I bought a Motorola One Fusion mobile through Flip cart on 20-10-2020. But, there are two complaints in the handset:
1. Normally, the volume is good but every time a call is made to the handset, the volume is very bleak. It comes out from the top side (mic) only. The bottom speaker is not working. After this, when you restart the handset, it is back to normal but again when a call is made or an incoming call comes, the same problem happens.
2. I have inserted two SIMs (viz.) Jio & BSNL in the handset, but, the signal reception of both the SIMs is very poor in the handset. This was compared in the same location with another handset, which had identical (Jio & BSNL) SIMs but where the signal strength was very good.
Kindly advise what to do?
