I have lodged a complaint on 22-12-2009 vide complaint number CN 1209036818
for the complaint connected with my washing machine purchased during 2007
(front loading neo classic washing machine). I have contacted your customer
care in chennai more than 10 times and given e mail complaint to your id
helpdeskindia@whirlpool.com. To my great surprise they have not shown the
courtsey of calling me back and give a e mail reply.
I am going to approach consumer court in chennai for the mental agony, inordinate
delay and cost of the machine producing all the messages/ complaint over phone initiated by me.
I regret for having purchased the whirlpool washing machine as I was using IFB washing machine for 10 years without any problem. I also planning to publish this poor service in letters to editor in news paper also.

I bought a whirlpool “sensation” washing machine almost a year back and it did work well all these days, however we moved house last week and it was a harrowing experience to just have the field service personnel to come to our house and help us install the machine because we did not know what fittings to regular plumbing was required.
Mr. Biju, who finally showed up was very upset that we wasted his time and there was nothing for him to do. according to him it was for me to get a plumber and get the washing machine fixed. I would buy the logic but I am amazed at the total disregard for a customer by your executive. If this is the way you have trained your personnel to deal with customers, god save Ms. Kajol Devgan!!!!!
Being someone who worked in service industry for last 18 years, I thought it my duty to give you this feedback regarding the total lack of service attitude of your personnel.
Incidently I could not find any name of a responsible person for either region or country either in your website or in the net. your website does not have any means of receiving feedbacks from customers. Net net, as a customer I can not just reach whirlpool to even give a feedback which can be useful to improve your services. Perhaps Whirlpool does not believe in Customer satisfaction ( let us not even mention delight)

I have a fully automatic washing machine H55 which I bought a few years before. Sorry to say but your service is pathetic in Visakhapatnam. I have got fed up trying to lodge a complaint on the indicated phone numbers and I am left in lurch. In addition, I did another mistake of buying the AMC and the response is as worse. But the problem remains trying to lodge a complaint.
As a company, I think the best thing to do is to give these numbers and let customers try getting in touch for complaints thereby limiting the number of complaints. Please open up your communication channels so that I can at least lodge a complaint.

I am a customer of whirlpool product i.e., whirlpool washing machine
(Professional Sport). I have placed a order on 16 Jan 2010 and the
same was delivered on 24 Jan 2010. The machine was purchased from
Shipra mall (e-zone).
I have some complaints like:
1) Firstly, I have placed the order of blue colored washing machine
whereas the Maroon color machine was delivered to me . I have
complaint the same in the e-zone and the supervisor who has dispatched
the machine and even lodged the complaint on customer care.But all in
vain. No one has taken back the machine. So, finally we accepted the
same as we have no other option.
2) The service center has send us the technician instead of a good
engineer for Demo.Who was hardly aware of the front loading washing
machine. He has assembled the machine but he has not given us the
proper demo.
3) Within a week we have lodged another complaint as machine was not
giving us the good quality washing specially, in woolen clothes and
heavy clothes like bed sheets etc. The engineer has came and opened
the machine and done some internal settings. But the issue was not
completely resolved.
4) Again I have lodged the complaint as by doing some internal setting
by the previous engineer water flow was not coming properly.Thus,
machine is not picking detergent from prewash compartment.The new
engineer has camed and again tried to do some internal setting but he
was not successful and went back by confirming us that he will bring
any other person.
But till date nothing has happened. No improvement. Company has no
good engineer who is well aware of this machine. And even I feel a
default machine is delivered to me.
I request you to please replace the same. As further I do not want
machine to be opened it will devalue the machine and there is a
chances of more defaults if such engineers will go on looking the
machine.
I have contacted your customer care in New Delhi more than 5 times and given e mail complaint to your id helpdeskindia@whirlpool.com. To my great surprise they have not shown the courtsey of calling me back and give a e mail reply.

I bought a whirlpool machine around 6 years back. It has given me nothing but pain. It was a White Magic T 50, front loading machine. We’ve had to call in the service guys umpteen no of times because something or the other is always wrong with it. Either the timer goes bonkers or the plastic parts need to get replaced. The worst part has been the extremely shoddy treatment we have recd from the hands of the customer service team. The repair guys don’t have the time to take your calls, if they do turn up they leave without putting it right.
The worst was when the gurgaon service centre tried to cheat me by over charging for the plastic parts. They even refused to give me a bill. It was only when i yelled to be shown some type of price proof did they bring the price down and gave me a bill.
It has been a horrible experience. I will never buy a whirlpool product again and am also going to start a campaign against this brand. I do not wish for other consumers to have the same harrowing experience that i did.

