I was a regular customer of Xiaomi since last 3 years.
Recently I bought a Redmi 6 gold with a Mi 10000 mAh power bank ( Order ID #5181025237537967).
The phone was fault and I asked for a replacement.
But the pick up agent picked up both phone and power bank and showed the invoice that had the total amount mentioned for pick up. Also I called the Customer Care at that time and they said to give both the phone and the power bank telling it is part of the same order so has to be replaced as a whole.
Now its been more than 7 days and I just got the phone only ( Order ID #2181106654151876) and not the power bank. The Customer care agent takes a complaint every time I given them a call and then I receive a mail telling like ‘ we have reviewed the issue and we can not help you. ‘
They are not even giving a call back or trying to help me.
I am never going to buy any Mi product ever again in my life. They are just cheat and fraud people looting Customers.

there has been a lot of to and fro communication for the below mentioned issue ids but i am not seeing it moving towards any resolution.
let me give a detail of the series of incidents.
1. i had a display replacement with job sheet id: WXIN1809150006133 for which i paid 2772 but when i returned home i found that the fingerprint sensor and camera were not working.
2. for the above service issues i raised a complain with id: woin2018092002208 and i was asked another service center for a check-up.
3. on 6-10-2018 i visited the other service center where they told me that the motherboard has been liquid damaged during screen replacement and this will cost me 5838/- for which a job sheet was opened wxin1810060011525(open job sheet id) on the request of MI CC executive.
Now as per the latest call that i received from one of the MI executives Mr. Rohan(phn no. 8910483509) a complete replacement will be done for the phone along with the reimbursement of the screen change charges.
But the worst part is that i have not received any communication in written for the same plus he is asking me to pay 189/- as the delivery charge through paytm.
the amount is not the issue but until and unless i have a written confirmation it makes no sense to ask for the payment.
request you to look into the issue and provide a resolution at the earliest or if replacement is too much of an issue i request you to refund my complete money 9000+2772=11772/- or i will take issue to consumer forum.

I, mohd mohsin arif wish to inform you that I have purchased redmi note pro 5 around one month ago.
I am continually facing a problem that during the voice call my phone’s speaker activates itself. It’s a serious problem occurring during my confidential calls. I have visited to your designated service centre situated in Bangalore thrice but they are just formatting my device and returning it back after keeping for 2-3 days. I have complaint it severally through customer care, designed stores as well as your online complaint site also. Your service centre people talking very roughly and improper manner they are suggesting me to sit in the store for 24 hrs and whenever facing problem just show them. This type of suggestion are irrelestic, improper and impossible also.
And your vacant team has called me and not took my problem seriously I said what’s the idea to get a call by you if you are not providing any resolution for the same. They are saying this call is only for feedback purpose and have closed my case. Your service centre has denied to take my mobile for necessarily repair.
Please advise for the same i am facing same problem most often.
I have recorded a video during your cust care call as well as attaching the job sheet provided by the service centre. Please read the remark carefully mentioned in the jobsheet and take a serious action against the accused.
This is really painful and unbelievable service provided by MI.
Please replace my phone immediately it’s very difficult to visit all the time to your service centre and to deposite my phn to the centre for long time.
I trust redmi that’s why there are 13 redmi phone users in my family only. Please co operate to maintain this relationship..

I faced alot of problems due to your mobile phone and your service.
My handset is Redme Note 4. My handset is in warrenty. I visited to service center 5-6 times for problem of Low reciver sound..but i did not get any solution…this is very frustrating..and worst service…the basic and main feature of any mobile is calling…and good sound…and if that feature is not working properly…then what is use of your phone??? Xiomi mailed me and told me to submit my device to service center and told me that you will get 100 % solution.
But Service center called me today and said that we sended reports to Xiome company and they said reciver sound will not be increased…Means again you wasted my time….because they said original volume cannot be happen again as company said…my mobile is in warrenty…give me replaacment of my mobile..or i will tell everyone that xiome is fraud…dont buy xiome mobiles…i want 100 % reciver original volume and 100 % solution..else give replaacment for my mobile….you just cannot solve such a small problem???Really worst product and worst service..
