienced in this partcular model of gas stove because it is fitted with cast aluminium mixing tubes instead of cast iron mixing tubes. It is undestood that M/s Butterfly is contemplating some changes in this model gas stoves to eliminate this problem. At present my appliance is under warranty and the defective mixing tube may be replaced under warranty. But once the warranty is over I may have to discard this appliance. It is therefore requested that whatever improvement you are introducing in your later version of this type of stoves may also be provided in my appliance.
I am a costumer of your product MIXER and placed in service center for 2 times in GOODMORNING ENTERPRISES ALLEPPEY and dissatisfied with the service.
I have a butterfly mixer and had a slight out of order of the knob and also placed order for a small jar with its lid on 2/10/12 and also for the same on 27/3/13 but to my surprise till this date i did n `t get the placed order and my repaired mixer ,they are still extending the dates.I have given my equipment’s for the service in GOODMORNING ENTERPRISES,C C SB ROAD,ALLEPPEY-688011.My Job card No. is 5516 on 2/10/12 and 6178 0n 27/3/13. please consider the matter seriously
