I Chander Bhan Singla who bought your product NAGOLD by Hafele having model number 538.06.049 and guess condition LPG/2800pa. i want to inform you that it seems to be faulty as its not working the same way it should . i am highlighting major problems which need to be address as soon as possible :
> Utensils are getting black after using on stove.
> Automatic start is not working completing.
> Burner is not properly set and smoke is coming out.
> At times stove getting switched off automatically.
We trIed to approach you multiple times via call through contact center but it’s quite hilarious that i didn’t get no response at all . i want you to acknowledge this mail with the complaint docket number and address the concern as soon as possible.
If this mail didn’t get acknowledged within 12 hours then surely i take strict action towards your company .
