    I had purched LCD& Home Theater from Bajaj Traders ,JABALPUR M.P.They had supplied MIC alongwith theater. But till 5th april 13 they did not attend to instalt as per manu visible in TV.This result not production of proper sound. Even after constant persuation they were pleased to attend on 5th evening throug their represative who could not instaled the MIC.Today I went to their shop & waited for 40 min. but they did not respond.What are the options left as per ethices of your co.Or who is the authority in the co.

    i have purchased a philips induction cooker from vishal mega mart siwan bihar .it’s warranty is not over . on 7th of feb it has been given to vishal mega mart siwan to repair it.
    vishal mega mart has registered our complain to philips service center muzaffarpur bihar
    on 11th of feb 2013.our registered complain number is 13021101.
    what we will do then you will provide service or not humiliate customers.plz reply,soon!

    I had purchased PHILIPS LCD 32″ model no. 32PFL6577/V7 on 28 Nov. 2012
    In just 3 Months the LCD TV had a problem. The TV not identified any signal
    I will filed complaint customer care No.18001022929 and got complained No.PCHD2502130001 on 25 Feb 2013.
    on 25th Feb one engineer chk the tv and said that is the problem of d2h after some time he call in Delhi and said card defult. He will see it tommorow but no body come. When I call in customer care they said they give reply after 24hrs. no body can resolve it.
    Still i m on hold to speak his senior but no body responding to my call.

    I had purchased PHILIPS LCD 32″ 32 PFL 6506 Invoice No.CR-9527 on date 04 March 2012 from Tirumala Music Center PVT Ltd, Dr.A.S.Rao Nagar, ECIL, Hyd.
    In just 10 Months the LCD TV had a problem. The channels not identified any signal with remote or from TV Panel.
    My brother will filed complaint customer care No.44664466 and got complained No.PHYD0302130019 on 03 Feb 2013.
    04 Feb the LCD given to local servive center, he is checked and find out the problem is response that a part needs to the ordered and will be repaired within 2 days(Your Technician check the PCB board and took the PCB board.)

    06 Feb- My brother remained with furhter promised
    08 Feb- My brother remained wiht further promise from Sirisha No.040-64632005/6.
    09 Feb- I(Srinivas Rao) remained with further promise from Rassule, Manager
    11 Feb- Another remainder and no committment from service center.
    13 Feb- Two days committement from Rassule
    15 Feb- Two days committement from Rassule.
    18 Feb- Two days committement from Rassule
    20 Feb- Three days committement from Sirisha
    23 Feb- Two days committement from Rassule.
    We have given 22 days for the solution to the service center, Please replace the television as what we understand is that, the part is not yet received or not inventory, or the solution is not possible for the PHILIPS service center.
    Still i m on hold to speak his senior but no body responding to my call.

    I gave my Iron for repair to Philips Authorised Dealer (Balaji Electronics) in Gurgaon on 31st January 2013. The dealer lodged the complaint (complaint no.1047988). This complaint was closed without any resolution. Then I lodged fresh complaint (complaint no.1057076). 18 days have already passed but still my Iron is not repaired. This is really unacceptable from a reputed company like Philips. I purchase Philips products as it has goodwill in market but present experience has really shakened my confidence on Philips products / service. I hope immediate action will be taken on my matter.     This is Jatin Mahajan. I have purchased Philips Sound Bar (HTS 5131) from Better Deals, 237, IInd Floor, GIP Mall Sector 38A, Noida in name of my wife Neelu Mahajan.

    Right from our discussion till the time of purchasing the Home Theater, I made it clear to executive (Mr. Vishnu) that I and my wife both are working and we will not be able to install the Home Theater during the week. It was assured as a pre-condition for sale that they will get the Home Theater installed on Sunday i.e., 17-02-2013. It was his verbal assurance that he will make sure to install the product on Sunday.

    On such assurance we paid the price of the Product.

    On Sunday morning at around 10.40, I gave call to Mr. Vishnu at his mobile no. 7503013222 regarding installation of Home Theater. It was informed that he will reply within 15 minutes. However, I didn’t received the revert. I again called him at aroung 11.50 A.M which was picked up his colleage with reply that he is not around. AT 12.20 A.M got call from Mr. Vishnu that they will not be able to install the Home Theater on Sunday as today is official off of Philips employees. The detail of calls and discussions can be produced.

    When, I asked about his assurance, he said that he is helpless since it is off of technical department. I also informed that all companies used to get the system installed on Saturdays and Sundays. At least personally, I have such experience. He also responded that you can come early evening on Monday to get the Home Theater installed.

    My submission is that when it was offical close of technicians on Sunday, the fact should have been be cleared to him even at the time of selling the Product. He should clearly informed me that he will not be able to installed the product on given day. Specifically, I informed him, we won’t be at home on working days. It is clearly tempting to sale the product without even iaking care interest of gulliable consumer.

