i have taken a reliance post paid connection on 23 june 2010 from RELIANCE WEB WORLD, KAMLA NAGAR , AGRA. but after forgery, wrong dealing and misbehave i launch a disconnection application on 27 july 2010 in this web world only but they transfer me to DEEPALI COMMINICATIONS, new agra, agra and i launch a SUSPEND & TERMINATE APPLICATION for my number there on 3 august 2010 in their registers and tell them to adjust my security n call me for remaining amount. They take your reliance post paid sim even from me and assured to get it disconnected within 2-3 days and to informe me for remaining bill. But till now no action has been taken by your side, I m fed up by your regularly increasing bills even after on repeated complains in deepali communication office for TEMINATION. Your bill amount is increasing continuosly for me but the SIM IS WITH YOUR MEN. please get it terminated as soon as possible. My RELIANCE SIM NUMBER was-9027802006

My name is Sahebrao, have reliance gsm prepaid card no – 9595711561. From last 3 months Rs 39 deducting for renewal of sms pack, for deactivation of this sms pack in Aug 2010already send sms & contact customer care call center. After communication of sms & customer care call center got confirmation of deactivation of sms packby sms. From 01 Aug 2010 to 24 Oct 2010 monthly no stopped deducting of Rs 39. After contacting call center they give me only complaint no every month newly. But no stopped deduction.
plaese help me.

I am facing a problem that my balance get reduce, I am reliance gsm customer from 1 year .My no is 918103752279 Today my balance is dedected from my mobile , its giving msz that your live chat has been activate but i never used to activate this i dont know how thats happened .Still I have called customer care for 3 time they only say the system is upgradetion call us 2houre letter . This type of ballance dedection is done 3 times in my mobile.Please , deactivate this. As soon As possible.I finally decide to damaged reliance sim.

I am using Reliance GSM connection of maharastra(pune) circle from last 1 months. My number is 8928524439.
Today morning when I was trying to make a call I was surprised to see the message that all the calls are barred from my mobile and advising me to call to your customer care. But even calls to customer care is also barred. I haven’t got any information regarding this. All the documents regarding the registration were submitted and I have enough validity and balance to make a call. the bitter fact is that I am not able to get incoming calls also. This situation is least expected from a reputed service provider like reliance. I request you to rectify this trouble as soon as possible
sir my friend has lost her cell fone and the reliance sim which she was using was used by the person who got it for few days .but now that person has destroyed the sim.is it possible to trace the phone number in which call has been made after it got lost. and can we retrive the messages made by my cell .but that sim is now destroyed io suppose
I have a reliance gsm connection, but this hell with reliance , when ever I have some balance more than Rs.10 some or the other pack gets activated. Some 10 mails I have written to customer care even given feedbacks, and its countless that I have called the customer care. customer care of Reliance is very poor and even they have made this money making business by deducting Rs 10 Rs 5 every day thinking customer wont care for it.
But do the reliance people think we are earning to waste our money in their HUNGAMA PACKS ,and bla bla… or sitting jobless to call the customer care every time.
Just goona do MNP tp vodafone, much more better than Reliance
