For yrs kind information as above S.D.O. is regularly posted in same exchange when he was appointed there as a TTA and later promoted as a J.T.O. the place was same in the mean time as a S.D.O. but still posted in same exchange . Every employee or officers knows very well but no one wants to take any action against him.

Everytime we called they promised us that they would look into the matter as soon as possible , but till date no action has been taken .Once some BSNL personnel took the Telephone set in doubt that the set was malfunctioning. But its a matter of shame to the company that they didnt have a new set to replace. So i, myself replaced it with a new one , but the problem persists. I have pre paid mobile no 9895107196 the last weekay to my utter surprise I have received two messages from BT-BTUNES. mentioning that I have been charged Rs.12for BSNL Tunes & Rs 24 for BSNL Tunes. I was shocked as I have never made a request through a call or SMS for BSNL Tunes. Is BSNL authorized to make such charges without concern of the consumer.Of course Rs 36/- may not be a huge amount. But that is not the way to treat a consumer. Is there any alternative to me for express my regrets and recover my amount other than approaching to consumer forum. Many of my friends are suffering from this type of inconvenience. Most of them changing to other service providers only because of this type of problems. Their thinking is that why do we waste our precious time for this type of petty things.But I want to take it as an issue.

I am a user of EVDO BROADBAND INTERNET Service. For the past several months Internet sevice is not working in Deoghar(Jharkhand). My connection is from Ranchi and I am paying roaming facility charges every month. In addition to this my Land Line no 0651-2243438 is not working(dead) for past one week despite the fact that all payments are made on time.
Should I change my Internet Service and Landline Service from BSNL to some other operator?

I have a broadband connection at Bangalore which was taken almost 4 years back.
For the past 1 year we are not using the same as whenever we try to log it gives a message “AUTHENTICATION FAILURE”
Past 8 months we are trying to contact the helpline number 18004241600 or 1504, the call goes through and after sometime gets disconnected. Several mails have been sent but no respone.
BSNL is very prompt is sending the bills regulary and eating our money but has no intention to solve the problem.

I made the complaint in the nearby telephone exchange, they told that there is some cable fault and it vl be rectified I also In from to My Gram Panchyat Prodhan Because I working MGNREGA online Data Entry at Night, when Broadband too fast Prodhan personali sub meet complain to Dhubulia BSNL EXchange copy Forward to SDOT Office Krishnagar, but till date it not corrected, i again went but there response is not satisfactory, pls take my request into consideration and correct the problem…
I chose a plan BB-900-ULD-COMBO-MONTHLY for my landline no. 0120_2583733 which provided me 400 free calls and unlimited data usage and I paid minimum bill of Rs. 808.99 for >= 400 calls and unlimited data usage. In January 2013, my bill was Rs. 993.71 for 253 calls and data usage. In February, my bill was Rs. 934.38 for 135 calls and data usage. I have not changed my plan even then you are CHARGING ME MORE THAN MY PLAN.
Please look into this matter and send me the revised bill. Also, send me the local and STD call details for the two months, January and February.

