Even after 5 months, I have not received my refund. If India Times Shopping do not intend to return my money, they should clearly tell me so that I can think of alternate actions. I spite of writing E Mails daily since last three months I have not got any reply from India Times Shopping. They are neither refunding my money nor providing me replacement.

I have paid the entire payment for purchase of Three T Shirts, One wrist watch and Goggles from India Times Shopping. It is more than five months the product has not been delivered. After several follow ups I decided to cancell the order. The repayment is also not being done. The customer care executive is simple giving wauge replies. I have completely lost faith in India Times Shopping. As a last option I requested to deliver the Trendy T shirts of M size, as a replacement, which they refused.

I have received the goods through untampered Aramex courier with Airway Bill No. 4682765942 on 11/20/2012 01:15 PM, whose weight was within 1kg. On opening it I have found only 3 item in it and the “285G 00004 : Butter Chicken Masala Mix” was missing. The wieght on individual items are 285gm each.
I would like to know the reason for the missing item.

I have purchased spin mop from India times shopping and received the product on 12th or 13th oct 12. I noticed that there is some defect in the product and i called to customer care number 090248888 on 14th oct 12 and spoke to Mr. Narsing. He said it will paid resolved & you will receive replacement within 19 working days. But they have send an email saying it will resolved on 7th November 12. WHY DO YOU TELL LIES TO CUSTOMERS? WHY DO YOU MIS LEAD PEOPLE? After 1 week i spoke to Mr. Chetan (executive), Mr. Javed (floor manager). First Chetan lied that floor manager is not there & he cannot transfer the call. Once I shouted at him suddenly floor manager came but I don’t know from where did he come? He just spoke “honestly speaking you will receive the call on 27-10-12”. Till now nobody has called me & all you people are like politicians. Just try to eye wash the customer over the telephone. After this again I tried to speak to Mr. Javed but he denied because he knew that he is a liar & unfit to be manager and does not have voice to speak to me. Moreover he does not know the meaning of honest. While speaking me keeps on mentioning “HONESTLY SPEAKING”.
After couple of days i spoke to Asma & another lady (don’t remember name) both are floor managers. Both of them assure that I will be getting a call from India times shopping within 24 to 48 hours & I will be informed the status of my complaint. Till now many 24 & 48 hours are over. These people do not know how many days for 24 hours. If they don’t know very simple thing, how did they become floor managers?
Lastly for the purchase i have made they have not provided invoice. They are cheating Govt.
After speaking to you many times with no result and wasting my time & phone bill, I am fed up with you people. I will publish this issue with all the leading news papers so that people will come to know what kind of 3rd class service you are giving and how you are telling lies to people.

hi.. we placed an order for a blackberry tour without camera phone. We made payment by our credit card but we had received our order reference number.. even after a week none of the cust care executives to track our order successfully or provide us a reference number for the same .. out of desperation we cancelled our order.. suddenly after 3 days again we have indiatimes charge us 9200 on our credit card… we are absolutely angry and furious. i hope someone resolves this matter really quickly or else i have no clue myself what steps we are going to take but i know we wont just let someone cheat us this way.. we are waiting.. so indiatimes please wake up..
My name venkatesh m shenoy, residing at ff 1 sec 5 vaishali indirapuram gzd, actually my brother in law Mr ramesh r kamath having india times account and we have purchased 3 balckberry set. out of that 2 didnt have any prob and working fine, the third one i recieved was blackberry storm 9530 which i had complaint that mic was not working, and complaint number is 113117304 i informed customer care and they told they will replace, and making calls at least 2 to three calls they sent me the mail and i have already send the phone. today when i called to know the status i spoke to customer care executive , she told me that we had to update the courier details which i didnt have any information and that customer care appolagized and felt happy for that but while taking awb reference number call got disconnected, but before that she told me that i will get handset in seven working days, again i made call to get the that awb number and i spoke to one miss gagandeep at 10.45 am today morning and she gave by saying it is complaint number and number is 255733 and the way she talked to me was very very bad she was just over pitching for each words why i did like this that and made me feel like i did big mistake purchasing handset from India times. and i promise from this account number we wont purchase any handset from India times. one thing i say is keeping a customer care executive like this will really have loss of many customers. i am waiting for a call in this matter
I have purchased my product against the order no. 112707634 dated 18th nov. I was told that i will get this product in 7 days time. I was furthr told that it will be delivered in 5 days time from the date of shipment. As per information from India times the parcel was shipped by thier end on 24th nov. I am chasing for this parcel since last 3 days from tnt. they say that parcel is missing and not tracable. I have called severatimes to customer care of india times. Every time i am getting assurances, and been informed that my compaint is lorged and it will take further 7 days to process. My worry is how a customer is services when the problem is not at customers end. Why should india times take another seven days to resolve this situation. No one has even called me, it is only me who is taking pain for this. I would expect if some higher authorities can call me and understand this problem and resolve immedaitely. Awaiting response and call.
