    have purchased LF Washing Machine ( Full Authmatic of 7 Ltr.) on 11-04-2013 from Ravi Corporation, Station Road, Bharuch, Gujarat.
    I have made number of telephone to your Bharuch Service Centre for demonstration of LF Washing Machine at my home.
    I have received reply from your service station that we are coming today …. but after 06 days i.e upto16-04-2013 no one can came for demonstration.
    I am surprise that this a way to deal with customer.
    I have realised that I have made mistake by purchasing LG Washing Machine and I afraid about services offer by you in future.

    This is related with the complaint RNA120905081303 . We are very sad to inform you that we are very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service been provided by LG. We were the proud customer of LG since 15 yrs as we were using LG washing machine since 10 yrs without any complaint in the product but this year we had some major problem in the machine which lead us to buy a new washing machine and very blindly we choose LG washing machine only. on 1st of sept 2012, but when the techincian came for the demo we found a loud noise in the machine, the techincian could not rectify and said i will send a senior technician for the same after 2 days another techician came and attended and said we need to change the outer drum of the machine which will take atleast 10 days as we have to order the same from NOIDA. After 10 days both the technician came with the outer drum open the full machine changed the part it took almost 4 hrs and could not solve the problem instead added one more problem of leakage in the machine and they said we will send our senior technician to see the problem after 2 days another technician along with the 1st one came and checked the machine and said we will take the machine to the factory and solve your problem ,with out any chalan or reciept they took the machine from us on 19th of Sept 2012. In all these days we were already exhausted with a medical emergency in our family. It doesnot stop here after taking the machine no reply or any intimation that what further r u people doing with the machine and when we will get it back. As we were busy in the hospital we call up on the 9320113456 to ask what is the status of the machine here miss BINDIYA recieved the call and didnt even know what is the status and said your complaint is already solved , when we told her about the machine is taken to the factory then she replied that the parts are to be ordered from NOIDA which will take atleast a week so we waited after a week again when i called her she said it is still in process and this is when i asked her what is happening its your duty to call us and inform us if it is delayed what work are you people doing? in reply very rudely she told me that you come here in the office and see what work we are doing. this is a misbehavior which your customer care executives are not trained how to speak to the customer and also when it is your fault of not intimating us time to time . After her statement i told her i dont want to talk to you please connect me to the manager and then i spoke TO Mr. Sajid and then after some days Mr. Dinu or many more i dont even know their names who said you will recieve your machine with in 10days from now but after 20 days when i again called up this Mr. Dinu is replying that your machine is still under progress and we were not having your contact nos to inform you. i dont understand when you lodge a complaint in the computer you take all the details from the customer then how you dont have the customer contact nos to inform them about the status? They gave another weeks time and said you will get it on friday or saturday i.e. on 19th or20th of Oct 2012 . We waited so long but no replies or intimation from your side and finally very disappointed with the response and the work from your side. Finally when we didnt recieve the machine even on 20th We called up again on the above mentioned number where we came to know Mr. Dinu who promised us to give the machine on friday or saturday was on leave and i really didnot wanted to talk to that lady Miss Bindya who doesnot have eticates and manners to talk with the customers but had no option other than asking her about the status and she didnt even remember about all this and said Mr. Dinu knows about it so you call him on the same number tomorrow and if your problem is not solved today as promised then we will send your machine in the same condition what it is uptill now on Monday with your request but not assuring us to solve the problem. We personally request you to take strict action with this lady and give some proper training to the customer care executives. Please tell us When We will get the machine in working Condition as it is almost 2 months or We have to take some strict action by going to consumer court and solving the problem.

    i purchase one washing machine two years before power cable inside is burning. i give the complent representative is come find the problem that cost. is nearly rs. 2000 i told to him take the cable and solve the problem he is tell to me it is time taking 2 to 3 days i give the complent to 8-9-2012 now now also he is not given the reply. LG is Waste dont purchase any

    LG is really poor in after sales service. People should not buy any LG product. I registered complaints RNA120913029799 and RNA 120914074839 nothing is happening. Giving wrong numbers. Executives are not coming. Useless service.