I purchased Whirlpool Washing machine 2 months back. Within a time span of two months, the tyres got damaged. On calling the customer care for replacement, they gave a vague response and asked us to wait for a while. I booked the complaint twice with the customer care with following info.
1. Complaint SR No. CH-0510020371, dated 29-May-10
2. 2nd Complaint SR No. CH-0610001072, dated 2-June-10)
There has been no response from them since then and even on mailing the complaint so many times to helpdeskindia@whirlpool.com, they never reverted back. The customer services are really disgusting.. I am being forced to go to consumer court if it wont resolved soon.

on April 2010 it got a compressor problem and we asked the dealer to repair it.

I complained about my washing machine on the 01/07/10. My complaint
number is MB0710000071. I was told I would get a call from the technician
in 2 hours, and a visit the same day. It never happened, so I called
again the next day and the technician came. He said that he couldn’t fix
machine, and would come back with another person. That didn’t happen and
I called every alternate day after that, and each time I was told that
someone will call in two hours. Finally on 9th July I was told that they
are waiting for a part and my machine will be repaired by Monday. Of
course that didn’t happen either.
Today I called the service center and they said they are still waiting
for the part. At whirlpool, such a big company, no spare parts? A person
who has a contract with you has to wait for 15 days and more to get a
machine repaired? What sort of service is that? I must say that your
service is not just disappointing, it is PATHETIC!

Worst service ever seen from any other company.
1. My complaint no is PN 0710001832 dated 06 July 2010 (Washing machine top loading fully automatic). My experience is summarised below:
(a) I registered a complaint of washing machine not starting on 06/7 with the call centre. After many reminders a rep of Phoenix Electronics, Chinchwad, Pune, came and checked the machine. He said that the pcb would have to be replaced and it would take a week’s time.
(b) Again after many reminders after about 10 days the pcb arrived and was fitted at a total cost of about Rs 4000/-. The machine worked for a day with a non functional door switch and power switch.
(c) After many reminders a technician came and fitted a new door switch and charged me Rs 300/-. He said the power switch would arrive after a few days.
(d) The next day the machine stopped functioning and after many calls to Phoenix Electronics, the technician Mr Mitradev visited today only to tell me that the pcb had become defective and it would take another few days to set the machine right.
(e) During the course of events I realised that the call centre exists for namesake only and they have no mechanism of feedback from the service representatives. What is shocking is that the call centre kept telling me that my complaint has been attended to and their system shows that it is closed. Maybe this is gross mischief on part of the service agency ie., Phoenix Electronics of Chinchwad, Pune. All attempts to speak to the owner Mr Pillai proved to be futile as the stock reply from the staff was that they did not know about his whereabouts or when he would return. So much for accountability and quality of service. Now the case is suspended in thin air without any kind of commitment regarding the repair of my washing machine, after almost a month.
2. Previously I had availed of the AMC service of Whirlpool. My experience was that the moment they collected the payment they vanished and reappeared on tele as well as in physical form only when it had to be renewed. Any complaint regarding no service during the AMC period was replied with “We’ll checkup”.
3. The service standard of Whirlpool is utterly disgraceful and shocking. The call centre refuses to give the contact details of Whirlpool senior staff responsible for this area or even the VP/GM heading the aftersales/service function. In a way it is tantamount to breach of trust, misguiding the public at large with false adverts and grossly incorrect method of doing business. I’ve had similar experiences with my Whirlpool refrigerator too, with no service during the AMC period and simple parts like freeezer door and shelves never ever being made available. So much for the capabilities of Whirlpool’s top management. Wonder why they can’t learn something from the humble dabbawalas of Mumbai who deliver unparalleled topclass service without the trappings of corporate pomposity like call centes etc.
4. In view of this state of affairs, I have resolved to mobilise all forums within my reach to educate the common consumer about the pitfalls of buying Whirlpool appliances so that they do not have to undergo the agony that hundreds of unsuspecting buyers have had to undergo over the past few years. They have really crossed all the limits.
5. If the Whirlpool Masters in the US are listening I would like to tell them not to take the Indian consumer for granted. After having done booming business in the world’s largest market, if you dare to neglect the consumers here by not giving quality and timely service, you can be booted out by a simple consumer movement or backlash if you please. So please take note. There are umpteen number of options today and the consumer is definitely spoilt for choice with the large number of quality brands available.

