    i used whirlpool splash model washing machine for about 2 yrs 4 month…machine warranty was for 2 yrs ans after 2 months machine started to make horrible noise and machone would off automatically…after calling service engg. he asked 4ooo to change spare…..soon after 2 month of warranty for shaft and bearing costing 4oook ..thats not good whirlpool…..should lok in matter….

    I Purchased a AC from whirlpool 8 months back which costed me Rs.34,000. Every thing was working fine before i planned to change my flat.
    Last week i was to shift my flat from one location to another location.
    I register a request (SR:- HD0313016457) with whirlpool to install my AC to a new location. Their engr came to my place the very next day, however the engr who visited my home was not at all experienced and did not knew how to install a ac. He was handling the unit very roughly, i even asked him to handle it with care but he said nothing will happen and asked me not to worry.
    While installing the ac he broke my indoor unit. I had a word with the manager of that engr and a manager named Sunita(Ph#040-23321216) promised me to replace the broken unit with a new one.
    After 5 days of this incidence Sunita gave me a call and told me that she has bought a new indoor unit for me and she will be sending a engr to install the new unit.

    The engrs who came for the second time told me that the unit is new but after using it i came to know that the unit which they provided is a older one. It is not giving any cooling effect, it is same as a fan.

    I don’t have any clue what to do. Their customer care is not responding to my complains and they don’t even talk properly. Customer Care told me that they cannot help me in this case.

    When i registered the request through the customer care then they should help me out if my product was broken by the representative.

    Please suggest me where i should go. I want to file a case against whirlpool for cheating me and causing me mental harassment, loss of service and loss of money.

Mr. subarato Sen is coming to my place and he is fooling us also regarding our R.O.water purifier is this the standard of your company that you’ll sending such people to fool us seems to be the last resort for them.

    WHIRLPOOOL’S WORST EXPERIENCE

    Hi
    Everybody

    We bought a Whirlpool Washing Machine Whirlpool Splash Model, with in 6 months it started giving Problems, Company service Engineers came and Said, there no warranty for those kinds problems and charged almost 5000, (Cost of the washing machine was around 9500/-). again the problem repeated and again charged 5000/-. again the problem repeated and this time they said motherboard problem so it costs another 5000/- . already 10000/- for buying and 5000/- +5000/- for repairs is paid but still it is not in working condition.

    Now Whirlpool Service Engineers are saying that this time there motherboard problem, so it may cost another 5000/- . Company has not released these spares in the local market so we need to buy it from Company only . for even small spares they charge minimum 3000/- – 5000/- and Company Service Engineers will fix the problem such a way, that the washing machine will go down within 15 days.

    1. Company Service Charges are too heavy – its almost cost of the new washing machine
    2. Spares are not available in local market – hence local service shops will not repair
    3. There is no Company maintained service center.
    4. call center people will not receive calls, even if they receive they ask you to contact your dealer, and lodge complaint with dealer.
    5 Even for small problems minimum Service charges will be 5000/-

    DON’T EVER GO FOR COMPANY SERVICE – YOU WILL BE SIMPLY LOOTED

    OUT SIDE SERVICE CENTERS WILL CHARGE MONEY AND GIVE ONE READY MADE ANSWER SPARES ARE NOT AVAILABLE – NO USE

    SO,

    DON’T EVER GO FOR SERVICE AT ALL

    I am tired of calling the customer care number 18601804558. I called so many times but had to hold calls for more than 20 mins and then disconnect it everytime.     I purchases a fully automatic washing machine on 14th October 2012. On 14th November I called the customer care guys and registered a complaint (438 For SR number HR1112003620) regarding the problem with the inlet pipe. My complaint was addressed on 15th evening but the service engineer (Shyamvir Singh) was unable to fix the same and told us that he will come next day with the spare part and will fix the issue. No one turned up on 16th and I called customer case on 17th to understand the status of my complaint.

