I had inform my complaint to Planet Hyundai,Ahmedabad..Five times….for my new Accent car purchased in Feb.10……But not responded single times……
The Metter is…..
At the time of Marketing Executive has informed me that if I sell my Maruti Zen car then I will get Rs.10,000/- cash back. & then after I had made too much follow up with them by phone & by Mail But up to today….No any positive responce….I am highly shocked….& when I came To Canada & USA & see many Hyundai car….Even I had visited in Manhattan (NY-USA) &see the best presentation of Hyundai car…..I recall that this co. is not Responding me…Now I am in Toronto & my sister ask me the openion of Hyundai for her new purchase car…….I love Hyundai….but not customer solutions…..