    LG Washing front loading machine repair. LG service centre took the washing machine for service. They told that it would be done in 2 days. Then after 1 week there was no response. There is no proper phone number. After 1 week they told me that it is not possible to give estimate, then I argued with them how can I agree for the repair without an estimate, then he gave me an estimate of 3000 Rs/. I said o.k and he said he will repair next day. Then the next day, I got a miss call, when I called them they told me that they can not do the repair and will return it and they asked me to pay the service charge and transportation charge, when I argued they have not done any service as they could not repair it, then they asked me transportation charges. So finally, I am the loser, I lost 10 days, follow up time wasted and waited for the transportation. Other private service provider told me that he would do the service at home and bring all the parts required. So I will have to follow up with this new guy. So beware of the LG service center in Bangalore.

    Customer service attending people are rude , dont pick up calls , never come as per their committment .

    I live in T Nagar chennai and iam totally disappointed with the service support offered .

    I think IFB is the best .

    Dear Sir,
    I had given complaint regarding LG Washing machine through free toll no and complaint no is RNA120626032479 on 26.06.2012 & RNA120707021879 on 07.07.2012
    Service engineer came on 27.06.12 and inspected the machine and said motor problem is there and it has to be replaced and promised that with five days it will be done .
    Again after calling them they said there is no spare parts available and order is given as soon as it is received he will attend. again we called on 07.07.12 they said still yet to get the spare parts suddenly on 07.07.12 evening he came with one motor and after opening the cover of spare part at our residence and he said it is not suitable for our washing machine. I am not able to understand so much negligence or not qualified service engineers. even till date there is no clue when will the spare part will reach service center and when will they come to my flat for rectification.
    This is happening in metro city , I can under stand if it is any small city as the spares should come from main city etc. even today they told another four to five days it take that means almost 20-25 days to repair from most experienced people

    Kindly inform me weather it is possible to repair or not

    4, Heena Gaurav Heights, Opp. Shopper’s Stop,
    S.V.Road, Kandivali ( West).Mumbai – 400 067.

    We had purchased the Washing Machine 6.2, Model No.7239UL on 25.01.2012 in the name of Harendra Shah.

    They promised us to deliver the machine on 2nd feb but we didn’t receive it.
    So we enquired about the delivery status on 2nd feb to which the dealer replied that the machine is out of stock currently and asked us to select other machine. So we went to take the refund back as we denied to select the other model.

    When we went there at the shop to take the money back, but he told us to wait for 2-3 days more and promised us to deliver the same model.

    After 3 days we received the delivery of washing machine, but the dealer had sent us the Second Hand Machine. The Executive who came to show the demo also agreed that it is a second hand machine to which we called the dealer again but he denied to accept it. After a lot of argument over the phone the dealer finally agreed that the machine they have sent was a second hand machine, which was in their warehouse and told us to use the same second hand machine they have sent.

    Finally after so much, we lost our patience and told him to refund us our money back, but he is saying that it will take 20-25 days to refund as the money will come from the company and not from their shop. We now don’t want the machine or any replacement for that machine as this is totally a fraud case.

    Also I would like to inform you that I am not the only customer who is the Victim of the fraud case by this dealer. We have seen 4-5 customers already at the shop who were fighting for the delay in delivery of the purchased items.

    So now Please inform us how can we get the our money refunded within a day or 2 and also I would tell you to take the strict action against the dealer.

    I had logged a complain21t on 16 Nov 11 using the toll free no. and was given a response that i will be contacted by the service centre.But there was no call made. The complaint no is RNA111116079076. When I checked on 21 Nov I was told that the complaint has been close by the technician. It is suprising because i did not even get a call from the technician forget about him visiting. When i told the Customer care executive he did not open the previous complaint but looged in a new one. The new complaint no. is RNA111121052389. i am still waiting for a call. The whole situation has left me highly disappointed.I hope someone will look into the issue.

    lg washing machine customer care and service centre are careless not once do they take immediate action to a complaint. The service technician that came to fix the power button of my 4year old washing machine that was working perfectly except for the button, the technician not only ignored fixing the button instead made a hole on the side and suggested i should use a pen to access the power button and not only did he spoil the look of the machine but also did something where now the machine takes nearly 5 hours to wash clothes and needs to be switched on again and again because it switches off suddenly while its washing. Please take immediate action its not fair that you come and spoil our things and make us buy new machine its unreasonable and its called fraud to do so. You might not want to loose your customers since lg has alot of different electronic items as well just because the Bangalore customer care and service technicians are unethical and frauds. please contact me on 9886171761 with a good technician who can fix the problem.

