Hi,
I am preety much upset with the service dleivery of LG. I seriously won’t recommend anyone in future to buy any product of LG.
First the purchase worth 36000/- stopped working just after 8-10 days and even after registering a complaint with ID – C1091912712 on 19th Sep 2010 evening, the product (LG LCD 32″ MOdel No LD460) is still unattended and not working. I have chased 5-6 persons on various fronts either at customer care, depo, storage wharehouse but with no response and a very latharging attitude towards the services. No one seems to be bothered about the customers once the products are sold.
First i will say the quality of product is very very poor if it stops working just after 10 days and secondly the service level is horrible with where no one listen to you even after 5 days.I do not know whether this e mail will help me in getting the product ready or i will have to run arround like anything.