and convert it into junk yard. It started with AMC offer thing..we thought it will be g8 for our machines health and have good performance and longer life.. But to my dismay these guys are idiots or say blood suckers…it started by LE load error..these guy took away my original machines circuit board saying its faulty and we cant do anything ok we said..after changing 3-4 cuircuit boards amazingly they discovered that one wire to the sensor had been disconnected and all the cuircuit boards were fine!!! i asked them to give me back my original cuircuit board mine was well cared machine..they said they dont know where it is one of them told they had used it to replace someone else machine g8 na!!
and that hero just removed the sensor so that there will be no load error at all..my machine started working without the need of lid!!! now new problem started..my machine started dancing…moving dangerously…and one day to my horror it …it went crazy and bumped into the connecting water tap and the lid got broken!!! I called these guys for replacement and they enlightened me with the knowlege that whirlpool does not produce any white coloured machine (Beware all whilte colour machines are fakes!!!) i insited for white coloured lid…and to my astonishment these guys repaired the broken lid base!!! now with no lid it was tell me to close the lid!!! (they told me that the coloured lid would cost 3000 rs and white will be 4000 rs(“better buy new machine then na” ) u know they sold me with just 800 bucks!!! and from customer care i got to knows its just 750 bucks!!! everytime they come up with something to sell(service cum sales) i have to buy water softner.& 2X 750 rs anti scaling, they used 7 packs at a time

This is to inform you that we recently purchased Whirlpool Elite Refrigerator 315 liter on June 2010. But we are not satisfied with the functions of the refrigerator. We often approached to local service center, but could not get satisfactory answers. Even we made requests to troubleshoot the case to the dealer, but the problem is still there.
The cause of complain is facing too much difficulties in making vegetables fresh. The refrigerator won’t be able to maintain freshness of vegetables, and thus it is failed to keep up the function as it should be. As you know, this is the basic utility of fridge; so the question is what the meaning of purchase if the refrigerator won’t able to meet the basic criteria.
We made plenty of attempts by contacting local whirlpool service center, but there were no results at all. The question is whether I ever anticipate the apt service from Whirlpool and for that matter functioning of machine properly? I wish to resolve the issue without delay.
The product is under warranty period and still having no actions even though multiple complains come about; I expected getting suitable reply soon. I wish you consider this complain seriously and answer me immediately.

i have brought a fully automatic wirlpool F65 washing machine (si.no.2802129)in surat. every month i have to call the service engineer for panel board switch button damage, and i have to wait for months to solve my problems. your engineer say’s plastic component are not cover in warranty, I say this is electrical component, panel not damage but switch button are damage and this are verry dangers for users and sum time shock during m/c operet so pl. replace it and save sum acciedent, my washing machine had a problem and they took it to the service center , even after one and half years of continious follow ups and requests i m not getting any response. what should i do now ? , please help me.

