I cancelled my following railway e ticket.
In irctc website it is showing that your
ticket was cancelled and money was
refunded to your account, But I didnt
receive any refund from irctc.The details

Dear Sir,my query is that I cancelled a ticket on 13 Nov. & amount should be credited in my SBI A/c. on 18 Nov behalf of receipt no. – 0315563362,which transaction I’d is 0785738666. But till date amount was not credited in my A/c.i talked in SBI home branch but solution is still pending.
Plz take a need full action & short out it soon.

I booked ticket for my uncle for 25th jan from vallioor to chennai in kanyakumari express on 21st Dec 2012,during my process because of net problem my transaction failed but money was deducted from my account .I didn’t received the ticket. how can I get the ticket or get my money back . please guide me

I booked my ticket on 5th Dec 2012, my transaction ID is 0602976682 and the PNR
is 6415414093 from my own user account/registration. Now i faced a problem, that on bringing the Bank statement it show that the amount 1025/- is deducted two times for one transaction. Please guide me so that I can get the money back.
