DTDC E-Tracker is an online utility tracking integration between DTDC and the client mainly useful for E-enabled customers. Apart from the system level integration, this solution can provide the periodic consignment status to the customer in CSV file format via email.

the service of dtdc is poor i have booked courier under docket no D16305917 before 7 days their tracking system is false and no body is even giving any feed back so pls look into it and deliver the courier
I am following up for a consignment in which thers wer important documents from ING-VYSYA, 16th Dec ING-VYSYA sent a mail stating that, consignment was sent to my mailing address on 08/11/2013 through DTDC courier services vide Awb # B03557886. When I searched in DTDC website for Tracking Results, it is showing that the consignment has been already delivered to security guard on 12th Nov 2013.
On 17th I have contacted DTDC customer care & taken the phone number of Mr.Kadam, DTDC Dange chowk branch. I have contacted him for about 25-30 times since 17th Dec 2013; he has not given proper information.
On 23rd Dec, I have contacted Mr.Kranti Chowan, Branch Manager DTDC Pimpri Pune, had conference call and had discussed with Mrs.Sangeeta from DTDC Pimpri Pune. After that there were few mails copied to me and Mrs.Sangeeta sent DRS sheet to Mr.Kadam on 23rd Dec. But after that, till today nobody has answered where my courier has gone.
I have few questions which needs your answer.
1. As per mail from Mr.Kadam, once he receives 12th Nov 2013 DRS, he will investigate where the consignment has gone. He has received the DRS on 23rd Dec 2013, what investigation he has taken. (I am contacting Mr.Kadam for my consignment since 17th Dec 2013, he is so irresponsible on this matter and whenever I called him, he use to run away from his responsibility, due to which I have lost my temperament some time)
2. On 12th Nov 2013, my spouse was at home, why it is not delivered at my address?
3. Assuming my spouse was not at home on 12th Nov 2013, why the DTDC delivery person has not called me on my mobile number?
4. When the consignment is addressed to me, what is your DTDC policy says when somebody is not home; can it be deliver consignment to a security person, which is an important document from a bank?
5. As per the 12th Nov 2013 DTDC DRS, my consignment Awb # B03557886 was received by a security person by name Mr.Khengare. I know Mr.Khengare since more than one year, and I have discussed with him, Mr.Khengare has not received any courier from DTDC in my name.
i). As per the 12th Nov 2013 DTDC DRS was signed by Mr.Khengare, for your kind information Mr.Khengare cannot sign on DRS as he do not know how to sign (is an illiterate).
ii). As per the 12th Nov 2013 DTDC DRS was signed by Mr.Khengare, for your kind information Mr.Khengare was absent on 12th Nov 2013 (I have personally checked the attendance register).
6. Have the DTDC person has really delivered the consignment?
7. With reference to above, where my consignment has gone?
8. With this kind of service, how can I trust the DTDC, especially Mr.Kadam from Dange chowk DTDC delivery centre, Pune?

It is regretting to note that the consignment booked through your agency vide your Docket Number : Z01978854 to Bangalore on 21st October, 2013 HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED tilldate EVEN AFTER AN ELAPSE OF 4 DAYS.
The tracking report is TOTALLY INCORRECT, as it states the Destination as BAREILLY WRONGLY instead of BANGALORE.

My son ordered an item from eBay on 7th march 2013, It was dispatched on same day and reached Chennai on 13th march but till date we havent received the package.
On 28th March 2013 my son personally went to the following DTDC branch and to enquire about my package,

On 30th March 2013 my son called them to enquire about any update,
First i called 9840137141 (i didnt get his name, time-11:40AM), He gave us this number 7708050216 (Mr. Karthik answered this number).
Karthik told that package was already delivered on 13th march but no info to whom they delievered it.
When my son said he havent received it then he said that he will enquire Prabha and will call me back in 10 minutes. He never called again.
my son called at 12:20 PM, he said he will surely call me once he gets proper info.
my son called again at 03:05 PM, he is not picking up my calls.
Later my son called 044-45490102 at 03:50PM and spoke to Mr Muthu, he said that AWB number doesnt exist and later he gave me Praba number 9840526253.
Prabha says he needs to check the papers and will call me back, He too never called again.
First they say package might be missed out,
Second they say package is delievered,
Third time they say such AWB number doesnt exist.

I have tried office Number. After long process, a lady picked up and asked detail. We given the DTTC Consignment Number P22470614 and asked the status . She given a mobile # and asked to call there. From there another … Like ten Numbers…we tried & frustrated and called customer care Coimbatore number 04224242500 .
After several attempts, a Girl Picked up the Telephone and asked the Information and Put the call on HOLD FOR 15 Minutes . We disconnected and called again. NO response . Are u in Service category ??? This is really pathetic service. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. What type of service your running without responsible persons /Team . Really very, very Bad . I sent a envelope C No: B90635378 on 4 Feb 13 to Gurgaon. Even after 4 days and 96 hrs it is still not delivered. Bangalore to NAtional capital region should be in 24 hrs or max 48 hrs. India post ordinary gets delivered in three to four days. DTDC charges 14 timnes and is slower>?
I will take this delay up to your senior officials and may be the media and consumer court. The customer care nos ppl do not respond and when I get the line they rudely disconnect

I have sent a return shipment to jabong.com using dtdc courier services. The courier was sent on Dec 24, 2012 from Hyderabad to Gurgaon (AWB No.: H11622540). Status of the courier is still in transit. The delay has caused me a loss of Rs. 900.
The worst part is their customer care services. I called their Hyderabad customer care services approximately ten times and have dropped 3 mails to them. The girl responding to the call behaves as if she is talking to her ex-boyfriend. She refuse to register my complaint. Thanks to Gurgaon representative that they atleast registered my complaint. But still no help with it. Please have a look into the matter. And do let me know how to proceed further in this case.