I am sad that even you all also have been victims of this good-for-nothing company called Whirlpool. I dont know why Kajol is advertising for this stupid company. MY friend & I too are having innumerable problems with Whirlpool Washing Machine. My friend bought a Pro 700s Whirlpool Washing Mchine at Udupi thro an outlet called HARSHA lat March. Since then he has called the most inefficient Servicing Personnel at least a dozen times. Each time they say different things & have asked my friend to change so many things that in one year apart from spending nearly Rs 17000/- for the machine, he has spent about Rs 10000 towards all the rubbish those service personnel asked him to buy to keep the macjine going. Even after all that the machine is still not OK. I want to warn Whirlpool that I will file a case in the Consumer Forum. The service persoonel are very irresponsible, very ignorant of things & very head strong. They never demonstrate the proper working of the machine after they repair it. They go away doing a job half-hearted. I am really fed up of Whirlpool. My own 600s White Magic has done anything but majic. It is always under repair so much so that even today because the machine stopped half way, my clothes are lying immersed in water. Through this column I want to caution all prospective customers to think seriously before buying any Whirlpool product.
To continue where I left yesterday. Last night I had called one of the Customer Care service numbers in Chennai. The blessed phone rang for 2 mins before a female voice said “Press 1 if English, 2 if marathi, 3 if Tamil, 4 if Telugu, 5 if Bengali, 6 if Bhojpuri, 7 if French, 8 if Russian bla bla bla. To hell with these call centres, I thought. Any way I thought let me try my luck for the last time & pressed 1. The phone rang again some ten times before one ? Mallu ? Tamilian came on the line & asked what is my problem. I explained everything in detail & got damn surprised that this queer character had the patience to listen to me for 10 long minutes. Finally when I told him that I will approach the Consumer Court & file a case against Whirlpool, he woke up & said ” Sir, one minute, I will transfer the call to the top man” That was the end of it. The phone rang endlessly, no top, no man. I did not leave it at that. This morning I called my service personnel Pradeep. He bluntly said that it is Sathish’s problem. I called Sathish & I was again shocked. Sathish said ” Sorry, Sir, we could not come yesterday & day before ” we will try to come today. At 3 p.m to my pleasant surprise Sathish called & said he has reached near my house & he wants me to go home. I told him it is not possible to get up & go at my wish & will from my work place. Some how since the servant maid was there he entered the house & fixed the lid ” Without further damaging it” I insisted that he showed me that the machine is in working condition. He again was in a hurry & wanted to run away. Suddenlt he discovered that the there is some thing wrong with the main power supply.The A/V protector that he himself had advised & which was bought for Rs 750/- is now useless according to him. So my woes continue. He said I should get the electric lines checked with our University Electrician & that he will come again to set the machine. For the time being Bye to you all. I will let you know what happened in y next report. Ultimately, I think we shoild start an Association of Whirlpool Buyers who got cheated by Whirlpool.

As it was having some electrical problem I made a complaint to telephone no 02260008558 on August 16th
I was given a complaint no MB 0810010136 and a person named Shakil mobile no 9987282276(ROYAL SERVICES) came for checking.
After check he told motor & gear box is out of order & charged 225 rupees.
Next day on enquiring he suggested better to change the machine instead of spending 4000rupees on motor & gear box.
I decided to take a second opinion from local service Engineer /mechanic at vashi.
They checked & found Washing machine in order except a minor burn on internal wiring.
They charged only 225 rupees & mine washing machine is working perfectly.
Here I want to know from WHIRLPOOL whether they have kept Cheats as authorised service partner??
Are whirlpool is hand in gloves with these Thugs to increase Sales
Is some one from WHIRLPOOL will take necessary action??

I purchased a fully automatic washing machine model no 7234 2 years back. Within the period of 2 years it had to be repaired 3 times for the same problem of not taking water automatically when required. Now again the same problem has occurred which is going to cost the repair charges and the cost of the part to be replaced. This type of repeated problems not only causes financial loses but also causes inconvenience. Kindly look into the matter.

My fully automatic washing machine (model: F 65) purchased 5 years ago stopped working on 12/9/2010. The problem : IC of the water inlet system got blown off. I registered a complaint with the customer care (Complaint No. 1006170) and an engineer was deputed to inspect at a fee of Rs.280/-. As usual he switched on the machine for 2 minutes and immediately said that the PCB had to be changed at a cost of Rs.3,500/-. When questioned as to why the entire PCB had to be changed instead of replacing the particular IC, he curtly said that they do not keep changing smaller parts but instead change the PCB itself. THIS IS NOTHING BUT DAY LIGHT ROBBERY!! For a spare part which would cost only Rs.50 or 100 you have to cough up Rs.3,500/-.
When this matter was reported to the customer care, the executive assured that a Senior Engineer would be deputed to assess the situation within the next 4 hours. Forget 4 hours, it is more than 48 hours and nobody has turned up for servicing the machine.
In the meanwhile, I have called up the customer care 5 times on 14/9/10 only to be put on hold for a minimum of 8-10 minutes each time and then disconnect the line. In the bargain I have spent Rs.72/- towards the call charges. There seems to be a clear nexus between the Support executive and the Service Franchisee and that is the reason why my calls to the customer care is simply being disconnected after putting it on hold for sometime in order to make me frustrated and stop calling them.
I am not sure whether Whirlpool India is a cheat or their Service Franchisee is a cheat?? If the machine is not serviced immediately I will be constrained to go to the electronic media as well as to the Consumer court to find justice.

