    I have purchased Godrej Refrigerator 250L GFE 27 Tz on 9-07-11 from Pai International
    Bangalore. It has stopped working 6 times in 4 yrs. This time it is giving tick tick sound
    and it is not giving cooling. Kindly arrange repair at the earliest.

    I am a Godrej customer and have been using your products since 2 years. I approached your customer care on 10 Oct for my refrigerator check as its not functioning. Upon this your technician who is very rude to talk called me on 11 Oct at 3.30 in the evening and wished to come in an hour. There was no prior intimation on the visit time as we cant be waiting all day at your technician’s disposal since we all are working professionals.
    Today he called me at 5 saying he can come now. Again no prior intimation. Don’t your company have any courtesy to keep the customers informed atleast a couple of hours prior to visit. I asked him to come tomo and he says he is not sure what time he can make it. Moreover he is been extremely rude and such people is only giving GODREJ brand a dissatisfactory experience. Please advise if my concern is being addressed on immediate basis and someone sent for the service who is professional and efficient.
    Your technician also had the audacity to say that I can reach anybody senior in Godrej and he does not care.

    Dear Sir,

    Our Godrej Pentacool handle is broken. We searched in Visakhapatnam and give complaint to Vizag Customer care Centre and they said that they are not having that type of model handle.

    Kindly let me know how I will get it and repair my handle.

    I bought a RT EON 260 Godrej frost free fridge on 28-12-2013 from Viveks,north usman road,T nagar. Bill no is 11441315405.

    It was working fine till 8 months, in the month of August, we noticed some change in the cooling, in the next couple of days, it completely stopped cooling.

    I made a first complaint on 13th August, call no is C1308157835. A technician came and examined and said, the gas needs to be filled.
    Then another technician came and he filled the gas.

    It was working fine for 2 weeks, again i faced the same problem. I made second complaint on 8th September, call no is C0809169435. Again they re-filled the gas.
    it worked only for a week.

    On 18th September i made 3rd complaint, call no is C1809173802, again balaraman technician came and he said some block was there and tomorrow they will fix it. Next again the second technician came, he said condenser has a problem and the company will call back.

    When i called the service company today ( 9710403651 ), he says that, he expected i will call him because condenser does not comes under warranty and it can be fixed only on Monday.

    I spent 21K to buy this Fridge, and now for the past 2 months, I am struggling with this Fridge, the technicians who attends the complaint are not technically stronger to identify the correct problem, and each time i had to wait at least a week to get is solved.

    After spending so much money, why should i be bothered with all these issues ? I am really frustrated and fed off with the godrej Fridge and the service provided.
    This is irritating me too much.

    I need a replacement, I hope at least i will get a proper response.

    Pichhle 3 saal se muze Godrej Care ka bura experience ho raha hai.
    sabhi toll free number par 1 problem ke liye 10 baar bhi call karo tab bhi, “sorry sir, aapko huyee asuvidha ke liye khed hai” ke siva koi reply nahi milta hai. aur godrej care ne mere ghar ke najdeek jo service center “J.R.Service Center, Bilimora” ke supervisor Rajubhai ka to mobile number muze diya wo bhi galat hai, naam hai Rajeshbhai ka, aur wo mobile hamesha technician “Ravi” ke paas rehta hai. kitni bhi baar call karo, request karo, complaint karo ya ‘smartcare’ko bhi complaint karo – ye service centre me kisi ko grahakon ki asuvidha se koi matlab hi nahi hai, 3 saal se mera ye experience raha hai.

    Dear Sir / Madam

    I am forced to write this mail and wanted to draw your attention towards your inefficient technicians. I lodged a complain through customer care.

    On 1st Sept a person has come to collect the service charge and told somebody will attend the call tomorrow. We paid him Rs. 375/- and with in couple of days another technician has come and tried to sort out the problem but he was not having cooling gas and welding machine and told us he will come again next day. Next day they visited and tried to sort out the problem they made the refrigerator on & charged nearly Rs 2000/- for the parts, which we paid.

    After one week again my Refrigerator is not working. I called to that technician (Jitendra Kumar Sahoo) told the problem. He suggested to lodge a complain through customer care and I did the same.

    Today a new technician (Biswanath Moharana) has attended the call and charged Rs 600/- and made the refrigerator on.

    After so many visit by your technician to our house (which again disturbing our life) and charging nearly Rs 3000/- my refrigerator is still not working.

    I again called to your customer care he lodge the complain and also shared the mobile no of Mr Prakash, branch manager, Godrej, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

    I called thrice, unfortunately he didn’t bother to pick my phone fro once. Now Suggest should anybody take the call Or should I go to the consumer court.

    I want to inform you that my double door refrigerator was working properly but it’s icing box not functioning. Let me tell you one thing – one of my friend was facing the same problem. He rectified his same problem by spending hardly Rs 500/- and there was no problem with his refrigerator since then.

    Now question is whom should we believe the so called Godrej branded technician or Local technician?

    Twice I Complained – First time the Complain No was W3008539173 and the secret code was 124 and today my complain no is W1209541393 & secret code is 688.

    Now I don’t want explanation letter, I want your action.

    First of all your toll free number is not accessible. You have to hold on for very long
    period for a response.

    I have purchased a Godrej Eon 1.5 ton A/C on 5.3.2014. A cooling complaint was lodged
    at your toll free number with call No.01404478078 (Secret Code No.270) on 14-4-2014.. I have received
    a message intimating that your technician Mr. Shihab will be attending my call on 15th.
    Today (17th April) at 3.30 pm he reached my residence and after checking informed
    that the gas has leaked out and there is no stock of gas with the service centre franchisee. I do no know when my problem will be resolved.

    I fail to understand why a great organisation like Godrej is not able to provide prompt
    customer service. Its infact very very upsetting.
