November 2016 from Sound of Music, shop of Shri.Takale Shailesh at Chiplun Dist. Ratnagiri.At the time of purchasing shop owner told me that this Model is with Spray Jar for Car cleaning,but when Delivery is given I have observed that Spray Jar or bottle is not in the box. So many calls & complaints are given but still yet Spray Jar is not given to me.I have paid Rs. 9999 for this Model . Prize of same Model without Jar is Rs. 8999/- So I have the loss of Rs. 1000/-. Complaint is also given to Shri.Govind Sales Incharge of Ratnagiri district & he has told me that your Jar will be available on Monday 19/12/2016. But still today it is not given to me.Now I am requesting you to look in to the matter & solve the problem.
I have purchased a BRAVO vaccum cleaner on 18/9/2012 thro’ your representative Mr SHIRISH [CODE NO 9038636]. I was promised to exchange this new product with the old one Euroclean 2000 for Rs 500/- ThIs old machine was to be collected by 21/9/2012 however despite of my repeated personal requests Mr Shirish is not paying any attention. I have purchased Eureka Forbes Vacuum cleaner by cheque against their quotation. The product was supplied by collecting the cheque, and as I promised the invoice was not sent (it is about 2 months). I cannot use the product without paper work, as it is a govt. office. There is no response from the supplier as well as customer care, and the product was lying idle in the box unopened. This is rediculous.
I have purchase an vacuum cleaner last ten days, your marketing executives are not able to keep up their commitments given to us during selling the product. this is not expected by a organisation like Eureka Forbes. need your immediate response. we are unhappy by this attitude.
