Luggage Allowance: Travelers can save by traveling light on Tiger Airways with up to 7kg of hand luggage free of cost, or choose to pay an affordable fee when flying with checked luggage.If you would like to buy additional luggage you can do via two options one buy it via the call centre which will cost S$15 for 15kg which if you book the same luggage at the airport you will charged S$30. If the passenger has a delayed or lost checked-in baggage on a Tigerair Singapore flight, they can lodge a complaint with the ground services team at the airport of departure itself. The complaints can also be sent through the email by providing all the details of the passengers and luggage. If the TigerAir team fails to recover the missing baggage or it is damaged, then a claim can demanded by the passenger by providing all the relevant and necessary details of your luggage.

A Property Irregularity Report (PIR) is issued to you with a unique reference number which enables you to track the progress of your report.