    I reiterated my complaint and I was assured that the same engineer (Shyamvir Singh) will come and attend your complaint on 17th. I took engineer’s number and gave him a call and asked him what time will he come and why we were not informed about you not coming on 16th , as per your commitment. To which he replied very rudely that “I was busy somewhere else and I will not come and attend your complaint. Do whatever you can and complaint wherever you want”.

    I was zapped to her such kind of answer from a company’s representative. After which I spoke to Nisha (customer service manager) and she promised me that the issue with the machine will be fixed by 17th evening. And she will also arrange a con call with Shyamvir’s superior to understand why he spoke me in such a manner.

    We are sitting on 20th and still no one came to my house to get the issue resolved, neither I got a call from Nisha. Ultimately I got the issue resolved locally.

    I am very much disappointed with the kind of service and staff’s attitude.

    I am escalating this issue to your level and expect a satisfactory action towards the same.

    Sir,
    I have bought a refrigerator on 28.01.2010. on 26.10.12 the cooling completely stopped and registered a complaint.The service person came on 29.10.2012 and replaced the relay.
    The same day abnormal sound came from the compressor and I switch off the supply and informed the same service engineer.after 2,3 days he came and told the compressor has gone, the same has to be replaced next day ,but we have to pay Rs.1000/-.As the warranty for the compressor is for 4 years ,is it necessary to pay the amount…..OK no problem we should pay it …..But till this time (09.11.12).,nobody has come ..sir I am very sorry to say your service is very poor

    I am also one of the victim who purchased Whirlpool washing Machine vide Model No.11584 8KG DRY LINEN WM PROXL8005, dT 29.10.2010.COLOUR :GREYVISH BLUE. Whi;e in the first year itself we had a complaint of leakage of tap connection pipe charged Rs,1000/- as service charge. Now in 2nd year now we had a complaint that the machine is not getting on. We have called the same service engineer and shown the complaint. Now he checked the complaint and asking for Rs. 3750/- to rectify the complaint.

    We regret to inform you that we are not interested to maintain your Washing Machine by paying thousands of rupees in every year. Hence it is requested to take back your machine and do the justice to us.

    An early action is required in this regard.

    i need a direct ph. no. of some senior authority or anyone to whom i can talk about my 2 months old complain of washing machine . complain no. is LK 1012003378, LK0912001963 same problem , every time when i call to service center they just tell me we will send reminder……. this is very disguisting i have called several times and nobody is listining . now i am planning to opt for consumer court only choice left with me if no response will come after this mail . my machine is under AMC and what i get back is mental harrasment . my ph. no is 9935555427. varanasi , utter pradesh.

    Again I am writing the complaint, hope this time the matter is taken seriously,
    I had purchased the refrigerator model Neo ichill Model no: 13732, serial no: INE122201647 on 30th Aug 2012.
    Even after selecting the mode as “ LOW”, All the things I kept get frozen. I had registered a complaint today & your engineer visited my house. As per him the temperature setting knob was fitted reversely, so all these days even after selecting as low temperature it was actually on high mode.
    When I asked him if you guys don’t do the quality check, he told me that you don’t do the same. Can I know the reason for the same & who is to bear the expenses for all these days for the refrigerator working on quick chill mode?
    I have been trying to contact for replacement which shamelessly is being told that the replacement team will contact me after 7 days…
    Pathetic Product from Whirpool, will suggest not to buy products from this company.

    Sir,
    I have lodged a complaint on 09-07-2012 vide complaint number cn0712015891
    for the complaint connected with my washing machine WHICH IS UNDER EXTENDED WARRNTY.
    I have contacted your customer care on 18601804558 more than 20 times and to my great surprise they have not shown the courtsey of calling me back and give a e mail reply rather every time they make a false statement of having visited the complaint and further rescheduling the same which is completely false and concocted and even the reports submitted by one whose name was told by the cutomer care as G.SURESH but he came once and checked the machine and told the electronic board to be replaced and still after 12 days he hasn’t come or even called and rectified the machine.

