   sir,
   I had purchased one electric chimney last year. Model no.zenith 60.last month the same stop worthy .Hence I called your customer care for its rectification.One of your executive come for his inspection on 08-09-2011 and he told me that blowers of your chimney is not working and he assured me that same will be change by him within One or two days.Till date no body has come to change the blower despite of my several call at your customer care and every time whenever I made a call in your customer care a new executive keep on assuring me to rectify the same but in actual no body has come till date.Kindly look in to the matter at the earliest other wise legal action will be taken against your company
