Yesterday I have given my laptop for repairing at lenovo service center:

I asked them to change the lower case body of my laptop, which I have given to them. He told me it will take one hour so I waited for 4 hours and then at 5:45 evening he told me he as fixed the lower case but battery is not charging. He said he don’t know why it is happening. He has to check and then he kept the laptop. Today he didn’t called me or given any information regarding that. They are charging 750 Rs as service charge and they have damaged one part and will ask for its payment also. The kind of service lenovo is giving is pathetic. Its well known international brand and providing such a low level services.
