    I am an airtel subscriber in Uganda with cell phone number 0753316749. My airtime plan is the monthly bundle for airtel to airtel calls. However my calls to other airtel numbers especially to 0753871319 which I need so much does not go through on that monthly payment unless I buy fresh airtime. What could be wrong? I am getting frustrated.

    I am Rajesh.
    I am working with a financial institutes and based out at Durgapur. I am using company provided airtel post paid no. as well as company provided data card. I have recently tried to take another post paid connection for my personal use and visited your Durgapur office around 25 days back. I completed all formalities by giving documents and after receiving card no., I requested your officers to get the same activated as early as possible. After three days, I got a call for address verification and since I was trevlling to Siliguri, I requested your guy to visit me after three days/. Since then, I am constantly in touch with your officers but my no. has not been activated till date. Every time I have been asked that address verification is pending. Kindly appreciate that my residence is just 500 meter away from your office.
    Would appreciate if someone can look into it and resolve the same.

    Poor Customer services and unethical Business practices adopted by AIRTEL

    I purchased corporate connection from airtel by name the name of Abols IT Solutions . Guy names nitin(8860910191) took my company documents and after verification sim got activated but I did not get sim now there 2 sim are working on my company name but I never received sim. Please close both number 8800773485, 8800773492. If anything goes wrong with those sim Airtel is responsible for that since never received sim.You guys are totally fake and I will never give you any document at all last guy took my documents and got connection activated on my name and now using them and now again I need to give documents what the hell you guys are doing. Who was that guy who took documents from and didn’t delivered sim. donot provide any document to airtel they can misuse them on your name. be aware stay away from airtel.

Yesterday evening(17-September 2014,7:54 PM), I made a call to your customer care executive, but i didn’t get proper response from your executive “Mr.Antony”, actually he suddenly disconnected my call, how can he do this with out providing a solution for my query.

    AIRTEL is big cheating in clients. very shame your service. personaly i sharing my situvation .My mobile number is 09895071345, i charging the offer amount Rs-55 . this one is decrease the call charge. this offer time period is 30 days validity. i charging date is 08/02/2014.But this offer automatically cut in 15/02/2014. After all calls cut the charges in 1.5 paisa/sec.Very big loss in main balance. This type of cheating clients is not discovered fastly.AIRTEL IS KILLED ON CLIENTS SILENTLY.

    After reading so many comment i must say that airtel service is going worst day by day. Customer care executive and even their supervisors are not capable to solve the issue of customer.
    Same problem i am also facing now days. Recently they offered me 2gb 3g plan at Rs. 251. When i recharged my number they recharged my number with only 1gb data. When i made complaint to cc, executive and supervisor did not attend me and they put my call on hold for many minutes and afterward they disconnected. This was happened at least four to five times.
    I know very well that this issue will not be solved because of untalented cc executive and supervisors because they does not know anything.
    I feel that airtel nowdays deducting customer money by any mean. If it continues airtel will lose their existing customers.

    my mobile number is 9160064794 i am so damn irritated by airtel’s service. inspite of me trying to talk with customer care executive my call never gets connected while I can easily connect from any other airtel number. what the hell is this? its annoying more over customer care executives do not respond properly, I demand for something and they forward my call to a supervisor who talks well and promisses me that my problem will be taken care of and finished!! my call never ever gets connected again. lameness, my balance has been deducted inspite of me having my 3g data left. how is this possible? kindly resolve my problem. I regret for getting my number ported from Vodafone they are atleast honest and resolve my problems as early as possible.

    I am really disappointed with the service of the biggest mobile network in India. i have 2 internet connections in my office with 15gb monthly plan. In both the connections 15 gb is wiped up in 10 days without any downloads or streaming. I tried calling the customer care no and the response i got was very unprofessional. first the executive wasn’t able to communicate properly neither in english or hindi. he put me on hold after listening to my query and never returned. Seriously you need to provide better service as the company is gng down the drain

    Without my consent the Translation plus subscription service from Airtel is being renewed daily by charging Rs 5/-

    Tried my best by contacting all the given Airtel numbers to stop this service, but could not succeed. Even I have approached several customer care centers including the main office at Begumpet but failed to stop this service. I am billed un-necessarily.

    Request your kind intervention to stop the said service with immediate effect.

    I am Amit Kumar, I have recently tried to convert my pre-paid mobile number to Post paid and feeling this is a biggest mistake of my life. Since yesterday night my both connection are de acivated, none of the number is working correctly and when I called to customer care they are saying to me that it will take another 24 hours and till that time my number will not work.