    Thank you for your mail and request your attention to the following.
    I have purchased the 5.2kg digital washing machine frontloading in 9th September 2010 in Sunder Radios Nagercoil. I have been facing problems with this machine since then and many times complaints have been registered. Service people have attended the repair three times and still they are unable to identify the problem. Still I am unable to use the machine for the purpose why I have purchased the machine. I have registered the complaint three times, after many reminders, the company technicians came and he said there is some technical problem with the machine and now the took our grievances in writing. He assured that he will be back the solutions is set right. Again the machine under repair. I am really upset and disappointed , because they have closed the complaint without even attending to the complaint. The last thing I expect from the company is, my machine should work smoothly. That is the purpose of buying this machine, paying such a huge amount. This is my 4th complaint . Each time I had to follow up many times and till date I do not find any responsible person attending to our complaints. I have tried for help in all directions and finally I have come to you. Kindly help, I have paidRs.35000/- towards purchase of this machine and till date I have not used this machine to the satisfaction. I feel my query should be attended by the company without fail.     As mentioned in the subject i Dr. Rekha Pathak, Senior Scientist, Indian Veterinary Research Institute, bought a washing machine from LG Best Shop, Show room: P-1/30A, DD Puram, Bareilly, Head OfficeL 3&4 MCI Plaza, Civil Lines, Bareilly, which is front load one, worth Rs. 31,400 which is supposed to be having a warranty of 10 years. the machine was bought on 27.04.2011, and since one week the machine stopped working in the sense that the spinner when kept on 1200rpm, used to make a lot of sound. this was the only problem. i complaint abt. the same on the toll free no. and it was assured that a vendor would be right there on the same day which didnt happen so. the complaint no. was given as RNA 110825094068. The next day someone came and sounded to have no knowledge about the washing machine and committed that he would be there again on the next day. as iam a wking woman, i took a casual leave and stayed back home waiting for the person but to my surprise neither the vendor nor his message came to me, finally i again contacted on the toll free no. 18001809999, enquiring about the same. i was told not to contact on that no. although this no. was directing for the repairs also.today some one came from the service centre and said that the machine will take atleast one week to get ok. since we are wking couple and no one is at home to take care, we are sufferring a lot with the present problem. i spoke to the person at service centre and he assured that he would provide me a stand by , but again the vendor informed that there were no stand by washing machines. who stands responsible for this agony? kindly do the needful. i want to say that if the machine is out of order it should be replaced but not repaired lest the innocent customer suffers.

I have purchased LG fully automatic washing machine from you retail supplier BOASH Residency Road Srinagar Kashmir in the month of May 2010.In the month of January 2011 the error arised in its window.I immedailty loged the complaint at the above given retail centre.This centre deputed a technicain namely Mr Wasim ( cell No.09419015408) to check the fault.Mr Wasim found the fault in the Window lock of Machine and its replacement within a weeks time.Now about two months have passed but nothing has been done so far.Is it the real custamor care of LG Washing Machine Industry.Please look into the matter and solve my problem.

    i was using lg washing machine model wd-8001 c1 front loading for past 12 years. it have many problems now and so we decided to buy new lg top loading machine. we booked wwfn6866dn in priya electronics ashoknagar branch. we saw a demo piece there which had some scratches and very dusty. the manager assured that they will not send that damaged piece. but after full payment on 11th december they have delivered the same damaged demo piece to usafter 2 days.they cheated us.we many times asked them to give us fresh piece instead of demo piece in person and through phone. they do not respond to us. this is very bad expierience to us.the demo person who came here said the rat guard was missing.they didn’t even issue the warrenty card and users guidence catlogue.due to this me and my family under going sever depression. i doubt whether lg have stopped manufactoring and running business with old demo pieces. we will take this to consumer court if we didn,t get a justified reply for this mail.

    I have lodged the complaint regarding my top loading fully automatic washing machine which is not under warranty at least 10 times with LG call centre. However the complaint is closed without giving any reason. Initially one service engineer named Shri Saju from LG service centre Kannur made a visit (who neither able to understand Hindi or English, knows only Malayalam,) with a PCB which was not befitting for my machine. He insisted that it has only one function less than my machine hence I can manage with the PCB which I denied. Since than the behavior of Service centre Kannur is so ignorant that he is not bothered to undertake the repair. Kindly look into it alternatively I will be forced to drag him to consumer court. I further wish to add that even for my LG micro wave oven he could not supply me the required glass and expressed his inability.