i thought whirpool is such a old brand in the market n decided to go for it.. but till date i regret doing so! i have bought a semiautomatic washing machine and since day 1 there are problems associated with it.. firstly i was delivered a machine with broken wash tub lid. no one showed up for demo.. then wash tub and spin tub knobs are’nt properly functional.. machine vibrates uncontrollably… i complaint several times.. nothing happened..
then one day they answered the complaint and took washing machine to serivce centre.. when i got the machine back only 1 complaint wsa resolved..
i am so shocked at your pathetic consumer care services and i m sorry so say will never like to go for your brand again

I am writing this mail with lot of grevances. Fisrts I lodged complain on 4th Oct 2010 regarding my washing machine. I received text from your side stating engineer name and number. I triend many time to call him on his mobile to convey the time I have not got answer neither call back. Then again I call your customer care centre one of your executive said sending urgent msg. no action, then that person called near about 8 pm. and wanted come at night when I said this is not the time to come so late he lauged and this is not night. Next day i.e. 05-10-2010 again I called your customer care centre many times nothing happen no action taken. Today again I called one of your executive said the same thing sending urgent msg. to the engineer. Let us hope …………….
May I ask you one question do you have any organisation policy or any turn out time for visit and solve the problem? Or cusomers keep on chasing you. Do you study customer satisfaction level or believe in selling.

My Whirpool fully automatic Wahing machine “White Magic Prof 700H” purchsed on 03 July 2009 from M/S Sham Lal Krishan Lal 1/206/28, Sadar Bazar, Delhi Cantt (Bill No. CR-556 dated 03 Jly 2009) is not working since 09 Oct 2010. I have lodged complaint with local distributer at Ranikhret, Distt – Almora (Uttarakhand). The Engineer Mr Pardeep (Mob NO. 09639096290) attended the Washin Machine approx two weeks before and told that some part of the machine is to be replaced.
More than two weeks have passed but the part has not yet been replaced. We wre facing great difficulty as weather at Ranikhet id too cold. The washing machine is still under “Warranty Period”. It is requested that the washing machine may please be made functional at hte earliest.

I concur with the views of most of the subscribers here. Whirlpool seems to have a “don’t-care” attitude for its customers. May be, its standing true to its name as the customers feel they are trapped in a ‘whirlpool’ after buying their product…
To my utter surprise, I don’t find their Service Centre at Visakhapatnam on their website. They seem to have a service centre only at Hyderabad for the whole of Andhra Pradesh!! I got a service centre contact no. from a show room here in Railway New Colony, but none responded on that number.
I got the telephone numbers of the service centre from Just Dial, but none responded on those numbers too…
I have started to regret deeply why I went for Whirlpool…
I have bought a Whirlpool front load -Sports model washing machine a few months ago. The door switch stopped working on 17-Nov-2010. I placed a complaint on 18-Nov-2010 (Comp No. 14109). The engineer took 3 days to come to the house to check the machine. And now I have been waiting since then for your door switch part to come from the factory to Bangalore. I have followed up everyday since without any information from your team here. The service you have provided is very bad. How long are your customers suppose to wait for repairs? Is this what we paid thousands of rs. for? Did not expect this from a brand as big as Whirlpool.
I urge anyone who reads this message not to purchase whirlpool products. Its simply not worth the money.

I did not know whirlpool has got such a bad service…
the guy who had to come with in one day to see the problem, turned up after 3 days. he attends atleast 20 complaints a day.
for a part replacement, they promise maximum of a week but they keep on increasing two days when ever you call. these manager’s phones are busy 24×7.. no escalation procedures at all.
customer care disconnects the call if you call more than two times…
email id is absolutely of no use….
they asked us not to use a stabilizer but they dont know why the circuit board got spoiled. not even 9 months old washing machine we are only two people at home we dont use it that much…
if we go for warranty one day late they dont entertain.. but they can take weeks together for replacing the parts… they get parts from faridabad it seems…
as if that place is somewhere outside the world.

