    Usually the AC leakage problem occurs due to the clogging of the dirt particles in the tube. This can be resolved by taking a wet dry vaccum and then suck the drain line clean. In most of the cases the problem will be fixed. If the drain pan is dirty then you need to take the covers off the unit and then vaccum it.
    Even after doing this if the problem is not resolved, then reach the nearest service center and avail the services form the technician.

    i have purchased 1.2t split a/c from HITACHI. they have offered 3 free services within warranty period of one year. now 6 months over. no one has turned up for PMS. i have called their customer service number and registered a request. i specifically told them to come only on saturdays. they did not come. i have registered another request on 13th sep. no one has come. when i check with their call centre, they are saying they always close all calls within 48hrs – whether attend PMS or not. so, it you want service on saturday, request has to be made on thursday !!!! how can a company close a request call from customer without attending it. they are not customer friendly. i had a fight with their customer service person. they are taking it casually as they know they sold the product and customer has no option but to beg Hitachi for support !!!! i have sent two mails to their customer serivce ID. i have received an acknowledgement for 1st mail. i would like to escalate it to higher up. could you please guide me…Thanks.

    I purchased Hitachi AC From Gurgaon Haryana, India. It was working nicely for a week and after that i found some cooling problem, I complained in agency, and they asked me to visit nearest authorized service center. Now everything is OK.

    I buy 1.5ton split Ac on 20/5/13 and my complain no 13052003722 with name Surat singh.your customercare service provider says that u get service within 48
    hours for free instalation but till date no body come.we have buy a world class product but the service is very bad.Now we are going to instal the ac by outsider and we are going to consumer court for instalation charge of Rs5000&+harasment for five days.

    Really Hitachi company is loosing their customers. and if this will be continue.. than i think no one will Hitachi.
    your company has wrost customer care. The probability of contact to you is 1/100. and this is not a joke.
    secondly your company can’t provide me the facility of servicing. i had called a lot of time but i m unable to contact your representative and if some time it get connected they register my complain and told me that you will receive a message on your mobile and the neraby centre will call u in 8 hours. but i am not getting any call, even message also.
    Provide my service fast otherwise i have to contact CONSUMER COURT.

    I have purchased two 1.5ton 5star A/c on 22/05/2013 in which one a/c is not working and as well as other A/C is not cooling properly.
    And the service centre and showroom from where i purchased them both are not picking the call.

    already i am filed the complient through over phone but still your person not attending the service.
    the complent phone attending the person is not given the proper reply and only is specking hindi but we dont know hindi only tamil

    Dear sir
    I have purchases 4 ac on 15/4/2013 and registered those installation for the following no.

    In which one installation is completed and remaining 3 are still open so if in the peak time I will not get the installation.
    This is very bad experience with hitachi, there are so many companies offering me good prise but I purchase hitachi by thinking that
    This is japan base company and better than…………….

    But very bad experience……………….

    reality of Hitachi

    I am an Hitachi 1.5 Ton AC user.
    I have problem No Proper Cooling and I called your toll free no and registered a complaint, no 13042301542 dated 23/04/2013.
    The technician came and charged Rs. 550/- for service and informed that there was a problem in voltage and stabilizer. , but as on date there is an technician so he would inform when the voltage was proper.
    Waited till 24/04/2013 and after several phone calls was asked to re register the complaint.
    No 13042503468 dater 25/04/2013 with same problem.
    Still informed that the problem in stabilizer. now i changed new stabilizer for proper working but we have found same proble.

    Now this is my third complaint for same problem and registered no is 13042802637 dated 26/04/2013 they assured me that we will provide trained technician . (This means all the electrician are fake).
    ok technician come and say that Display/thermostat problem in your AC. Today is 06/05/2013, ten days since my first complain and neither your technician,
    nor service centre people are able to address the problem.
    Thus is a highly irresponsible behaviour. Please solved my problem as soon as possible otherwise i will go consumer court for same.

    Some question —

    Q1. Why are u wasting my 3000 rs for new stabilizer.
    Q2. why you have untrained technician/electrician.
    Q3. Why my problem not solved till date.

    The Problem is not solved till nowwwwwwww………

    I am from ulhasnagar,we purchase Two Hitachi 1.5ton Ac`s for our company.One Ac`s having problem in PCB, as told by technician came for Installation .After 16 days of follow up technician came with wrong PCB, they said Company sent another model PCB. Now its been 19days, problem not solved yet.

    I think we are dealing with the worst company in respect about services when we talk about Hitachi.
    We had installed a 4 ton double compressor ductable unit in 2007 for our new showroom which opened in 2008.
    In 2010 we were told by the company that both the compressors have failed and nothing can be done because the warranty was for 1 year.
    We called our own technician who made one compressor working through a capacitor.
    That worked for 1 year,the next year i.e.2012 we thought to make it right called Hitachi
    [it was our mistake again].The company replaced a new compressor for Rs.26,000/= in february,2012.The AC was put to use from May,
    on 22 may we complained of non working [comp no;12051902100],
    it was done ok after taking service charges,next month in june we compained [comp no;12060801762] for non working,
    again in july the AC stopped working,we complained[ comp no;12062901676],it was done,after taking service charges again.
    In august also we complained [comp no;12080100951].Finally in october,against complain[comp no;12100101367]
    we were told that the new compressor has failed,and the company cannot do anything as the warranty on installed compressor was for 3 months.

    The whole thing proved that either the compressor was defective and the company lingered my complain till the warranty lapsed.
    The company ignores to see the complains lined up every month for non functioning and wait for the warranty to lapse.
    Thruogh out the period they did not tell me that the warranty is for 3 months only and we should get the AMC done,
    and now they say that you should had got the AMC done earlier.
    See the complains lined up and decide-
    The service manager posted here Mr.Rohit.Srivastava does not care to even talk nor does he care for company,s reputation.Kindly find a solution.

    on march 2012 i buy a hitachi ac from yamunanagar (Haryana). after 15 days it stop working till now problem is not solve. i contact to shopkeeper and the company consumer care person. plz tell me now what i have to do.

    An AC of hitachi make in AMC period continues but problem find and reliance digital open it and take spare from ac machine but 1 month over they did not service it. Now, the machine is unserviceable condition. So, look into the matter.