My consignment number B89298670 which was sent on thursday 03 jan 2013 has still not reached and after following with the pune folk they have just updated the status as delivered which i know is absolutely lie since their is no signature of the receipent.

After availing your services I found that your services are truly bad. Whenever I was having to receive any parcel via dtdc, I faced problems to receive it, even sometimes didn’t receive or delivered to some other state. I feel totally disgusting by your services.
Below are two AWB Nos which I haven’t received till more than a month and still undelivered:
1) Z77932135 Booking Date is 03 dec 2012 and delivery place is Srinagar(J&K) but you had shown delivered in Indore which is totally strange and unprofessional.
2) Z73949119 Booking date Nov 08 2012 and status is still in transit……
Both these parcels were supposed to receive by me but this is the kind of service you are providing.

this is the worst courier service ever to be used especially for sending important documents. I sent my documents and books via DTDC service on 3/12/2012 weighing 30 kgs. Though the consignment was delivered on time, yet most of my important books and few essential documents were missing. the worst part was that nobody was ready to take the responsibility for the loss. its my sincere advice to all those people out there who are planning to send there important articles especially the heavy ones, to make sure that the articles are properly packed because nobody will give an ear to your queries or complaints.

I send courier from Cherala to hyderabad Vide Dkt: H04853347 Dated 27.11.2012 it reached to hyderabad on 28.11.2012 in that Courier i have sent RRB Examination hall ticket.i have Exam on 16.12.2012. till now i didn’t get my hall ticket. I’m asked DTDC Erragadda branch person his answer was irresponsible. if i not get the hall ticket I ll go to complaint on DTDC Courier. So find out my hall ticket and deliver the right address before my Examination date.
Consignment no K58283406 dt 01.12.12 from Ahmadpur (Birbhum) to Kolkata was supposed to have been delivered on 03.12.12 at the latest. SMS enquiry came up with a response on 03.12.12 at 20:54 “Attempted on 03.12.12. Not delivered due to door/office closed”. This is surprising as the address for delivery is my residence and someone is always there, if only the delivery-man rang the bell. DTDC can verify the location and the use of the premises.
Attempts to contact the call centre at 33004444 is futile as no one is answering the phone.
So much for DTDC’s service for which I paid double charges compared to other lesser known courier services.

The have tracked the consignment ID in your website it shows that the consignment reached hyderbad on 24.11.2012 and reached the branch Mehdipatnam which is the main centre in hyderabad on 26.11.2012 at 10.30am . When I visited the office on 26.11.2012 afternoon and several call on 26.11.2012 and on 27.11.2012 they simply told me that the consignment have not reached. and today i.e., 27.11.2012 at 5.10pm when i spoke to them seriously in phone they are simply saying that the consignment have to be searched in their branch and they are in the job of searching the consignment.

I have booked courier from Badlapur (which is near Mumbai) to Indore on 17th Nov 2012 POD no M79649025, your booking guy told it would get delivery to Indore max on Tuesday i.e. on 20th Nov 2012, after checking on 20th with your indore representative he told it will get deleivered on 21st max upto 1.00 pm , but when I called the representative a irresponsible answer i have got from him ” Aaj aaya nahi kal ayega, kuch pata nahi , isme hamari koi jimedar nahi” such a answer i have got from you representative contact no 9752412986.
Now if such irresponsible answer we are getting from your company that how we can trust and how we can us DTDC in future ….

Courier booked on 16 Nov 12 around 1200hrs from Pune to Margao (Goa) Ref No – P20990697. Courier was used for reason of urgency. Courier not delivered till date i.e 20 Nov 12. Even a normal letter would have reached by Indian post. What is ridiculous is the method of shipment. On tracking info, no status displayed for 17 & 18 Nov 12 (Sat & Sun), does it mean the shipment stayed in Pune, it seems so. The shipment was sent to Mumbai on 19 Nov 12. Even if it was sent by bus from Pune to Goa, which usually leave at evening hours the shipment would have reached Goa the next day i.e 17 Nov 12. However, as of 20 Nov 12 1400hrs the status says shipment reached morning hours at Panjim (Goa) and under delivery.
Everyone pl be apprehensive in sending courier by DTDC. This is not the first time and may not be last time. I am wary of DTDC which needs to wake up.

doc.no-k59713801 but it is not yet delivered..i chekd d status on 17th november and result was”out for delivery” today is 19th november..plz take immediate action as it is very important document and it should reach there as early as possible..
moreover,with regret i wud like 2 tel u dat u use a punch line”DELIVERING VALUE” wich is not at all suits u..i used 2 belive dat dtdc is d best so i was not bother about about cost(DTDC is d most costly)..i stil hope dat u wil do justice wit ur punch line..

My parents booked one courier No: M80904090 on date 12-Nov-2012 from Akola to Hyderabad. I was supposed to get that courier on or before 16-Nov. I did not get it yet.
when I am tracking that courier it’s saying it has reached to AHMEDABAD instead of HYDERABAD. please look into it. Hope I will receive my courier at specified location(HYDERABAD) as soon as possible.
