WRONG MAIN ACCOUNT DEDUCTION OF Rs. 294/-
I m purchased mblaze on 10th December, 2009 and i am recharge it with Rs.299/- which is top-up balance of Main Account balance .. I use it 1 month … and the 10th of January my plan (i.e. mblaze15 — 15gb free for 30 days) is over and I m using just Rs.5/- from main account… then I will recharge it with “mblaze night”(Free usage in Night wroth 10 gb) on 12 January,2010 at 8′o clock in the evening.. At this time i check my Main Account Balance is Rs.294. and Data balance is 10.2 Gb.. and i m just check it on 13 January 2010, it will show Rs. 0…
I call the customer care …..
they says that it will deducting for usage of 147mb on 13 January 2010, at morning 11′o clock..
But at this time I m in the R.T.O. office and i carry the MBLAZE modem with me….
I m just saying that deduction is made by the MBLAZE… So i m not sure that MTS is more reliable…. I m very lucky that i m using a prepaid broadband connection ,,, otherwise it will deducting so many amount in my account….
MTS-MBLAZE is not reliable……….

Goregaon, even knowing it an executive named forced me for purchase the device. So I took the device and submit the docs (PAN Card, lease and license agreement and photo)
of proof at that time, but got information that these are
insufficient. When I arrange all the necessary docs and tried to
submit again then executive told the number is permanently
disconnected.
So Request you top lease help me and tell how I can get my number activated

I had taken MTS connection with no usage at my end..Network was so poor and customer care even dont cares for it.Really , i was tired in contacting the members of it.They dont take evennormal responsibility for complaint.Also please dont recharge an amount of Rs999, its merely waste thing of money & time..Please dont take any New MTS connection for godsakee…
i m using mts connection frm last 6 months i noticed that it work very slow.it is really the connection which can make anyone annoy by using
i am MBLAZE youser i brought my MYBLAZE ONE month a go and i recharg by 999 15gb i get minimmem 600 kbps to 1 mbps ofter i5 gb i gate 155kbps speed 10/11/2010 my 999 valid is complet at 11/11/2010 i recharg with 198 get 250 mb but now also i get 155 kbps i reqvest every one please don’t buy MBLAZE ITS VEST YOUR MONNEY
i am from calicut , kerala. i bought a mts broadband modem . but i cant install the setup in my laptop. my os is windows 7. at the end of installation one error message occured. the message is “a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. windows will close the program and notify you if a solution available.
pls reply me and give the solution.

I am from ANDHRAPRADESH.
I bought a mts broadband modem.
but i am not satisfied with its performance.
i am using unlimited plane worth rupees 1000/- per month.
hardly i am able to download 3-4 movies of 700 mb at
maximum transferred is in-between 40 to 60.
after 6-7 Gb usage u r downloading speed all of sudden falls down to10-15.
after that u wont feel of using it worst performance yar dont go for this.
poor response from customer care.
these people say only one thing our application is down………………..
dont go for this product yar

i am using MTS data card m blaze(NO9146336730).
i have recharged this data card from a local dealer with amount Rs 999.00 on date 22.09.2011. but this is not working. i have complaint this
to the customer service of mts A WEEK BACK THEY ARE REFUSING TO GIVE ME A COMPLAINT NO AS WELL TO CORRECT IT.
i have again compliant on date 14.10.2011 .but no responce. so i request to to help me to resolve the issue..