    SInce, employees represent the company and action and assurances of responsiblity of Organisation. Accordingly, it is responsibilty of Philips to make sure that such fake assurances should not been given by employees.

    It is clearly deficiency in terms of Consumer Protection Act, 1986. I need at least reply from the eand of Philips on it.

    Low 2/3 of display not visible since Sep 12 last week. I have called up the call centre which directed me to contact Dunlop bridge centre ph – 30605954. The service man came from there and checked the problem and told me that this will be solved in the workshop. He has collected the TV set vide token no PKOL2909120007 on 11th October 2012. Since then there was no communication from them and on enquiry I was told that the component is defective and they were waiting for the component from HO on 31st October 2012. I have called again and again and got the same reply every time in November and December. Lat week of December they have called me to inform that the component is not available and as such the TV can’t be repaired.

    My question to you is very simple — Is this the service standard of Philips and do we expect after paying a lot of money that the product purchased from Philips is of such standard and quality that the same can’t be repaired because of one component is not available and it is just wastage of money.

    I was thinking of going to consumer court but before that i thought I should also get your views about this type of service and pain suffered by me.

    I am using philips Grinder Mixer 1632, with in 6 month period, i found that its motor got burn . Thanks God it was in warrunty period either i have to face lots of problem as still i am facing in warunty period…………….

    I called to philips engg. , he visited & check & told me that i m placing order for motor & within 2 – 3 days , it will get replace…………

    Now almost 15 days passed, i am waiting for engg.
    the engg have update on customer centre that customer have closed the complain………

    now i asked to Local customer care, they told me one docket no. , by which my grinder motor was dispatched from philips warehouse, when i checked this docket no.
    i found that it is booked for another location, they provide me a fake docket no…………

    WHOM TO TRUST >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

    A Brand name like philips is going to spoil with these wrong commitment of their person………………..

    Another thing, when i contact to customer care – 1800 1022 929

    First time i spoke with SARITA, i told her my all the issue & she told me to kept line on hold to speak with Senior……….. after 15 min hold, i got frustted & disconnect the call …………………..

    Again i called to customer care, now i was speaking with Mr. Ravindra,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

    I repeated my issue & the same answer from there,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, please keep liine on hold, i m transfering your call to my senior…………………..

    Still i m on hold to speak his senior but no body responding to my call…………..

    i got frustted & share the PHILIPS CARE EXPERIANCE with you…………………

Like i have DVD which i purcharce in US and in hongkong, i am not able play these DVD’s , some one told me that, there are coad in DVD player to read different regions DVD’s, i need to uncoad the reader from DVD player so that i can play all the DVD’s on it. plz help me for how to go about it.

    more than 10 times calling your customer care and mailing several times.
    today on 4 jan after 11 dec when they took the home theater i got reply that the spare parts of my product are not available and nothing can be done to repair it.
    more than 20 days to find out that you have some spare in your warehouse or not
    i think you don’t live in 21st century
    tell your people that there is something called networking and internet
    and they can use it for client convince

    today i was told that i have to give my bill (if i have it and i don’t) to the service center
    to get a discount on the next buy of Philips
    you guys still think that i would buy Philips

    i shall now post this to every website possible
    just to get my anger out
    off course Philips won’t get affected by it cause you don’t use internet.

    We had installed philips trim 1 ECG machine , a faulty machine was installed by philips company dealer imago system and after 10 months it was replced claiming that it was indeed a faulty one.
    sad part is it was replaced by another faulty philips trim 1 ECG machine. the machine was sent for repair last month to banglore for service, still the problem is not rectified. we have faced lot of inconvenience due to this faulty machine and also not able to place orders for other equipments. kindly rectify this problem for a future smoother transactions.

    Hi, We have purchased a Philips 55″ TV for our Video Conferencing equipment. Which started giving Echo problem after one month and it took more than 6 months to get replacement for the TV. And it worked fine for 2 Months. Now it is not powering on and I raised a Ticket with Philips. The Customer Support Representative says it will take 48 working hours for the engineer to Visit ie., 9:00Am to 9:00PM working hours or 4 days.

    Do you really think this is good support? We purchase a TV of Rs. 1,00,000.00/- and if we have any problems you want us to sit idle for 4 days..

    Now I will not recommend any Philips products / brand to anybody.

    I also came to know why people in India do not prefer Philips….

