I had cancelled the Ticket No. TMBB77566742 on 20.10.2018. However, the amount of Rs.1589.91 is not refunded to me in my account. The website shows amount refunded. But where the amount has gone. Refund is due to me, since the Bus accident happened on in Bhagyalakshmi Travels from Chennai to coimbatore. for L 1 and L2 TM5Z68127164 and TM5Z33744782 i have not heard any thing from you. Since my wife and kid have to suffer and have lost the sleep and have to take new govt bus from Salem to reach coimbatore. Very bad experience.

I Tried to Booking Ticket Fro Hyderabad to Bangalore ,But No Ticket was Booked It Showing Only The Transaction Was Failure and Amount Was Debited From My Account.So Kindly Help me to Refund My Amount.

I have tried booking the tickets… but no tickets were issued and also the amount has been debited from my account of Rs 2100/- ….. from 2 days i am trying the customer care service number no response from there….. What business u people are doing sitting there that u cannot even receive the calls…
Very pathetic response from the call centre, tried 5 times, each time, more than 10 minutes, but no response, only music, very very bad.
I don’t know what they are doing, if they are not ready to recive call then why they have setup customer care.
Worst Service Ever… Booked ticket from Coimbatore to Kumbakonam. Money got detected. But no ticket. Useless service. Not sure what is gonna happen to my money as well as tickets.
