   I had visited cafe coffee day at RMZ Millenia, Bangalore yesterday night (16th Nov 2010) around 7:30pm and left from Camera and a envelop of Pictures taken at Agra in the billing counter in rush. I trace the CCD number from Just dial and called up very confidently to inform to keep my Camera safe and I will collect the next day as I work in the same building. But the team from CCD refused to have seen the Camera while I am confident the object was not so small to miss out in the billing counter area.

   Also when I called up to CCD I response was also very suspicious, they turned off the Mobile for a while and then when it was on again I show up talking to each other asking to check the table while I am still confident I have left the camera in the bill counter, also like to mention and CCD guy too have admitted that there was no other customers during this time. Hence, I feel if the CCD management can help in recovering my photos and Camera it will be very kind of you.

   What I missed the most is the memories we have in the pictures taken, appreciate help you can lead to keep up a good customer relationship.
