    after paying so much and purchasing we feel bad
    At least kindly see that your service centers can give us good service.
    There charges are more, much delay etc will make us to write like this
    what can we do go and just go and give legal notice or complain to conssumer forum than will see to it…..!!

    In the month of June 28 2011 we bought a acer laptop (aspire one D257-N578Qkk, there are lot of problems in my laptop.

    1. The Youtube does not work
    2 The Systems gets hang sometimes & go blank as well
    3. It always ask for latest softwares to download and when downloading, it does not accpets. I am still having waranty period, PLEASE GIVE US GOOD SERVICE SIR

    I am very disappointed and feeling very unhappy that I made the biggest mistake by purchasing acer netbook. As the 1 year warranty got over the netbook stopped working and it’s hard disk making alot of noise. I came here in Delhi from a small town and I know how I managed to arrange 19,000rs to get this netbook. Now the repair cost is coming for app. 5000rs. I am sorry but o can’t afford it.     With lot of pain and regret, I am writing this complaint letter to you. My name is Ramnik Pal Singh. I bought Accer laptop series no — 5745 (model no: 8992662-00010) from your company’s authorized dealer best price gandhi nagar jammu. In the evening when I opened the system, I found a laptop screen right side simple line . Next morning, when I visited the above mentioned shop and explained the problem to them, they offered to give me another laptop of the same model as replacement. However, when I checked one of those models I found the same problem in it.

    Letme introduce first. I am a practicing chartered accountant at Dibrugarh (Assam). Out of 9 laptops, i am using 4 Acer Brand. It date I was satisfied with the brand. But sir this time, I am sorry to say that your product as well as services have disappointed me.

    on 29.08.2012, I have purchased 2 laptops. One for my daughter and other for myself. Daughter one was Acer Ultra MS 2346 and the same isworking properly. But on the same day, I have also purchased one ACER Ultra M3-581 TG-CI5 Model for myself. Serial Number of the same is NXRYKSI003222048C6500.These were purchased from M/s Laxmi Infotech, Dibrugarh.

    Though my one was purchased in August last. But due to audit pressure of September, I have started using the same from 1st week of October only. The very 1st day itself, i have realized that the same will not last long.

    Problem with the set is ::

    As only 2 hinges are given on the extreme corners of the laptop, the miidlle portion get band, while opening or closing the screen portion. Within a week, I have seen that pasting of screen portion started loosing its paste. You can only realize when you will see the conditionn of my laptop. As within a week by opening and closing it 10-12 times in toto, it can damage the laptop. I have stopped closing the screen. It is kept as it is, since last more than one month. I have started complaning my vendor. He assured me to get back soon by proper reply. But when I have not received proper reply within 1 month, I have called upon the vendor to see the condition of laptop. He has also realized that it is a manufacturing defect, immediatly called to Toll Free Number sitting before me. But person handling toll free number has not even given us the complain ticket number and his response was totally negetive. He has just shown his inability and suggested us to contact local service centre. We are running in between different telephone numbers only. At last, I have received your email ID. And its your table, where Iam lodging my complain.

    Hope I will get resonse from your chair at the earliest. My earlier Lanovo Laptop, which I am using since last 6 years, is giving me problem now and hence I am in urgent need of solution at your end. After spending Rs. 54,600 in purchasing a laptop, I am still suffering.
