I had purchased Bluetooth headband sound logic brand in month of Oct 2018 and immediately after 1 month the left side ear piece was found not operational.
I tried the 2 available contact nos. of sound logic brand in Mumbai but both the nos. are not responsive.
Guys I really doubt if this brand Sound logic is an Authentic or Fake and overall it is being marketed and sold on FlipKart.
I bought the soundlogic Bluetooth earphones msd edition, the voice assistant one, but the voice assistant button is not working kindly resolve this problem.

I bought soundlogic Bluetooth earphone just one month back. Within one month the left side has stopped working. Initially, I was under the impression that, branded items will be better. Now, I am thinking how to repair it. Because they don’t have service stations across India. Customer care also not picking the phone.

why i am trying to reach you means i have purchased SoundLogic Voice Assistant Wireless Neckband Bluetooth Headset with Mic first i received on 7th July’18, due to battery charge backup i given request for replacement on 8th July’18 and i received replaced item on 12th July’18, then it was working properly,but from from past 3 days charger problem device is not getting charged and its not able to use.
when i checked with flipkart they told 10 days replacement date is expired now we cant able to accept for any replacement, you need to check with the sound logic support team, i tried to call you and got fed-up.
can you pls check my mail and let me know the further process what i need to be done.

HELLO I purchased a soundlogic XT wireless headset, , , I purchased the first one from Showcase on May 4 2018.. . It worked until May 28 2018 when i returned it because it stopped charging. . I received a replacement that one didnt charge and was returned to the store May 30 2018, then again on June 21st it was returned for the same reason. Then again on june 26 it stopped and i got another one,,,it has again stopped working.. . I am not returning this one because they all have the same problem and it not the stores fault,, ,i have all the receipts and if you like i can return this garbage to you, i am beyond disappointed in this product, , i previously had another headset from soundlogic. It lasted for over a year. . I will not buy this product again, but thought you should know about the default.