Dear Sirs,
I am retired government employee and I do have internet facility at home. We had asked for a broadband change on 28th february 2013. Our phone No. is 0278-2564621.
We had visited online registration with an intention to alter our plan from “BBG FN COMBO 600” to “BB Home Combo ULD 950”. Phoned No. 2520000, and asked to get the plan changed. We nursed great expection when we started this procedure. We had requested for plan unlimited 900, but we were told that the plan 900 unlimited is now plan 950, as it gives a speed of 4 mbps. Plan 900 new unlimited gives a speed of only 2 mbps. We agreed to set our broadband to new plan 950 hoping we will get a better speed. The executive agreed. We had also asked when would the new plan come into effect.
We called up the next evening on 1st March 2013, we were told that the plan is not yet implemented on our connection. .We okayed it and subsequently we had called up the next day and got the answer the plan is not yet implemented and we were asked to phone at 2421200 which we did and we were told that it cannot be done via internet and need to go personally to the Panwadi BSNL office at Bhavnagar to do it.
The next day we felt that it was better to stick to the old plan and not to shift to new plan as advised by many of our friends who were not happy in spite of this Rs 950 scheme asl the speed of BSNL broadband continued to be distressing and appalling. We then decided to be with our old plan and registered on the internet at the website — http://210.212.169.201/erp/bbplan.php# for a reversion to the old plan. That afternoon ,we got a call from No. 2421200, asking us which plan we wanted. We said which plan was in place for my connection at present and he told us that our plan was at “BBG FN COMBO 600” and promptly we asked him to continue with that plan only and not to shift to the earlier mentioned change that we had requested.
He promised it will be done. Then we wanted to confirm whether that had been done and decided call up No. 2520000 for assistance and we were told that it is still on plan 600 only.
Later on, we wanted to confirm what is happening, as we had started getting a pathetically slow speed in my broadband usage. We felt apparently a new plan has been implemented which prompted to call broadband customer care No. 2424242. They told that the billing dept. has not activated our plan of Rs. 900- (we had asked for plan 950, while the officer who had activated our plan inadvertently effected plan 900 and has activated that plan.Still the executive at phone No 2424242 told us that he would talk to the officer at his phone No. 2421200, and ask him to revert the plan and it was possible to adjust as the billing had not been set to the new plan. Then within 15 min , we get a call from Sardarnagar Echange that our plan now is of Rs. 900/- unlimited which is irreversible.
BSNL seems to be suffering from lack of coordination as my experience above is an indication. Single window system would have tackled all these customer grievances efficiently but the lack of it damages reputation of BSNL and invariably customer pays for it dearly. The state of BSNL’s customer care, the less said the better. The miserable coordination with BSNL’s various offices situated at several places and also between the different customer care executives is truly sending an adverse message to the customer. Even if it was set to new plan, we had demanded for plan 950 giving me more speed, but the officer attending my call at customer care phone No. 2520000 persists to his line of thinking and sets it to 900!
We must focus on the voice of the customer — we must do what the customers like. The average dissatisfied customer will tell ten to fifteen people about bad service. The average satisfied customer will tell two to three people about exceptional service – Ford Foundation
Truly we are fed up and you will be doing a great blessing to us if you could finally set our plan of Braodband back to “BBG FN COMBO 600”. I do feel with the way things are at BSNL end, one needs to be contended with what we have and should not seek any new plans.

it is for your kind information that i had applied for shifting of existing landline connection from ramachandrapuram to horamavu agara on 06 dec 2012. since then i had approached the authorities concerned several times to know the status of the case, but the response i received from the authorities was not much satisfied. after several requests i came to know that my complaint no is 17611577709 and the new number allotted was 28443471. may i request the concerned authorities to kindly wake up and address the grievances of the customers who are eagerly waiting for the connections or inform the customers regarding when they can expect their connection. The worst telephone landline service is provided by only BSNL in India. So, no meaning of complaining them. In practically, the way of work like cable laying, handling, connection is completely indiscipline way. So, it is very much necessary to revive the whole BSNL in terms of working procedure. They have to avoid this type of attitude. There is no any alternative available in India except BSNL landline. So, BSNL landline is alive especially in offices only (Home BSNL landline is gradually removed by the people). Once the alternate will hitech telephone came BSNL landline will instantly through to the dustbin. Please think about this. This is a humble request to all concern management of BSNL. in view of the above i would like to cancel the connection may i request the concerned authorities to kindly guide me the procedure for cancellation and the right person/office whom should i approach to get my refund. hope the concerned authorities will wake up and reply to this mail

I am a bsnl subscriber of prepaid mobile no. 9431536093 since about 9 years. My problem is that yesterday I have recharged with Rs.60/- for my talk time balance.
But, after recharging I have chacked my balance then it was Rs.8/- only. I got surprised and shocked that how its happen. Many time tried to contact to customer care but couldn’t success. Mean time one call recieved from my child and he said that papa in your mobile english songs having active as a caller tune.
Please don’t do like this cheating from your subscriber. And give my money back in to my main balance a/c as soon as possible.

I have requested BB connection I got land line connection (23394911) but after contacting many times to near BSNL by office they told to you have to connect the system yourself to internet our work is done with providing landlines connection. Asked them to send some tech person to connect the BB to system as we are not aware how to connect, the person who came to house from BSNL (line man as he told) not sure much about the system how to resolve the connection problem.
At last he said some problem in system not able to connect, but for the same system with same Modam (taken from BSNL) used BSNL a year before
As I got sms confirmation from BSNL the billing date is started from 22n dJan’13 on.
But I have not got BB connection still, only land line connection is there.

But no connection was given to us and on29-01-2013 we have received an SMS that the connection has been activated from 28-01-2012.

