I have a prepaid connection. Recently i recharged for 215 Rs and got a service message to pay the retailer Rs 215. But till now it has not been credited to my number.
Also i have deactivated the missed call alert which was enabled by mistake, and still they are deducting a monthly rent for this b**l**it service.

This is Anoop pulakanti.. i recently took a vodafone sim near this koramangala block 5…worked fine for few days…when i recharge it ,std min are shown to be zero…and whenever i try to make any call(local or std), it says “this service requires special subscription…”special subscription for wat? to make a call? obviously the guy ,who gave me the sim ,didnt tell me anything about it…and when i call customer service they r not even responding…what is this? i came here for summer training and will be here only for 2 months..plzz let me know ASAP if can sort it out..else ill thow it out and take the sim of some another service provider…and yeah…plz dont irritate with the petty quizzes…

all bad things said about your custumer care are true. they are syphoning money from account Rs 5 every day,you send SMS as per their advise still money continues to be deducted. you complain again they will tell you they will connect to senior which is ploy to make you tired and disconnect.i waited for 15 minutes still that idiot dint come on line. the phone companiy will stoop to any level to make money.
