    sir, i have bought karbonn a30 mobile from flipkart, when it came to me, i noticed a very small lining on the screen (a very small), but everything was working fine, its touch response was best,, but after 45 days, that line became larger, and i felt that the touch is not working well, for this i visited the service centre in bhopal, they told me that i shall be charged approx rs 3500 or more, for the replacement of the touch display screen,

    My phone is in warranty period,then why i should pay any money..
    also none of the numbers of karbonn company is working, there is no response,nobody is answering the call, plz. help me…

    I bought karbonn a2+ on 13/5, after coming home i realised there was no light in the middle home button After sometime I realised it was hangingonce you charge it and swith it on. The shop, i purchased the mobile was closed next day. I went back to them on 15/5 they told me to take it to serivce centre. I took the mobile to serivce centre on 16/5. I submitted the mobile they told me to come after 2 days for doa I went to them on 18/5 they told me their system was down and they will inform me when to come Since there was no call from them I again went there on 22/5 they gave me doa I took doa and went to the shopkeeper
    I asked him if I can get any other model he just refused but after some time he said he will give me other model after cutting around Rs 600 and also he said he will give me new mobile ony after he gets the replacement from company I do not have my mobile with me till now

    sir, I myself is working as Marathwada Chief for the Press Trust of India (PTI). my Karbonn a5 is yet in the warranty period. The touch pad of the handset had problems. I visited your service centre thrice but no positive response. The fourth time whne I poked him, he took my complaint and filed it online. He called me after one week to change the touchpad. The touchpad that he replaced had scratches inside it and it is difficult to see the matter on screen. I asked him to change it but he didnt. he said that i should call him after a week. Since last three weeks i am calling him but he does not even receive the phone. I visited the service center thrice but yet i didnot get it replaced. He arrogantly said ‘chal raha hai na, jao replace nahi karta, ukhad lo’. Such language is not suitable for the reputation of Karbonn. I have no option other than approaching the Consumer Redressal forum. I regret such absurd incidences on behalf of Karbonn. After filing the case I would vastly circulate the news for welfare of the common people.

    Hi ,
    i bought this Karbon A 15 through online on 6th of this month. Since then iam facing a problem with SD card which is not detected by mobile & with in couple of days iam facing problem with camera as well. I tryed to reach out customer care with the no’s provided in the Karbon website which are as follows:

    Inspite of trying them contiously for 3 days i got a response that the desired info will be available at Banglore Customer care & is provided with a customer care no which was not responding.

    Latter on i raised a complaint through support@karbonnmobiles.com on 8/05/13 for which i did’t even got an Acknowlegement or Reply.

    I was wexed withe services of Karbon Mobiles.
    if this is the support & service that Karbon mobiles is providing to its customers i should think of moving to Consumers Forum.

    I have purchased Karbon A2+ model mobile from Big Mobiles(#101,Market Road,Arani-1.mob.9025390253) on 13.01.2013. After one month of purchasing my mobile restarted automatically and hanging very often. Even can i search for contacts, it takes too much of time. The Battery was not properly charging and heat a lot. My mobile’s IME No.1 is 911256350022295, and No.2 is 911256350282295.

    Hi i am ayash kanta nag from baripada, orissa. My wife gifted me a KARBONN A7 purchased on 29-06-2012. I was very happy with the set & excited also but not for long.After 15 days the hand set started showing problem initially while shurffing when screen gets off the set also gets off and after few minutes gets on automatically.when my wife tried to contact the dealer ‘SAILESH ENTERPRISES,BADABAZAR,BARIOADA’ he suggested to keep the screen on by exceeding time of screen for 30 minutes. Then i returned the set to my wife. She had not so much of use of the set other than receiving calls or outgoing calls so she did not faced any problem . But before 25 days the battery of the set didn’t keep charge . So we went to the dealer ‘SAILESH ENTERPRISES’ HE RECEIVED the set saying that he would send the set to the servicing center at bhubaneswer.He took the set with all the accessories including the cover also on 23-04-2013. After than we did not got any information about the problem of the set or job card. my wife has been depressed enough because WHEN SHE PURCHASED KARBONN A7 SHE THOUGHT KARBONN IS A GOOD COMPANY UPCOMING COMPANY BUT SHE HAS STARTED LOOSING CONFIDENCE ON KARBONN.     I purchased Karbonn A15 mobile through Mirchimart.com (online purchase) on 11th Feb 2013 vide Order No.MMOD26774 Transaction Id.201302116832272 for Rs.5499.00 and product got delivered few days after placing order to my Bangalore address. Below are the IMEI Numbers.