I purchased a fully automatic Whirlpool washing machine from Vijai sales Hadapsar Pune last year 2010. The machine is under warrantee & its PCB cord got damaged. The service engineer visited & checked the PCB cord which is not available in stores. Your service centre at Pune does not respond for replacement. They only replied that PCB is out of stock and how long it will take to come, no body knows.
If you can’t store spares why are you selling the machine and if you are not able to restore the machine back in operation, then you should provide service machine for the time gap. I have felt very bad response & bad service from Whirlpool and I shall think thousand time to puchase new Whirlpool product in future.
Machine should put back in operation within a day as other companies are providing prompt service in Pune.

for the complaint connected with my washing machine WHICH IS UNDER EXTENDED WARRNTY.
I have contacted your customer care on 06126000855 more than 50 times and to my great surprise they have not shown the courtsey of calling me back and give a e mail reply rather every time they make a false statement of having visited the complaint and further rescheduling the same which is completely false and concocted and even the reports submitted by one whose name was told by the cutomer care as Deepak Kumar as even not seen and checked the machine.
I am going to approach consumer court in Patna for the mental agony, inordinate
delay and cost of the machine producing all the messages/ complaint over phone initiated by me.
I regret for having purchased the whirlpool washing machine as I was using IFB washing machine for 10 years without any problem. I also planning to publish this poor service in letters to editor in news paper also.
If possible, kindly give a reply.

We are constrained to write that we have complained of our Washing Machine vide our mobile No.98183 62037 on 22.10.11 but to our surprise it has not been attended to by any of your engineers so far nor any reply is received of emails. The fully automatic machine was purchased on 5.02.2011 through your esteemed dealer in Darya Ganj M/s. Agrellios. Its serial No. is INF 103508572 and Model No. is 11581. We have been given to understand vide your engineer before 22.10.11 that its soap dispenser needs replacement. Thereafter nobody is attending the complaint inspite of several reminders.
As your washing machine is new under Warranty/Guarantee and before we write to Media, we are making our attempt to get the machine set right on urgent basis. Even if your engineer does not turn up by 9th November, 11 we would send this complaint to the Media and thereafter file case of complaint in Consumer Court for your negligence and would also claim losses of mental torture, harassment due to poor quality of your company product.
It would be in the interest of your company, if the complaint is attended to on urgent basis.

I bought a Whirlpool Sensation elite fully automatic front loading washing machine in 2008. this was my first product and only product from Whirlpool and it will be my last one as well. With in these 3 years, the machine had caused numerous problems and Whirlpool is one of the worst companies the Indian consumer has in the market today. Be it their product or customer service or Area authorized service centers or area managers or the top officials or anyone who is related to Whirlpool is of WORST quality. The expensive machine I had bought and its problems had caused me the worst nightmares of my life.
I very strongly recommend everyone, never ever go for any Whirlpool product if you want to live longer and lead a happy life. Whirlpool is just the worst ever company, the indian consumer has in the market today. Beware,

I have purchased fully automatic washing machine on 20th Nov 2011. I received the SMS next day from customer care that so & so person would come for installation and demo and i received the call from support person. I agreed with him for demo timing and installation. So far all good & i was happy.
But then support person came in afternoon in my absence and did installation. Installation is not done properly and when my parents objected he misbehaved and left.
After day i receive another call from whirlpool and the person did listen to my complaints and promised me he will send some senior person because initially they send Jr. trainees for all this work. We again agreed for date and time and support person again started calling me much before time atlest i received call from him 3-4 time stating he is at my place. When i objected then he waited till agreed time and when i asked for Demo he surprisingly looked at me and said he doesn’t provide Demo but he came to sell accessories of washing machine like stand , cover , cleaning powder.
I was really surprised for such customer service from very reowned company in market.
I really want Whirlpool customer service management to re look and take actions against such people.

Please NEVER BUY any whirlpool product if you want to stay away from any mental torture related to servicing of their products. You might have to call a minimum of 20 times to get the technician attend to your problem. It takes about 2 months from the first call till the time they come and attend to the problem.
I have never come across such degree of unprofessionalism anywhere else.
Stay away from Whirlpool to be happy in your life.
I have purchased fully automatic washing machine on 6th Feb 2012 but since today is 9th Feb 2012 no one has came for installation and demo. We have recived call from one person name Gutam who told me that he is busy and he will not come. This is the way whirlpool deal with customer i am sorry to say that this is the bad way of deling with customer and this was frist time and last also. I think that whirlpool only think of saling product which is very bad. Please look into the matter if you can.
