I have given redumption request for one of the SBI MF scheme and experienced one of the worst customer care responsefrom SBIMF… no proper internal cordination
Being a India’s one of the Leading Banks Subsidiary its very bad to tell there is so much of internal mis management withing back office and front office with regards to reply and help customers to get proper information or reply for their queries and redumption.

how to include the details of “nominee” for the mutual funds invested?
I had purchased SBI Tax advantage fund Series I(G) in the year 2008 (application Number TA9394634 and enclosed with a cheque No: 857984 dated 8th March’2008, amount Rs 34000/-).
Due to some urgent matter I had to leave country for a duration of 1.5 yrs. Therefore I was not at my residence when papers regarding the SBI fund would have reached my residence.
As of present I have no information with regard to what happened or how can I request resending the necessary papers. Kindly guide
