    Sir,
    KIND ATTENTION OF THE CHAIRMAN AND MANAGING DIRECTOR OF M/S OGENERAL & M/S VIJAY SALES DELHI
    I regret rather painful to say that I have purchased one o general AC No asga1.8aet 1.5T spl with chases no. 60986/56500 from M/s Vijay Sales Vikas Marg Delhi vide invoice no. 75-DVMO7-12SICD 752 dated 28-07-12 and the same was installed by the company i.e. M/s OGeneral. I have paid all my due in connection with installation of the said unit in cash to the service engineer Mr.Akram Mobile No. 08826034103 but they have neither so far completed my installation work nor given any receipt against the money I paid to him. In this connection I have lodged a under reference complaint at phone No. 01144211212 and at their Dilshad Garden Delhi service station at phone no. 01147330351 and informed phonically to M/s Vijay Sales as well. But no response has so far been taken by them despite my repeated phonic request till yesterday i.e. on 23-08-2012 upto 18:15 hours. At last I have contacted Mr. Sandeep Kumar, Area Manager at his mobile No. 08800898437 at about 18:16Hours on 23-08-2012 and informed about the entire situation who assured me that my complaint will be attended till 20:00 hours by today itself i.e. on 23-08-2012. But I again regret to say that till13:00 hours of 24-08-2012 I have not received a call and no one has attended my complaint till now. I really surprised to see that such a renowned company like M/s Vijay sales and M/s O General is available in the market only to sale the product by all means and no body is ready to provide such an excellent service after sale of product to their valuable costumers. I am of the firm opinion to advise my near and dear not to buy “OG” product particularly from M/s Vijay Sales.

    Now I have left with no other alternative except to move in a court of law (consumer court) for justice and compensation.

    I PURCHASED ONE TON O GENERAL AC MODEL ASGA 12 JGC WITH DC (INVERT ER TECHNOLOGY) AT THE COST OF Rs 41500/- AGAINST BILL NO 2728 ON DATE 27.06.2012 FROM M/S NATIONAL AGENCIES SHERAN WALA GATE PATIALA AUTHORIZED AGENT OF O GENERAL ( PHONE NO OF SHOP 0175-2213710). MY AC IS NOT FUNCTIONING FROM 13.07.2012 AND ITS UNDER WARRANTY. TECHNICAL TEAM OF SUPPLIER HAS TRIED TO SORT OUT THE PROBLEM BUT IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE TILL DATE THE FAULT HAS NOT BEEN RECTIFIED DESPITE MY REPEATED REQUEST. I REQUESTED THEM TO REPLACE THE PIECE AS I HAVE INVESTED A HUGE AMOUNT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING FOR THE SAME IS IT THE REPO OF O GENERAL COMPANY. THE SHOP OWNER IS REPLYING IT IS A NEW TECHNOLOGY WE DON’T HAVE TECHNICAL CALIBER FOR ITS FAULT ANALYSIS. PLEASE INTERVENE IMMEDIATELY OTHERWISE I HAVE LEFT NO OPTION TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT AND TO PRESS FOR THE SAME. I HOPE MY PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED IMMEDIATELY AND I WILL GET THE NEW PIECE BEFORE PERHAPS THE SUMMER ENDS

    I bought o general ac in 30 Aug 2011 from the shop “System Airtech” (Sanjay Palace)Agra. Last month back my AC’s P.C.B got some problem then i asked them to change it from the new one but they repair it then after 10 days compressor stopped working then i asked my dealer that this AC is defective please exchange it with the new one but they refuse to do so now from last few days my AC is making sound, i have registered the complaint to the dealer from where I have purchased the same , but the dealer is not helping me out of the concern . Kindly help me out of the same. I think if this kind of services will be provided by the company then no time is left that people will loose their faith from this brand.

    i have purchased a o general airconditioner of 2 ton . It has worked only for a week .
    I have made many complaints to the dealer and Chandigarh office but no responce till now. In future i wont recmend to purchase Ogrneral air conditioner.

    i bought o general ac in may 2011.the dealer in RUDARPUR .ac has a defect.its got an automatic restart problem.i went to RUDARPUR 4 times to complain & atleast called him up 50 times.his name is ABHIMANYU.he always says the engineer will be at ur service on monday.atleast 10 mondays have passed by but he hasnt sent anybody nor has he sent the warranty card.he says…u have the bill na,its sufficient.he keeps making excuses,says v have shortage of staff. very bad after service.i’ll never recommend anybody to buy o general.i think i’ll have to goto consumer court now.

    I bought o general ac in Aug 2010. The dealer in Delhi has’nt gave me the warranty card till now. He says it hasn’t come yet from the company. The Ac has a big dent at the back side of it, when I call the dealer he replied me that 70-80% of the Air conditioners of OGeneral use to have a dent. I think if this kind of services will be provided by the company then no time is left that people will loose their faith from this brand.

    After this incident I cannot even think that I can recommend anybody to go with this brand. Hope that you people will take some strong action in regard to the above complaint within duration of next 2 working days, else I have to raise this issue to some different level which will hurt the reputation of the company.

    Why Do you people have a website where users cannot even lodge complaints to your ILL-FITTED after sales services, when despite repeated complaints over the last two months for getting your damn AC’s fixed; there’s no possible way to Contact an answerable Official of yours who sticks to his/her word..leaving the users in utter discomfort and inconvenience.