    I am going to approach consumer court for the mental agony, inordinate
    delay and cost of the machine producing all the messages/ complaint over phone initiated by me.
    I regret for having purchased the whirlpool washing machine I also planning to publish this poor service in letters to editor in news paper also.
    If possible, kindly give a reply.

    I have purchased fully automatic washing machine on 6th Feb 2012 but since today is 9th Feb 2012 no one has came for installation and demo. We have recived call from one person name Gutam who told me that he is busy and he will not come. This is the way whirlpool deal with customer i am sorry to say that this is the bad way of deling with customer and this was frist time and last also. I think that whirlpool only think of saling product which is very bad. Please look into the matter if you can.

    Please NEVER BUY any whirlpool product if you want to stay away from any mental torture related to servicing of their products. You might have to call a minimum of 20 times to get the technician attend to your problem. It takes about 2 months from the first call till the time they come and attend to the problem.
    I have never come across such degree of unprofessionalism anywhere else.
    Stay away from Whirlpool to be happy in your life.

    Hi,
    I have purchased fully automatic washing machine on 20th Nov 2011. I received the SMS next day from customer care that so & so person would come for installation and demo and i received the call from support person. I agreed with him for demo timing and installation. So far all good & i was happy.
    But then support person came in afternoon in my absence and did installation. Installation is not done properly and when my parents objected he misbehaved and left.

    After day i receive another call from whirlpool and the person did listen to my complaints and promised me he will send some senior person because initially they send Jr. trainees for all this work. We again agreed for date and time and support person again started calling me much before time atlest i received call from him 3-4 time stating he is at my place. When i objected then he waited till agreed time and when i asked for Demo he surprisingly looked at me and said he doesn’t provide Demo but he came to sell accessories of washing machine like stand , cover , cleaning powder.

    I was really surprised for such customer service from very reowned company in market.

    I really want Whirlpool customer service management to re look and take actions against such people.

    I bought a Whirlpool Sensation elite fully automatic front loading washing machine in 2008. this was my first product and only product from Whirlpool and it will be my last one as well. With in these 3 years, the machine had caused numerous problems and Whirlpool is one of the worst companies the Indian consumer has in the market today. Be it their product or customer service or Area authorized service centers or area managers or the top officials or anyone who is related to Whirlpool is of WORST quality. The expensive machine I had bought and its problems had caused me the worst nightmares of my life.

    I very strongly recommend everyone, never ever go for any Whirlpool product if you want to live longer and lead a happy life. Whirlpool is just the worst ever company, the indian consumer has in the market today. Beware,

    Dear Sir/Madam

    We are constrained to write that we have complained of our Washing Machine vide our mobile No.98183 62037 on 22.10.11 but to our surprise it has not been attended to by any of your engineers so far nor any reply is received of emails. The fully automatic machine was purchased on 5.02.2011 through your esteemed dealer in Darya Ganj M/s. Agrellios. Its serial No. is INF 103508572 and Model No. is 11581. We have been given to understand vide your engineer before 22.10.11 that its soap dispenser needs replacement. Thereafter nobody is attending the complaint inspite of several reminders.

    As your washing machine is new under Warranty/Guarantee and before we write to Media, we are making our attempt to get the machine set right on urgent basis. Even if your engineer does not turn up by 9th November, 11 we would send this complaint to the Media and thereafter file case of complaint in Consumer Court for your negligence and would also claim losses of mental torture, harassment due to poor quality of your company product.

    It would be in the interest of your company, if the complaint is attended to on urgent basis.

    I have bought a Whirlpool front load -Sports model washing machine a few months ago. The machine started giving problem from the very next day. the dealer whom v bought the machine (VIJAY SALES ) replaced with a new machine but of no use. for 6 months it was running ok. in the mtime moyor, panel changed atleast 5 times. now it is completely gone. whirlpool engineer visit our house every alternative day but without any fruitful results. The quality of your service you have provided is very bad. How long are your customers suppose to wait for repairs? Is this what we paid thousands of rs. for? Did not expect this from a brand as big as Whirlpool.

    I urge anyone who reads this message not to purchase whirlpool products. Its simply not worth the money.
