    I purchased blacberry Q10 ON DT-06-06-2014 SEND IT REPAIR ON DATED 14-10-2014 TODAY 22-11-2014 STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MOBILE FROM SERVICE CENTER (S.N.-357759052459740, ID-3309, SRN-9034003309).

    WHY PEOPLE PURCHASED BLACKBERRY.

    Am using blackberry z10 with airtel network provider, when i used my mobile for 15 mins in 2g net. It started heating up and that time am not able to make calls and I observed the same thing when i using games. Even If i play games for 10 mins it got heating.. Could you pls help me with this. what can I do with this.

    My Z30 Purchased 6 months back is having the issue of battery draining in 5 to 6 hrs.
    and heating.
    surprisingly BBM is showing to consume 60 percent of power even thouh I never use that .
    AS per service centre software is updated and installed 10.2.1.2977 vesion ,still battery draining and heating pesist. I am fed up with the un relaible phone of which battery drain in 5 hours with out using. For inital one month battery was giving 24 hrs.
    I want to replace the phone under warranty.
    Pleaze advise

    Hello Ajay,

    Please remove the battery and re-connect it back again. Inspite of doing this still if you find the same error then you would have installed a application which is not supported by Blackberry in that case please uninstall it. In case if you are not able to uninstall the application please go to the nearest blackberrry service center and update your software. That would solve the problem

    I have taken the balckberry phone from last 10 yrs but now i am feed up of the services provided by your esteem customer service team in udaipur rajasthan , i have left my I phone and bought Z3 but with in a month the display was not working i have given the same to our service center in udaipur (rama telecom udaipur with job sheet no 9054003226 on 13 september but as on date that customer service guy does not have an idea by when my phone will come back i am have a job sheet with retun date of 1st oct , kinly provide me a resolution for the same even your esteem company doesn’t give a back up phone to his customer when u know that BB is used by the corporate or business people…

    i have send the same mail to BB online you also forward the same to your higher ups and get me a solution

    PLs provide a imitate solution else will have to take some legal action

    I had a terrible experience with Blackberry Ajmer. I hope you are the right person to contact.
    On 29th morning I approached Blackberry service centre Ajmer Rajasthan as my blackberry bold 5 was complete dead, They were supposed to update me regarding the cost and issue but no call received. On 30th I went to the service centre and they told be that it gonna take 3 days(2nd oct delivery) and Rs 2200. On 1st Oct I called them and they told me that phone is fine and i can collect by 2nd Oct but on 2nd Oct when i went to store they told be that the phone is not working and when i asked them to return the phone I found the phone in a very bad condition with the broken screen.

    I really want to escalate this issue it was a very bad experience and the way they treat the customer is really pathetic, I think it was my mistake to reach out the blackberry service centre.

    Can you please investigate this and please let me know what action you are going to take against them.

    I am Satyabrata Sardar purchased a Blackberry Curve on 23rd June 2012, Due to create problem, on 22nd April I went to your authorized service centre ( 77, Elliot Road, 1st Floor, Near Suruchi Restaurant , Kolkata – 700016, Ph No – 03344026290.), they received my mobile and asked to wait for 15 days, After 20 days they informed me that my mobile has returned without repairing due to some liquid spread (like) over the mobiles board, And I have to pay 80% cost of a new Mobile to repair it.
    Within warranty period is it the right way to giver service?? I am totally dissatisfied for the same.
    I am working at Hp( Hewlett Packer), me and my West Bengal team’s first choice is blackberry, For this incident we never go for blackberry, we will quit to other mobile company. It will create a big negative feedback for your company
    Please do the needful, I will be grateful to you If you kindly arrange to repair this at a free of cost.

    This is to bring to the notice of BLACKBERRY department people that I have given my blackberry phone to your repairing centre as it was in a warranty almost one nd half year ago.But I haven’t got my phone back till now whenever I asked them that I want my phone back. They said that it has gone in the company .But till now I haven’t got it and now your dealers are saying ki they lost it and cant do anything in that. IS THIS A WAY TO DO WITH OTHER PERSONS THINGS?? I USED MY PHONE JUST FOR 1 MONTH AND AFTER THAT I HAVENT USED IT.

    also confirm process recovery password due to i am entered 6 time wrong password maximum time 10 so please confirm on urgent basis