    I purchased a C.F.L bulb and a normal bulb of 15 watt and 60 watt respectively on 17-12-2012. Both the bulbs got repaired within a day the normal bulb’s round glass just fell down when i tried to light it in the morning and broke into pieces. please test the bulb before you release it to the market its really a matter of concern which should be taken up seriously.

    i have purchased 32″ LED TV from M/s SantoshElectronics Secunderabad-AP on 01-12-2012 who have assured me installation within 24hrs but since a week has passed no one has turned up for wall mounting, on 4-12-2012 we recieved a call from 8341972259 that he will come on same day or next day on 6-12-2012 since no one turned up we called on this number mentioned who is questioning why we have purchased Philips, and insists that we wait untill he gives appointment. This is the case of service personel response towards customers who have been using this brand from last 40 years.(transistor,tv,vcd,lights etc). please let me know what is the procedure your company adopts towards installation of new products, or we r left to our fate for puchasing the PHILIPS products. at same time please let me know when our new LED will be wall mounted.

    Hahaha….Guys… use of crying and complaining…….as Mr Khatri(Philips Customer Care Executive) said above that Philips believe in sense and simplicity…….they apply the SENSE only when the things are SIMPLE. They don’t address the customer grievance(Since unattended complaints results in grievance and are complicated)………. I’ve been into day-in day-out calling to customer care and authorized service center from past one month but all in vain……………..

    We have purchased a Philips LED 55″ from Next Showroom Korum Mall Thane on 12/10/2011 and were promised to be offered a free home theater and a 24″ Philips LED. Have attached the Photo-copy of the bill for your reference. Now its almost a year and we have still not received the LED.

    You guys have promised it while your sales and now have not kept your words. Every time we were told it will be done next month but still its the same. A entire year has past away and still you guys have the same reply. We have made several complaints however the worst part is you guys do not have any courtesy to even get back to us and keep us updated about the status.

    Please suggest us what should we do???

    We still are ready to let go your pathetic after sales service and false & bluff commitments if you give us the LED by this month.

    I had lodged a complaint with customer support for my LCD TV MODEL NO.42PFL/5203 purchased 10/06/2009 on 13 th JUNE 2012 from NAVEEN ELECTROTECH PVT.LTD. H-4/4,MODEL TOWN-IInd,DELHI complaint number is 1306120118, then on 19th june cancelled and then 24th june no. is 2406120025 to mr .deepak joshi, then 4th july no.0407120175 ,then 11th july no. is 1107120067.Mr GILL phn. no. 9250900720 and Mr. was looking after my complain and suddenly he left and then Mr. sharma joined and he also left and then one Engineer MR.DIGVIJAY came to us and checked the TV(job no.PDEL 1107120067).AND they picked up the TV to the service centre MANTHAN ELECTRONICS SHAKTI NAGAR NEW DELHI and they said the set will be exchange so we are forwarding your request and you have to wait for some time and they asked for the bill and we had send to MR.GILL TO MR. ANIL TO MR. SHARMA two three times and now MR.SURAT phn No.9818546622 and one of your sr. Mr. KAMAR they are again asking the invoice it seems that THE PHILIPS INDIA BECOME THE WORST COMPANY IN INDIA the all people in your company they are making us FOOL and they are not even pick the phone calls we are Very disappointed with the service quality and response from Philips India.Please treat this on priority as it been almost SIX months now.

    There is problem with my Philips Home Theater-HTS3520 since last many months. I have complained about it many time but no body turnout to my home to check the product. I have many complaint numbers. Last complaint no-946567.

    Problems in product: (1) Try (which carry DVD/CD) is getting in and out with one hit to remote button. (2) Getting switched on automatically after 3-4 hours if main power is on

    I had lodged a complaint with customer support on 23 June 2012 with respect to replacement of a broken part in the juicer (top cover) – Model number HR1858/90. The complaint number is “JS No – 999984140865521.”. The service center number was “26238235”. Despite repeated calls and reminders, the issue remains unresolved. All I get to hear is “It will 48 hours” each time I call the service center.
    Very disappointed with the service quality and response from Philips India. Is this how Philips treats its customer once it has sold off a product.
    Pls treat this on priority as it been almost a month now.

    With reference to the mail below, I thank you (Manoj) and the company for addressing my concern. However my woes have further being enhanced.
    I got a call from one of your service centre(City Service – Kolkata). The person(Mr. Subhas Chatterjee) there promised that he will look into it and that I will not be charged again. I spent another Rs.150 and took the TV to the service centre. Now when the TV set has been repaired they want me to pay Rs. 1900. I told them it was agreed that I will not pay again as I have already spent Rs. 2000 earlier they said me to get in touch with the philips company. Its been almost 2 months and I have not got my TV back.
    This is a real bad experience. A never expected situation from such an old MNC company.

    TV was not working..I complained to service centre..they rectified took Rs 2000….it is still not they are demading Rs.6500… this is a bad experience ..wanted to register a complaint…I am bust right now..will search for your customer service managers email ID and write to him.
