    Hi Team

    I have 1 yr old Godrej double door refrigerator and that has stopped working. I am in deep trouble as i am not getting response from your local CC team here in Thanjavur Tamilnadu,the fridge was four time repair,i spent money for more than 5000,the service man also cheated me,one service man said gas tube fault and he need Rs 1200 and another godrej service man need Rs2500,i dont know what i do,still the fridge is repair also..

    I would like to know that I am not happy with your customer care process . I bought a refrigerator on 14.04.2011 , now the problem is that the deep fridge and chilled portion of it, not working well. For this problem I have to take your customer care help and logged a complaint. My call no was K0805301916 on 08/05/2013 . I got a sms from your system that RABIN BAGCHI will attending our refrigerator service . I got a sms that He could not locate my address. My number is in your system and he should make a call me if he finds problem to locate address.

    After that I made a call yesterday in your customer care and got the call no K1205305067 through sms . After that I got the same sms that the electrician sent by your company could not find your address. Godreg is a leading Indian brand but it’s service is too poor to say. Now I assist your immediate help as the condition of the refrigerator is going poor day by day.

    I have purchased a godrej refrigerator two years before from bhagalpur Bihar.After two years ,the working of compresser failed. I have comlained through customer care. My comlain no was 2202847211 dated 6march 2013.Staff attended and we paid about 1750 Rs.But after one day it again failed.I again informed customer care . I personally visited service centre at Bhagalpur.I have notget positive response from service centre. I contacted so many times on phone . I am very disappointed from the service given.Pl.go through this matter and solve my problem

    I am expressing my grievances about services of Godrej Company. I had purchased Godrej washing machine (product details code- GWF65OFC, item Godrej WM GWF 650FC chassis no 3740) on 16/08/2012 from Vijay Sales and services man had come on 18th August 2012 for installation. Trial of machines was conducted by your technician during day time when water flow was not available and we could not notice that this machine is delivered as damaged. When we started using machine, then it was realized that there is some big noise which is coming from machine while it is in running. We have lodged complaints to your service centers almost 3 days back and so far no any technician has come from your side. My wife has continuously been calling Godrej service center, but she only get answer that they would put reminder to technician. Today she has also called up service center from where she has got very unsatisfactory answer and she was told to contact on 022-26862695. When she called up this number she was told that our area is not coming under their services.
    I must strongly express my feeling that we made big mistake by purchasing your product. We have always been buying home appliances from various companies, but we never suffered from them for such services. My wife is started getting irritated due to your services which has resulted illness. We are really feeling harassed now.
    I am sorry to write such strong mail as we can not expect such services from company like Godrej.

    Despite of regular follow up my washing machine has not been either repaired or replaced. We have continuously been following with Godrej Company, so far they have not taken satisfactory action. Their service engineer has come twice and informed that machines needs to be replaced and thereafter we don’t get any response from this company and we keep on calling them in their customer service center.
    We have not decided to approach consumer course, please advise nearest center of Andheri –east

    hi,

    we bought a bureau from saravana store on march 21,2013. they informed us to call Godrej customer care so that technician will come to assemble it. we called customer care and asked for technician, they informed us that person will be coming to fix it.

    Saturday one person from godrej called and said that he sill come on saturday(23rd march) to fix it. but they didnt turn up. when we called in the monday morning(25th) they informed that they will come on tuesday(26th). they didnt turn up on tuesday also. when we called the technician(office number) who called us, they are saying that its not there responsibility to fix it those who bought bureau from saravana stores. then why should the customer care give their number to us. then i asked for manager number so that i can talk to him/her but they cut the call. after repeated number of call they said tom(27th) we will try to send the technician.

    then they came on 27th march to fix it. but when they came they were talking very harshly to my parents that we cant take it to the other room to fix it, we will fix it in the place were it is only, if you want you yourself take to the other room and keep we will fix it. then my parents lifted it and kept in the other room they didn’t even help to lift it. i wanted to talk to the manager incharge.