    Not only that, I have really got a worst experience in airtel customer care. When I told to customer care that I want to talk to your senior regarding this he kept me on hold for around 16-17 min on phone and everytime he just said , our seniors are busy with some one else and please wait.. this is so pathetic he even dont know how to talk to customer and deal with them. I am feeling like to move out from Airtel and get some other connection. This guy previously told me that his name is some one else and later he said he is Pravin, which is really weird. as per his saying
    his interaction id is 123401876 .

    Can anyone please tell me what kind of customer care executive you have, who actually do misbehave with their customers and what is this shit that none of my number is working now. and today I really has to attend one very important call of my life, who is going to be responsible for that If I wont get it.

    Hi,this is shubham(my airtel number:8967921611) ,i have been an airte customer since quite long bt now because of the kind of sevice its providing i m inclined towards changing my operator.Despite my net pack it has deducted quite a lot of balance from my main balance account and now the customer care is not at all attending my calls.I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH UR SERVICE.

    I am facing net speed issue while using my 3G data plan which is providing speed of 0.07 Mbps. So I called to Airtel customercare (which is chargeable 50 paise per three minutes), customer care executive picks up the phone call and they do not listen to the customer and just disconnect the call (happened 5 consecutive times in half an hour) when I spoke to customer care what is going on he said we don’t disconnect the call but this is technical issue then and there call got disconnected this time also. I am not able to understand what is happening. I have already recharged with Rs 255 for 1GB 3G plan however services are worst I have ever experienced. This is really very pathetic if customers are not happy or satisfactory with the services.

    It is not happened on a single day it happens everytime with Airtel only. Customer care executives are not providing customer services to customers rather making them abuse airtel.

    I would really appreciate if somebody can look into this.

    Hi, I am Kashyap and i wanted to complain this issue regarding 2G data plan which i activated on
    17-02- 2013 and the issue – I have purchased this card from DAHISAR and I stay at VASAI and whenever I try to start Internet on my NOKIA X2-01 it does not start but it starts in MUMBAI. It does not start anywhere around Bhayander, Naigaon, Vasai, Nalasopara, Virar. I have called airtel many times and they also gave me request number and i got a confirmation call from airtel yesterday morning stating that the issue has been resolved but its still same. Its working in Mumbai but not in Vasai where i stay. My money is wasted as i am not getting the service. its been 5 days and nothing has done about it. pleas help out to resolve this issue as Rupees 125 is not a small amount and I don’t have enough money to let this amount go waste. thankyou

    Mr sibbal said Roaming free from 2013 all over India is false commitment.
    Presently (today 17th Feb 2013) I am in Gudgaon and AIRTEL is charging roaming Rs.1/- per minute for incoming call and particularly for incoming calls from MP & CG Airtel is charging Rs.1.50 per minute as I am using sim card issued in Chhattisgarh.

    On Airtel website it is shown that for every incoming call roaming charge is rs. 1/- per minute but Airtel is charging Rs.1.50 per minute for calls received from MP and CG…..why it is so?

    They have recovered Rs. 9000 from me, for 1 Gb usage in 3 days even after plan was activated as per every instruction from customer Care.
    The option was only to pay, else your contact no. will be gone as airtel will stop services

    Recently want to migrate from postpaid to prepaid on 8 Feb, so cleared the outstanding amount cast of the postpaid number jain infocom garh road meeurt.
    I have also pay 125 for new sim and recharge . airtel executive was told me your prepaid number will start in 72 hours and your paid paid same number will closed but now my postpaid number is closed but prepaid number is not start. i facing lot of problem . i have contact many time airtel custmer care but there was no solution.

    I am using the airtel services for more than 10 years and it’s very shocking that why my post paid and prepaid both number is closed when i pay full amount .

    Recently want to migrate from postpaid to prepaid, so cleared the outstanding amount of the postpaid number by providing the
    cheque to the executive named ramesh from vision marketing services-bill number 197191 on 30 dec 2012.

    When I went to airtel stall-begumpet to get the prepaid card the counter person says the cheque is not produced or cleared, so we cannot migrate to prepaid, so I immediately paid the cash of 3945/- Receipt no 30-25013703 and cleared the outstanding bill.

    Meanwhile informed the executive not to produce the cheque and hand over the cheque and he agreed it, before cancelling the cheque the very next day he produces the cheque and when tried to reach him, he never respond my call.

    I am using the airtel services for more than 6 years and it’s very shocking that the third party executives don’t even have the minimalknowledge of the cheque and cash transactions.

    Kindly revert back the money as soon as possible and take the serious action on the collection agency and the executive.

    I tried recharging my airtel number 9560624344 with rs 200 which would give the talktime of rs.220.I entered my mobile no. And all the other requirements.i was forwarded to the SBI internet banking.A security password was sent to me as usual and I confirmed it.The balance of rs.200 is deducted from my sbi account but no recharge has been done on my number.
