Yepme India products and services

The portfolio of products offered by Yepme comprises of Men, Women and Kids wear offering wide range of models in Ethnic, Casual, and Formal wears covering all seasonal clothes as well. In addition to the apparels, Yepme also offers different varieties of footwear and other accessories.
Seeing larger brands handing over end-of-lifecycle products to online retailers (purportedly to avoid disparity between shop and online prices) the founders decided to promote the Yepme brand as private label apparel brand.

Shipping
The products are shipped with or without delivery charges depending on the price of purchase and offers provided by the seller. No additional charges are added in excess to the final price shown in the cart during confirmation of the order. The delivery of the orders is done on all business days excluding Sundays and other national and state holidays.

Payment options
The payments to the orders can be done through Cash on Delivery, Visa, MasterCard & American Express credit cards, debit cards, net banking.

Order Cancellation/ Returns
If you wish to cancel your order, contact the customer care with the order detail before the order has been dispatched. Similarly, if the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the product or some other reasons wants to return the product, the return request has to be sent by visiting Yepme.com site or by calling the customer care representative. The company provides an easy return policy within 30 day of the delivery received by the customer.

Refunds
The payment refund takes 10-21 days depending on mode of payment after the returned product has passed the Quality Check. In case of prepaid orders, Refunds will be processed as per our Return policies. Any Yepme Credits used in the purchase of the Order will be credited back to your account.

About Yepme

Yepme is an online shopping company located in Gurgaon started in the year 2010 by Vivek Gaur, Sandeep Sharma and Anand Jadhav. It specialized in online shopping of men and women garments and other items and brought up to a high position as a private label fashion brand and all its products are available online through yepme.com.

It is started by three IIT passed outs who saw huge demand in the online shopping market and started this online shopping site along with Bagittoday.com. Along with the other branded clothes, the company started to place its own brands under the name Yepme and make it available under the online price in its own website.