Whoever is seeing this mail, pls don’t buy anything from Godrej. Also please let your relations, friends & etcc… to no to go with Godrej. uneducated service team. No knowing ho to deal, speak with customer.

    I had purchased Godrej Taraus Safe from Metro Borivali before 4 months backs. I had forget my pass word and at the time of purchase i didnt get the emergency key.

    we purchased the refrigerator one year ago in oct-2011 from little world mall, kharghar, navi-mumbai from your dealer vijay sales. after six month cooling system collapsed-we called the costumer care and they gave some private mechanics number. they charged 4200 saying that gas has finished and their service charges. now from last month we are facing the same problem. mechanic says there is no gas and gas should be filled. they are again charging the same amount. i think your refrigerator’s quality is poor and so also your service to costomer. anil dhimdhime 9702934006, 9029665979

    We purchased Godrej Refrigerator around 7 years back.

    The journey with the equipment has been very horrible with the gas been replaced 3-4 times in 4 years. The compressor was replaced last year which once again failed this year.

    Poor response from the service guys who pass on the performance responsibility to the poor workmanship by the previous service guys.

    Our refrigerator has failed once again (7th time in 7 years).
    We are fed up with the kind of response godrej is offering & planning to buy another brand of refrigerator.

    We have purchased Godrej refegirator model no: GDE.23T/2009, and the problem started after 4 months and Within a year of purchase, the machine started giving problems and I am completely faded up with your product. Initially, the fridge cooling was not proper the freezer and the lower chamber cools too much that all the things became ice because of that ice doors will not close and overall the level of service and customer attention provided by your service center personnel is SHODDY AND INEFFECTIVE.
    Now for the last 6 months as the Ref. is not functioning properly and there is no proper cooling and huge ice formation. from the day beginning itself it creating a problem water dripping inside the refrigerator and gasket leakage atmosphere air going inside the refrigerator and drain pan not evaporating weekly twice we are cleaning the drain pan
    i complaint from the day beginning itself first one technician came and he says no problem in refrigerator he adjusted the thermostat to low after that also the problem not solved again i compliant another technician came and he adjusted the thermostat to high but the problem not solved
    . I made a complaint 2 to 3 times. After a couple of days a service person attended the fault. We never satisfied with his service. Only he said the problem of the product but he didn’t repaired. We past 1.5 years we are facing this problem. The customer care executive are totally unprofessional and dont know how to behave properly with their customers
    We have problem with your Microwave only for 6 months it worked. From past 3 years we have kept like a waste product. Fedup of your products.
    Please resolve the issues with regard to my fridge at the earliest by providing a new placement in view of the fact that the four years of owning your fridge have been nothing but terrible.

    Sir, I have bought a Godrej Fridge model no.GDE 23DS4 Sl.No.110351770 on 2.5.2011 from Kanda Electronics, Walajapet. During April’2012, the product failed to work and on launching a complaint ur technicians attended and found the compressor to be problematic and replaced it during May’2012. Now again last 20 days back the fridge again went into the problem and i launched a complaint .no.C1308294603 and when the technician came to service, i was informed that again the compressor failed and needs replacement and filling of gas is also necessary and i have to pay service fees also for it. i have paid Rs.300 in advance for this purpose. Till date my fridge was not repaired . please look into the matter as earlier as possible since we are not satisfied with ur product that within a year it committed problem two times which may lead us to launch complaint abiding by customer rules and the service was also not satisfactory which takes much time. kindly find the solution soon or replace the product . thanking u……….