    Ever since I received the product, I have started facing problems with disconnection of my calls all of a sudden, including touch problems & battery draining. Initially I checked with Airtel (Service Provider) and there was no issues at their end.

    Thereupon I first contacted one of the Karbonn Authorized Service Centre and informed about the issues, and when I got back my Mobile from them after few days, I noticed the
    problems were still there.

    In few days I had to come to Hyderabad for vacation and after several attempts to reach Authorized Service Centre I finally handed my mobile to one of the authorized Service Centre for Karbonn “Primus Informatics & Software Ltd”, Abids, Hyderabad. My Mobile was kept with them for around 29 days and during this period I had contacted hundreds of times about the status and they keep on saying it will take time as it has motherboard problem and finally I had to take back my mobile since they were further asking 15 more days time which I was not confident of getting it repaired.

    I asked Primus Informatics to provide me DOA (Dead on Arrival) letter so that I can ask for product replacement and they told that this mobile has IMEI number which is not existing with the IMEI numbers which they have.. As per them since this is purchased online they cannot provide the letter. I checked with Karbonn other Service Centres and they said they cannot provide service since the IMEI number is not matching since it is purchased online.

    Appreciate if this can be looked into.

    I bought this tablet 2 months back from Flipkart and it is stopped working last week. Whenever I try to start it gets hanged and not able login, worst experience with Flipkart and Karbonn. To add to that there are no authorized service center for Karbonn in Bangalore, if I try to call the service centers from warranty document or from Karbonn site, I am getting reply they stopped the servicing for Karbonn. Now I don’t know whom to contact for servicing. Request to help

    I purchaged Karbonn A15 on 19 Feb 2013. It worked fine for about one and half months but suddenly it got dead. Then I submitted the mobile in service centre on 29 March and then on I am just waiting and waiting. Is there any way to complain to the consumer forum for the handset and for the harrasement it caused? Customer support is just irresponsival. Any help will be appreciated.

    last month i purchases A9+ model thro’ naptol.am having following problems.
    batter getting exhausted in day even in idle .
    sound level is too low for phone use as well as hearing music.
    removing back poses difficulty as thinking it will break.
    apears to be slow when playing game such as temple run and othe phone applications.
    pl replace battery and arrange increasing sound lvel.

    this tab is not charging whenever the charge becomes below 14% i will get a warning of low charging and immediately the system shut downs and it will not charge after that. for this problem i have give to the service centres i have bought this on 14/1/2013.
    this i have used for 45 days and it is under repair for the rest of the days.
    i dont understand if this goes on like this i will end up one year with 3 months usage and rest 9 months repairs why cant you give the customers a perfect reason.
    please tell me what should i do if this repeats.

    I am sick of Services provided by Karbonn Mobiles Ltd side,i had bought set of Karbonn A9+ on 1st of Jan-2013,which got stucked up on the 4th day i bought.then i placed on ur Service Centre of Jalandhar,which i mannaged to recieve after nearly 2 months.Then on recieving After 2 days it struck up with an similar problem & as usuall i have placed it on service Centre.Now i request their side finally to repalce my set or provide me Money back with 12.5%rate of Intrest Effective from 1st of Jan.I earlier Nearly from past 15 days have contacted their side and recieved the comments of Recieving it which every time were planks but nothing .Now I don,t want to listen any Trash from their side so i request your side to deal it with a Strong prospective for the Consumer Justification point o f view.

    I gave my Karbonn Tab 1 to India Mobile service center for service (which is approx 30kms far from the place I live) in T.Nagar. I called around 40 times but in my vain the response from them is very very pathetic. Everytime they tell the same story that they sent the piece to Banglore. They will make a note of my number and they say that they will give me a call back but they turned up. I am leaving chennai tommorrow and they have not yet returned the Tab1 to me.

    It is very very disgusing!! I will never suggest or purchase any product from you guys. You are deceiving people saying your products are budget products but as a matter of fact. You do not provide any proper service. There will be lot of issues after the purchasing your products and only to add to that there will be no service to fix that.

    Could you please take an appropriate action ?
