Im studying 4th year Civil engineering..I m getting educational loan For SBI for studies..When i went bank to get Loan amount for 4th year,Bank manager asking me to pay Interest for First 2 years and then only He will give loan for this year..Is there any new rule like “Need to pay interest For past years to get loan for current year while studying itself”..Please To whom i need to contact for this..Please guide me through

I am not able to reach to SBI customer care contact numbers…

I have tried all provided numbers…
most of them are not working or if some are working also but no budy picking calls…
Could you provide working customer care number….?

I block that card and bank issue me new ATMCARD. but my new ATMCARD also is block . I complain two three time in branch. but thay didnt do any thing.SO please sir actavite my ATMCARD. Beware of SBI credit card offering sales people they are big fraud, they will collect all your documents and then they will never give you your card.

They collect salary slip and documents to do some sort of fraud.

I have got a kit for the online banking , recently . When i try to login , it is showing invalid user name and password . Will it take some time to activate that username , which i have got from my bank ? .Even i called the customer care also , they have said that ., it will be activated with in 48 hours . But , no improvement on that .

Could you please guide me on this issue.

Dear sir,

I have applied for car loan with SBI. Since I did not got any response for past 20 days I tried contacting the branch manager (B.N Prasad of Meerut Baghpat Road Meerut)) he replied that the verification process is still not complete.
How many days does it takes to complete the verification process when the file is complete.
Even I have raised the complaint through the online form provided and my complaint number is CC-1275288887490
The customer service numbers provided above are of no use as no one takes the call. For the toll free number provided i.e. 1800114545…the number is infinitely busy.
I kept on holding the line for more than an hour but there was no response.
It is frustating as well depressing.
I have lost the dealer benefits of Rs. 25000 as I needed the loan by 31st May 2010.

SBI is a big brand and treatment to the customers is extremely poor.

Is this how a nationalised banks work.

Please do the needful asap.