    while going through the comments made by other customers i could see many people have written about the bad service back up. i want to re endorse this opinion.Godrej has lousiest service and customer care system. i just want to buy a glass plate /cover for my vegetable tray as the original one ws accidently broken .     This is for your information that i have booked godrej GFE F/F 330 LITRES ( INDEX NO. 67180) Refrigerator through CANTEEN STORES DEPARTMENT. Before booking i had enquired about the available colour of this particular product with the dealer ( SUSHMA FORMS & AGENCIES, NO.421/H POONAMALLE HIGH ROAD, ARUMBAKKAM, CHENNAI-600106 , PH- 04423630099, +919841450367 ) & through the website also. The dealer said that the colours available are Red & Silver. The website says the available colours are blue & silver so during booking i asked the dealer to give me Red or Blue colour & not Silver. With my demand he said that i will be getting a Red colour & also noted in the invoice copy but now he says that the Silver is the only colour available & he does not responds me well.
    so please give me a Red or Blue colour & resolve it at the earliest

    IS THIS TYPE OF DISTRIBUTORS GODREJ COMPANY HAVING…………. WHO CANT SOLVE THE CUSTOMERS ISSUES………….. JUST A SELLING MACHINE.

    At last i have spoken to Customer care Mr. raj(CRE) at 8:45 in the eveining on 3th july they say our systems are slow we cant register a complaint and after insisting some many times he is not ready to give me a Complaint number.

    If this the issue where no body is listining then i have no option left to go the Consumer court.

I have got my refrigerator fixed 4 times for the same problem for which they cannot ensure genuine parts are being replaced by the agency.     Respected Sir,
    Let me introduce first I, A.ARULMOZHI deprived Indian, who purchased esteemed?????? Godrej product.
    I purchased Godrej fridge, Model No. eon 350 lit, double door, frost free at your dealer’s shop Saravana TV showroom, Tiruvallur, Pin 602001 on 26-10-2009 for an amount of Rs.18000/-. Godrej company is thinking the amount I spent is negligible.
    Within two months your esteemed fridge not worked. I made a complaint immediately. After a couple of days a service person attended the fault on 04-01-2010. He said timer problem and etc. One more service person came only on 20-01-2010 and he said compressor should be replaced. They took hardly 20 days to replace compressor ie on 11-02-2010. That time itself one of your service expert advised us the fridge should be replaced by new one and the same was explained to your end. Based on this I explained everything to your service incharge Mr. Rajagopal, but he did not cares and strictly told replacement not possible. But I did a mistake, I would have gone to consumer court that time itself.
    The same fridge gives trouble on 07-05-2011, I made a complaint to shop where I purchased. Only on 11-05-2011 one of your service person came and told compressor not working. On 18-05-2011 Mr.Mathi, service person came and replaced compressor and collected Rs.1450/- for filling gas, etc. After a week, again one more compressor replaced by the same person. All their compressors work like this?
    On 30-05-2011 I made another complaint by using customer care no. 66300000. Complaint No. 336475. One of their service person came on 31-05-2011 and said again compressor problem. Because of the summer I suffered lot. Really I got fed up with the product. They are not bothering about their product. Before purchase of this product I was using Godrej fridge since 15-04-1997 without any problem. (185 lit. deep door, FF). Only because of that, & as well as I need more space to keep my items, I have gone for the same company product. I lost my hope, my fridge will not withstand any further repair. I kindly request that the same is to be replaced by new one. (or) only possible by consumer court, I am ready to go also. Your advice is invited.

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased a Godrej Refrigerator Model No.GFE 27TZ from M/s Shriram Electronics, 11, Jayanti Market, M.I.Road, Jaipur on 08.02.2011 vide Cash memo No. 3771 . The product has been defective on its Door , which is being rusted and the chips are falling, the matter has been complained to the nearest service center , service order No. 643216 and they have assured us to replace the door but till date neither dealer nor Godrej Service Center change the door . The product has been assigned with the Rust Free 10 years Warranty .
    I have contact to Service Center ( Smart Care)as well as Dealer several time but they have shown their inability to get replaced/repaired . It is not understood such a reputed firm with the irresponsible attitude to rectify the complaint for such a long period, if required the authority can check and verify the complaint,

    The matter is the quality and hence the amount paid for, 17100/- is not a mere amount firm should acknowledge and clarify the delay in rectification of the complaint so as to avoid any legal consequences/consumer forum.

