Yesterday on 07 Aug 2018 I have booked a ticket from Yangon to Kolkata by MAI for 11 Oct 18 and return on 28 Oct 18 from Kolkata to Yangon. During booking money got debited from my account of UBI through net banking. After booking there was no confirmation of trip id or ticket number on my mail but 33360 amount was debited. Kindly look into it and get the amount refunded into my account. Without any confirmation or any trip id I am unable to call your customer care for seeking any information.
You must have a customer care mail id where such cases can be complained by customer because they face problem.

I was making a train ticket booking from your site today. After the payment was made it said it will route to IRCTC site and reported connection failure. Now i see ticket is not booked and the payment has been deducted from my account. When i call on the number “91 9595 333333” it asks for a trip number which i dont have. I called from the registered mobile number and still the same. I am stuck with no details on how to reach you guys to understand how to get back the payment made. I hope to hear back from you soon.

Had tried booking a flight ticket from kochi-Gawhati and back on 22nd Aug and 26th Aug. In the homepage I did not get the option of invoice printing.

I have booked Magnolia Resorts @ Coorg thru your site, under the impression that you offer competitive rates….between 28th to 30th Dec 2012…I have paid Rs.15750/- thru online in your portal.
To my surprise, when I reached the hotel it was not upto the mark for the price I have paid…ie. Rs.7750 per day plus the resort demanded additional Rs.1500 for extra bed of 11 years old child…ie. Total cost of Rs.9500 per day for only room and breakfast…
During enquiry, I was told by hotel, that their rooms are only Rs.3500 per day, if the same is booked directly. As per Hotel. the cleartrip is allowed to charge Rs.500 more as service charge.
After hearing my rate, it seems the hotel taken by surprise and taken this issue with you….and Magnolia resorts have cancelled their contract with cleartrip. It seems this property will not be available in your site….because other sites like Makemytrip offer the rates which are half than yours…..
Cleartrip has cheated me by charging Rs.7750 per day for a hotel which cost only Rs.3500 per day….They have arbitrarily charged 125% margin which is unheardof.
After the hotel has taken serious view of your charge, you have remitted Rs.12600/- to Hotel thru ICICI bank remittance…. I have the proof of your remittance to hotel and hotel has charged..
Based on your remittance of Rs.12600/- to Hotel for 2 days, my hotel charge as per bill is only Rs.6300 per day….
You have collected Rs.7750 per day from me…Pl. return back Rs.1450 per day and for 2 days Rs.2900/–
Pl. note I am a Chartered Accountant and my brother is a corporate lawyer…Your exorbitant charge of 125% margin will be taken up with Competition commission under the ground of unfair trade practices and suitable claims will be made against your organistion….Failure to return Rs.2900/- (ie. Difference of Rs.15750 collected from me and Rs.12600/- paid to Hotel), will result in following actions : (I have proof of all your overtures)
• Initially this issue will be taken up with Bloomberg UTV’s fight back program
• Consumer redressal sites will be uploaded with my complaint and proof.
• Sites like Mouthshut.com will be uploaded with entire story along with proof
• If no redressal happen with in 15 days, will file a consumer court case in an appropriate forum either in Bangalore or in Mumbai.
Will also do necessary acts to substantially affect continuity of business of Cleartrip.com.
Request you to avoid charging 125% margin on the hotel rates and refund the excess money charged….
