   This is with reference to the request ID above cited, wherein it was requested to repair the 1.5 tonnes LG Airconditioner. The service person “Madhavan” at Chennai, contacted over phone on 11th Oct 2010 and confirmed to take over the service by 9 PM. Since he was not turned up, again a request was made to the customer care, wherein we were shocked to hear that the complaint was closed stating the reason “door closed”, which was not true. Once again the complaint was lodged on the same day. Till date no body turned up. Still I trust the quality and after sales service of LG. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

   Hi,

   From the day1 of window AC purchase we are facing the problem,
   Date of purchase : 13-sep-2009, and under AMC for 2 years .
   Window A/c , Model LWA3EW1DF1

   We are very frustrated with LG service , very very worst service. I have booked the complaint on 14-june-11, but got the call on 15-june and we was informed that the problem we got last month i been repeated so it needs to be taken to workshop, which is leakage of gas in cylinder.
   But till this date & time we did not get any response from any of executive neither the AC was taken to workshop.

   I would address this issuse to the concern top management people to take the necessary action needed.

   Dear sir,

   We have purchased LG TV MODEL NO : 29FU8VGE
   on 2.7.2010. with in this one year of time our television got repair twice and it has been rectified one time in warranty period second one got repaired on 1.7.2011 before a day of warranty period we called to the customer came informed then about the condition . they came to our home on 3.7.2011 and checked the televisions condition and told that it has expired its warranty date it would cost Rs: 2000 for its repair and went again we called to customer care on 5.7.2011 to repair television but this time they told
   Rs: 7000 with in two days of inspection they suddenly increased Rs: 5000. is this the way of approach by LG? we purchased our television for
   Rs; 15000 but for repair alone it double the amount please consider this complaint and take comeet action on this matter . if this continues we may go to consumer

   Hi,
   Our front load washing machine (Direct Drive) was bought about 10 months ago in Chennai. It stopped working suddenly on 29th Oct 11. Power supply does not come to machie. I checked the input power in the socket, It is ok.
   We registered our concern to the service center , They gave us a Service center number (64549186, 64549187) . Even after 3 days of continuous trying the service center people do not pick up the phone. We have a toddler in home , And in this rainy season Its really tough without washing machine.

   We are verymuch un-satisfied and annoyed with the no response of the service center in chennai.

   Will someone from the service center pick-up the phone atleast? … I found out some e-mail ids of the customer service from LG website and the e-mails sent to that id are bouncing back

   Does LG Really have an After Sales Service Dept?

   I bought LG washing machine. Since past thre days noone has come for for installation and demostration. I called LG customer care 1800-180-9999 for almost 6 time in past three days. The complaint has been registerd but seems of no use.

   Can someone do the needful.