    Please do the needful at the earliest so as to relieve from the anxities.

    I have purchased a double door Ref. from Patro Agency, Bhanjanagar, Ganjam, Odisha Nov 2009 and the problem started after 4 months and Within a year of purchase, the machine started giving problems and I am completely faded up with your product. Initially, the fridge cooling was not proper the freezer and the lower chamber cools too much that all the things became ice and overall the level of service and customer attention provided by your service center personnel is SHODDY AND INEFFECTIVE.The local service personals sent by the agency attended the fault as if they are making experiments and as the same condition persists the shop keeper asked a service personal from Berhampur office who attended with the local service personals with hit and trial method.Any way they rectified the problem with out my sanctification.I am not satisfied as i am also have good knowledge in Ref. and A.C as I completed my B.Tech in Electrical and MBA in Markt and running Two ITIs and a Residential College in my locality It is all the more shocking to experience such dismal product quality and service from a company of your repute and stature which is of course false.
    Now for the last 6 months as the Ref. is not functioning properly and there is no proper cooling and no ice formation , i complained the shop owner who was a good supplier to my ITI and College for the last 5 years who promised to rectify the problem by sending some body but he closed his shop due to his family dispute. then I approached your Berhampur service point 2-3 times over phone(0680-2223058). With out sending any body when I Phoned last time they are telling me If i will pay 1500/- they will send the service person other wise not. I think You and your company is bagging money to the customers as a beggar or you have no faith on your customers as you fully aware that your products are substandard and you have cheating mentality. I am ready to pay the amount and not ready to make the Godrej Ref. to Godrej- Almira , but want to know whose fault it is,that my warranty period overs and if your product is up to the standard?

    Please resolve the issues with regard to my fridge at the earliest by providing a new placement/ quick service by trained service personals in view of the fact that the day of owning your fridge have been nothing but terrible. In case I do not receive a satisfactory response even now, I will be moving the Consumer Court for immediate redresal of my problem in addition to filing a complaint suit against your esteemed company for eroding consumer confidence this way.I am already in consult with my Legal advisers.
    I, already instructed to the ATO & TOs of my ITI and Staffs of college to instruct the Trainees and students not to advise or purchase any Godrej Products other than Locks and KEY.

    ONE LESSON IS YOU MUST NEVER BE FOOLED INTO BUYING A GODREJ PRODUCT OR ADVICE ANY BODY TO BUY THE GODREJ PRODUCT – THE PRODUCT IS WORTHLESS,SUB STANDARD, HAVING NO SHAME TO CHEAT THE CUSTOMERS. THE COMPANY A SHAM AND THE PEOPLE MERE CHEATS.

    Hello Customer Care,

    I purchased Godrej Fully automatic Washing machine in Decemer’ 2010 from Dehradun ) M/s Indian Sores, Dehradun). But started using the machine from january’ 2011 last week.

    Within a month of use, washing machine stopped working and a complaints registered with comp. no. 808812 at godrej customer care on 1st March’ 2011.

    Till date on 04th April’ 2011, complaint has not been attended, although several request has been made at Godrej Customer number 1800 209 5511 . Everythime same answer is being made by customer care that representative shall visit at our home within one or two days.

    Please do the needful to resolve the problem.

    i have purchased Godger Pentacool V5 single door freeze on 07.03.2010.
    During last three months Freeze was making heavy noise during compressor ON-time.
    Your Mechanic replaced compressor, but 2nd compressor also makes noise, but it remains 24 hours ON. Also now cooling has stopped.
    i am totaly disapointed with the quality of product performance.
    As per compressor unit working mechanism it should give life of above 5 years.
    Your comppresor which is also Godrej make doesn’t function properly.
    My present compalint ID is 879617.
    Requested you to give adequate solution to resolve the issue.

