Delayed and Lost Baggage
In case of lost baggage, notify one of the Passenger Services Officers immediately and they’ll complete a Baggage Irregularity Report which will endeavor to quickly locate and expedite it to you. If luggage can’t be found in 7 days then SpiceJet provides the compensation in the amount of Rs 200 per Kg up to a maximum limit of Rs 3000.

Refunds
If the customer cancels the flight ticket before the journey or the flight got cancelled due to bad weather or other reasons, then refund will be allocated depending on the company refund policy. These details are provided in the link below