I had applied for shifting of official telephone land-line No.0135-2658193 from 64/2 Nai Basti, Chukkuwala, Dehra Dun to my new residence at 104 Neelkanth vihar, Naeshvilla Road, DDN on 16.01.2013. This telephone was in the name of Director, Defence Electronics Application Laboratory (DRDO). However, till date ( 30-1-2013) the same has not been shifted to my new address which is causing a lot of official problems. I have only got a SMS reg. Service Request (SR#8008218684). The Dilaram Bazar telephone exchange has received all the required documents from Cross Road Exchange on 21 Jan 2013, however, the same is yet to be shifted by them.

The land lines of BSNL is becoming a burden now-a-days, and kindly bringing a notice to you sir, remaining networks working with high speed and with performance, but the the authorities are not taking action properly, simply they are nothing but sluggish. I am sorry to critisize like this because I have made repeated complaints but the concerned person is highly nasty fellow and lazy fllow and show action for working one or two days, but again coming to the normal condition. So I sincerely request you to take action at the earlist.

Respectfully I beg to say you that I am Manoj Paul applied a new LandLine connection on home on dated 09/11/2012 at LalBazar, Trimulgehary, Secunderabad area, but still today on dated 30/11/2012 It’s not connect. I spoke to the concern person with this case they told me that their is no Flexible so they unable to connect it and so it will take maximum 10 to 20 days. But once on 19/11/2012 their line Man Mr. Ramalu with Two other visited my area at Prudential Bank Colony, Phase-1, Subhas Nagar, Plot No.38, House No.1-30-467, Opposite VedVihar, Trimulghery, Secunderabad-500015 then they confirm me that everything is ok and next day they will come and will give me the connection. But still when I was try to call BSNL Office after three-four daysvon this number which was given me one of their representative Mr.Ravindar B (cell No is 09440505581) 040-27794422/11 to call office they are telling same “No Flexible” so they can’t give me connection.
But my question is that if there is no flexible then who is telling me false line man or the BSNL office person. I want to inform that already they cheked and found that everything is ok. So why office persons are telling me like this ????
I have given all the details if you BSNL people can do anything then do it. If now I will go with others like Airtel or any other they will give me connection within maximum 5-7 days….. so why not BSNL…….??? But why they are telling me falls word……?

I was shocked as I have never made a request through a call or SMS for BSNL Tunes. Is BSNL authorized to make such charges without concern of the consumer.Of course Rs 42/- may not be a huge amount. But that is not the way to treat a consumer. Is there any alternative to me for express my regrets and recover my amount other than approaching to consumer forum. Many of my friends are suffering from this type of inconvenience. Most of them changing to other service providers only because of this type of problems. Their thinking is that why do we waste our precious time for this type of petty things.But I want to take it as an issue.
The land lines of BSNL is becoming a burden now. Frequently they go out of service and to make a complaint about it is a herculean task. They doesn’t have the customer care mail. I can not call them from other service provider numbers as it will take about half an hour or so to reach some point. I fee now the closing days are not far away if they doesn’t improve the service. My numbers are 040-23546424and 25. Both are dead for last one week and even the other person in the ground floor too has the same issue.
I am a subscriber of bsnl landline phone no. 121-2649971. I was getting my landline bill highly jumped since April,2012 and i want to get details of my landline bill from 01/04/2012 i had contact to A.O. but there is no proper responce.
Therefore i request to sand my details bill from 01/04/2011 to 30/09/2012. to my mail id ban.sumitt@yahoo.co.in
I message for porting. sms sent successfully. but i hsve not gating any port number. i complained bsnl help line number they sent complain no. JO4CD300043. I try to get port no. last 2 day but nothing happen. I am very much disappointment with bsnl service. plese sent my pprt no. i am very much hurry to change my no

my bsnl landline no (0422-2411056) has not been functioning for the past 1 month , we had made repeated complaints to the authorities , but in vain. Everytime we called they promised us that they would look into the matter as soon as possible , but till date no action has been taken . We are totally disappointed with the service , if the landline does not function we will be forced to disconnect the landline connection and it will be a great disgrace for bsnl company !!!!! kindly look into this matter immediately .
I have cancelled land line no 040- 27764960 on june 2012, till now I have not received my refund amount. Please ask them to send my refund. I have already given my address. Please do needful.

It is difficulty to find the toll free number or compliant number which i need to make a call to customer care

We the undersigned your customer from last 6 years using BSNL leased line service efficiently without any major problems, since from last 6 to 7 months there is a problem with .in (dot in) website, frequently the .in (dot in) websites are not able to browse through bsnl gateway. the same is reported several time to Solapur BSNL officials but they are neglecting our query… please kindly look into the matter resolve the problem ( even I sent traceroute query for .in website as finally it is reaching to request timeout error)