    I have a 240 litre refrigerator its is my father had bought it in 1996 and till date it was in very good condition without any repair work but suddenly few days back it was not working properly called the godrej service people to come and chk they came and chkd and said that the compressor is not working and needs to be changed which will cost Re 4500/- did not want to spend so much as it was quite old but they said once i do it i will not have any problem for another 4 to 5 yrs so agree to get the work done. next day the technician came with a new compressor and started fixing it after doing all the breaking and fixing he is saying that now the cooling device is not working that will cost another 1500 roughly so i told him i don’t have anyother option if u wud have told all these things before i wud have bought another fridge instead of spending so much money on the old one he also told me no u get it done and u will not have problem for another 3 to 4 yrs i agreed and asked him to get the device next day we r waiting for the tech to come and do the work he calls up and says that the device is not available and its out of stock and don’t know how many days it will take. its more than a week now the device is not available and now the tech comes home and removes the compressor that he had fixed saying that he cannot do anything about it. can’t believe that godrej can give such a bad service all these years we had all praises for godrej recommending people but today when i went out in the market to see a new fridge there is hardly godrej anywhere in the market, obviously if the service is so bad people wud’nt go for such a company. today my fridge is just lying like this cannot do anything, it feels as though the company has left me stranded in a lonely jungle. i can understand that maybe the parts r not available of such an old fridge but they shud have tech capable enough to say what all the problems r before recommending to repair it. After saying so many times that i will have no problem and then saying nothing can be done is bad on thier part. they have left the fridge in such a now that i cannot do anything but just throw it away, today when there is so much competition in the market instead of giving good service and trying to win more customer they r working on loosing customers.

    I have a 260 lts. Godrej Pentacool (Mode:GF 28 SF EL). From last two days it is not working at all. On local checking found that it’s I/P 5A fuse is blown. On replacing fuse, it gets blown immedieatly, seeming that there is some where short-circuiting.

    We have purchased Godrej refegirator model no: GDN.180S/2007, and we have found the problem is tick tick sound is coming (from relay ) from one block colour unit attached with compressor body when compressor off and its taking too late for restarting the compressor. the sound is not coming when its working and sound is coming when its automaticaly switched off.

    I am writing to register a complaint regarding a Godrej Pentacool double door fridge bought in Jamshedpur in Dec’ 2006. All the details of the problem are available in your system under my name and phone number 92345 54048.

    I am detailing the problem again for your reference – Within a year of purchase, the machine started giving problems. Initially, the fridge cooling was not proper so the compressor was replaced.

    Even after the above, the fridge performance was erratic and it was sent to the service center in Jamshedpur one more time. After a full week it was returned and still the freezer compartment was not working. One of your service engineers came home and inspected the unit and replaced an electrical relay worth Rs. 250/-.

    The problem has since continued and in Nov’ 2010, the fridge was sent for repair one more time. After 8 days of being kept in the service center, the fridge was sent back with a bill invoice of Rs. 2150/- for replacement of various parts including timer, gas charging, electrical relay etc. but I am extremely disappointed to note that the fridge cooling is still not proper, the freezer is not making ice and overall the level of service and customer attention provided by your service center personnel is SHODDY AND INEFFECTIVE.

    It is all the more shocking to experience such dismal product quality and service from a company of your repute and stature.

    Please resolve the issues with regard to my fridge at the earliest by providing a new placement in view of the fact that the four years of owning your fridge have been nothing but terrible.     We had brought a glass table from Godrej Asset dealer located in vaishali, that was broken by their employee at the time of installation on 10-Sept-2010 they promise us to return our table with 15 days, but they havn’t turned back upto now every time they are giving some false excuse it’s going to be close 4 months now everytime they are saying it is under process we will return , now even they stopped picking our calls also,
