Dear Videocon, i purchased Videocon LCD hurricane,serial no.76011010176400976 on 26/2/2011.since last 15 days a horizontal line appear on screen.I called on toll free no, they replied since there were only one year warranty our service engineer will charge 800/-for visit.i call a local electrician for same he conclude that LCD panel need to replce which cost of 14,000.
Now i seriously doubt about the quality of Videocon because in only two years of period it cost me 14,000.

I brought a tv of videocon near about 2years ago…my last tv at my home not open since purchage above 12 years of bpl but last time I purchage a tv of videocon and in 2 years 5 time repaired bot not getting ok till this day…employee of videocon come do somthing but not a satisfactory way….somedays runs ok but after some days it wii again suffer…..

I, Balaji, residing at NO.5 2nd Gandhist puzhal Chennai 66 had purchased a Videocon 32 Inches television, on 20.2.2012, at Amsa Vision, No.5/16, Bharathy Road, Perambur, Chennai-600 011 (Tin No.33541002144). Having experienced problems in the television set, I had registered a complaint with the Service Centre (Thendral Service Centre), on 27.9.2012. I had been assigned with the complaint No.CHE2709120044.
In response to my complaint, one Mr.Kumar, the technician attached to Videocon had attended on the television, on 1.10.2012. He had reported that there is problem in the Board of the Television Set and it needs to be replaced. On 3.10.2012, at 9.30 p.m when he had attended to fix a Board, he had stated that the Board which he had brought also does not fit properly and hence, he would bring an another board. Again on 5.10.2012, he had attended and reported the very same inability. Subsequent thereto there is no proper response.
I therefore intend to bring to your notice, in the circumstances, for the replacement of a new television set. Your immediate action and response, in this regard, is solicited.

Myself Ramakrishna. I have bought Videocon color television in Sep2011. Till now it is not working properly and service engineers visited my premises thrice for repair and this fourth time I had problem again with TV.
Whenever I call to customer care they said the story that the service engineers will visit in 2days from now and your problem will be resolved but it is not happen from my first complaint. They will take nearly one week to resolve my problem and moreover we need to follow up the service enginners timely manner they won’t respond and more over the outlet also and more over iam in the center of city Hyderabd. For me till takes nearly one week for service and the quality of service is very poor**
And you people invest on them is waste more over I don’t understand about Zonal heads and City heads what these people do..
Anyway my problem is not resolved…till now.
Note- Product Quality and very very poor Quality Service to us(customers) please take necessary actions to overcome. We are literally the suffering from you people.

the service of videocon is just pathetic I have paid Rs 600 for this problem a month back & it is coming again in just 29 days so what shd I say about their service.
I request everyone not to buy this product from vediocon otherwise you will suffer as i am suffering

I purchased a Videocon 29″ TV few months back and now got issues on Picture TV. I first did a complain on 10th Oct. After 15days i got first visit by Service Engineer and they final replace the picture. Whole process took more than 25days.. So after 25th Day i get TV working. In next couple of hours it get back again in Deadline stage. Again Raise Ticket and now from till date. I am doing call to Service Center, Call Center, Support Engineer and every person blaming to another person and so far still waiting.
What i understand and learned from last two months that was mistake i did to purchase such products. Before going to buy Vidoecon TV product i will think again.

We’ve bought Videocon Jumbo34 on 11th November 2007 we’ve paid 12,999.00 + 7,000.00 bond amount which can be redeemd after 2 years 11 months to get a 32″ plasma TV on free of cost then, we’ve made full payment on the spot but we’ve not received the 32″ plasma TV till to date my mobile no is also mentioned in the bond but no intimation was received from the said company. but, when i asked the dealer to deliver the TV after the schudeled time i.e., on 11-11-2010 he replied that company is not going to deliver the 32″ plasma TV and he informed that we have to pay an amount of Rs 13500/- then only they will deliver 32″lcd tv instead of 32″ plasma TV at present the cost of the 32″LCD TV is Rs.26000/-.
in this regard iam asking the company why ashould we pay the amount since we are not asked the company to deliver the lcd tv more over the production cost of the plasma tv is also more than the lcd tv.
pl. furnish the reasons brodely through an advertisements in news papers as well as telivisions to avoid confusion to the custemors of the nation.

I have a vedeocon Bazoomba TV, That has been repaired by your Rourkela Service center but still the problem was not solved. The service personnel is not lifting the phone. Also when contacted through other phone, he is counting tomorrows. The service appears to be very poor. Hope to take prompt action.

I hv given complaint to your customer care centre(Videocon) on 27th July 2010 & Complain No is DEL 2707100486 but still today (18th Aug, 2010) i don’t get any reply from your side. Technician is visit on 28th July, 2010 & on 29th July, 2010 Technician take our TV Mother Board for repair & after that there is no any response.Customer care & Service Center people are saying IT Part is not available. Mr. Mohammed ALi is not picking the Phone. What is this. How can we tell that Viedeocon is a good Brand.
