i have my mts from mumbai but i am using it in gujrat,but now mts has stoped working in mumbai so i want to know if i recharge it from gujrat and use it here is t possible?????
This is regarding MTS Datacard Connection. As per my knowledge and experience it is the worst company with worst service. If it is the last thing on earth for Internet connection than also i will suggest live without internet but dont go MTD Data Card.
the speed is as usual unsatisfactory ant the employees at the customer care out lets do not respond on the question asked to them apart from this in kandivali west outlet the executive are rude to the consumers this is the request to the new consumers who r going to buy the product plz don’t go for this and i am going to complain in consumer forum about this.

But again i was in business meeting i had recd sms on 2nd november 2012 saying that november 4 ko apne bachhe ka jeevan polio se surakshit banaye. Har baar polio ki khuraq pilaye, time 07:10pm recd from MTSSER priority normal then i went to gallery of mts in nerul west u r executive madam geeta called somebody and told me that u r DND is deactivated i said how can it possible
i went on 2nd november2012 at 8.45pm that time i recd a phone call which was urgent then went outside. on 3rd november morning at8.38 am i had called u r customer executive given compaint he registered complaint number C12-49447490 on 3,11,2012

but i am not satisfied with its performance.bcoz urs mts retailers have spoken to me that 750 plan is unlimited & u can use unlimited downloading & Surfing is free
After 5 Gb Using urs Mts speed Is Very Slow
i am using unlimited plane worth rupees 750/- per month.
hardly i am able to download 3-4 movies of 700 mb at
maximum transferred is in-between 40 to 60.
after 6-7 Gb usage u r downloading speed all of sudden falls down to10-15.
after that u wont feel of using it worst performance yar dont go for this.
poor response from customer care.
these people say only one thing our application is down………………..
dont go for this product yar

I Just bought a mts datacard 899/- from connectindia Mumbai.I was in an urgent need so I bought it from these guys.I was told my card gets activated in 24hrs.its 72 hours and not yet active.nobody is willingly answering my call from connectindia Telecom.mts is also not taking ANY responsibility ,and they are telling me to contact connectindia telecom and not them. I am a postpaid consumer and still they treat me like this! no wonder which they r at the bottom of this industry.poor services.I am gonna disconnect as soon as I get a chance! boooooo!!! connectindia & MTS

I have MTS data card in the base of 1year planning (20 gb) and it took 3 to 4 days to reach to hyderabad . when it reached to hyderabad on 31 we actived . from 31stjan t
o 10 feb we use in between that we finshed (20gb)when we called customer they told that we have completed our 20gb . we got schok to lisnce it that how can 20gb can complete with in 10days . Really service and network is not good
COMPLAINT NO AS WELL TO CORRECT IT .
I have gave complaint on 13-0-2012 it become 6 days while giving this complaint but ther is no respond from customer care and after using 19 gb they have allready used and saled to us .They have cheated us we want ur money back

WRONG MAIN ACCOUNT DEDUCTION OF Rs. 294/-
I m purchased mblaze on 10th December, 2009 and i am recharge it with Rs.299/- which is top-up balance of Main Account balance .. I use it 1 month … and the 10th of January my plan (i.e. mblaze15 — 15gb free for 30 days) is over and I m using just Rs.5/- from main account… then I will recharge it with “mblaze night”(Free usage in Night wroth 10 gb) on 12 January,2010 at 8’o clock in the evening.. At this time i check my Main Account Balance is Rs.294. and Data balance is 10.2 Gb.. and i m just check it on 13 January 2010, it will show Rs. 0…
I call the customer care …..
they says that it will deducting for usage of 147mb on 13 January 2010, at morning 11’o clock..
But at this time I m in the R.T.O. office and i carry the MBLAZE modem with me….
I m just saying that deduction is made by the MBLAZE… So i m not sure that MTS is more reliable…. I m very lucky that i m using a prepaid broadband connection ,,, otherwise it will deducting so many amount in my account….
