But Chopping Board Set is missing in courier. (kitchen knife, paring knife, chef knife, pair of scissors & chopping board ).
my complaint is against the web site snapdeal.com. i made a purchase on jan 2013 of a quichk hael antivirus total secqurtiy2013 for 3 users my mobile no. 9911647620 and e-mail a/c kamit6767@gmail.com, but the delivered item was not what it was projected to be. so, i sent it back. the product was delivered on .the reverse courier service was provided by the website people only through bluedart couriers after i made a complaint on the telephone. i was told that i would be refunded my money (i.e. rs.1055/-) in 10-15 days time. this was on jan&feb continousley 2013. since then, i have called snapdeal atleast 15 times and lodged a complaint, but everytime i get the response that i would be refunded the money in another 10-15 days. but, it has been almost a month today and i have not yet recieved any money or cheque. i’m a student and so i have limited resources. it is very difficult for me to let go of 1100 bucks and i would appreciate it very much if i get my money with the help of this consumer court.

A warning to you guys. I have had ordered an equipment on this bloody piece of a S*** website but unfortunately ended up in an overwhelming worthless crap. I never got my shipment delivered nor I got any money back. I also sent emails to the the CEO but no response. Guys go ahead and file a case against these guys. Browse through the internet and get to know the way how to file a case against an Online shopping website. I too would do the same thing so that these A**h** should never cheat anyone..
A garbage website. i ordered a phone on 14-Feb with EST shipping date of 19-Feb. I got a message on 19-Feb that it will be dispatched on 24. Then I got a message on 24 that it will be dispatched on 28-Feb and when I contacted them for the status on 28th, the called me back after an hour to inform that this is not in stock. please refrain from using this website if you want to avoid youself from getting pissed off.

I purchased a Seagate Expansion Hard Drive 2 TB and paid Rs. 6560/- on 08/Feb/2013 (order#871222134). The order was supposed to ship by 15/Feb/2013. However, it was not shipped until I followed up with Snapdeal’s customer care. Apparently they shipped the item via Delhivery couriers (AWB#11111787365) on 16/Feb/2013 and updated that it will be delivered before 20/Feb/2013. Also updated that shipment tracking will be available after 12 hrs.
However, despite it is end of day of 21/Feb neither Snapdeal’s site has any tracking nor Delhivery’s website has any tracking of my shipment. All this while I was constantly following up with customer care and they continued giving pathetic excuses like overwhelming customer response, handling over shipment to courier and that they don’t update during weekend, wait for another 48 hours, etc. etc. All disgusting pieces of bull-shit lies and mis-guidance.
I posted the complain on their Facebook page and they deleted it without a response. All the emails sent to Mr. Kunal Bahl (the Mastermind) also seem to have gone to the Recycle Bin.
I am now tired of following up with this non-sense company and demanded a cancellation of order and immediate refund today. Soon a gentleman called me (uuuuffff at last) and assured to sort out the matter with the courier guys and get back to me. But alas, he never turned back. What more can you expect from all this nuisance? And I am now stranded with a payment made to Snapdeal fortnight back and no product in hand.
Is there anybody here who can help me get my money back?

I’ve ordered two watches and some garnier products on 12.12.12 and it was said in your website that we’ll get our products by 1-3 days but I didn’t get it and thought it will reach within 1 week. But then I had to call to you people to deliver atleast one watch before 24 dec cuz it was a birthday present! And then only you guys were able to send it before 24th.
But I got the rest of my stuff on 29th and yet still I didn’t my DAMN WATCH! WHEN AM I SUPPOSED TO GET IT!? At the END OF THE WORKM??

I had purchased Karbonn K102+ (Gloden White) . I had received the brand new phone dead. on calling up snapdeal the same day i was been told to ship it to back. next day i shipped it back on 12th nov. .Dec 4th i receive a message stating my order has been despatched. On 7th of dec i received thematerial. but to my surprise the phone packing was disgusting. After opening the box i found out it was been packed by one ball of newspaper just for support.Secondly the box what was inside was Karbon A1+ phone.which was costing Rs.45oo/- When we open it we get i hope a second hand phone with scratch guard and battery already installed in it. this is 1st time i am seeing a product whose seal has been broken and the scratch card filty and battery fully loaded..strange they had sent me the wrong phone mistakely. I have been waiting for their mail or atleast a call from their end to say it was an error that they have sent a wrong product but surprisingly today it is 10th of dec and no response from your end. Hence i made an effort of mailing them and letting them know about the wrong phone, but Mr. Vinay logistics department doesnt knows how to talk to customers.. he is not telling anything my product but just asked to deliver the wrong product back to them. till now i was patient enough but now i am losing my control…the ceo of the company should look into this matter.. I have also faced the same problem with Sanjeev wonderchef pans..it was damaged .Till now they have not replaced it..are these people helping the customers or spoiling the relations.Those many people who are having problem with these snapdeal people should log complaint against them…Also Mr. Vinay says the product which is faulty will be repaired and sent back to us.. that means we dont get brand new piece but a second hand piece for our puchase.
