    I am a vodafone customer for more than 10 years and I am holding both post paid and
    prrepaid mobile no of vodafone.Most of my family is holding vodafone line.The major problem I am facing in Chandigarh that they are not sending bill in time.Secondly the behaviour of some of the vodafone official is bad.They are not customer friendly and disposal of a token no is usually more than 30minutes.Moreover they are sitting in theier
    chair and customer has to waiste vulable for sinmply asking any information.Today I
    visited vodafone office at Sec 35c at chandigarh for some enenquirey.It takes more than 2 hours to speak to them.Miss Shelija and Miss Megha ,customer care misbehaved with me.
    I am so much disappointed that I have surrendered my post paid number to-day by payine the due amount as on date i.e 21.07.10.

Our company has decided to install the recharging facility system in our plant premises as well as for the outsider customer. In this regard I contacted to your local vodafone office for providing the recharging facility for different mobiles. No body of your employee was telling perfectly who is looking after this area. After 2/3 days I got some information that Mr. Himansu, Mobile no.09776198177 who is the area manager of Rourkela city. I immediate talk to Mr. Himansu for providing 2 nos. of Charging machine for our plant premises. He said, for our company’s goodwill, we will provide 2 nos. recharging machine in free of cost. Now, after passing one month, they don’t take any respond and also not receiving the mobile call. This for kind information for looking this matter urgently.

What stupidity is this????????????? After we pay u grab the money u will grab (very soon) through network connection. I am not able to call the Vodafone care also , because the automated call doesn’t allows to speak to the customer care (this is totally bullshit).

    माझे वोडाफोनचे सीम कार्ड 9823512444 लाईफ टाईम (life time) आहे. मी हा क्रमांक २ वर्षापासून वापरतो. मात्र माझा हा क्रमांक लाईफ टाईम (life time) असतानाही कोणतीही पूर्वसूचना न देता १ महिन्यापूर्वी बंद केला आहे. याबाबत मी आपल्या जालना येथील वोडाफोन स्टोर मध्ये जावून संपर्क केला मात्र तेथील आपल्या प्रतिनिधीने हे कार्ड रेजेच्त झाले आहे, परंतु तुमच्याच नावावर आहे, असे सांगितले. आणि तुम्हाला हे कार्ड पाहिजे असेल तर ते तुम्हाला postpaid मिळेल. माझा हा लाईफ टाईम (life time) क्रमांक असताना आपण बेकायदेशीर रित्या माझा mobile बंद केला आहे. त्यामुळे माझे खूप मोठे नुकसान झाले आहे.
    मी दैनिक तरुण भारत या वृत्तपत्राचा जालना येथे जिल्हा प्रतिनिधी आहे. मला दैनदिन घटना, घडामोडी आणि जाहिरातीसाठी दररोज लोकांच्या संपर्कात राहावे लागते. मात्र आपण माझे कार्ड बंद केल्यामुळे माझे खूप मोठे नुकसान झाले आहे. माझा जाहिरातीचा महिनाभराचा सुमारे २ लाख रुपयांचा धंदा आपल्यामुळेच बुडाला आहे. यासंदर्भात मी आपल्या कंपनी विरोधात कायदेशीर कारवाई करणारच आहे.

    CAN YOU CONVINCE ME TO BUY BLACK BERRY PHONE AGAIN ?

    I purchased new 8320 from Vodafone, Vadodara.

    I had 4 problems. On 16th July 2010 Vodafone, Vadodara took my home for repairs after I showed them proof of purchase.

    Since then I have visited Vodafone store 2 times but I have no news or status of phone.

    Vodafone does not even give a standby nor does extend warranty if the black berry phone becomes defective.

    What do I do ???

    In future I will have to think 100 times before I buy black berry phone if this is the way service back up is handled.

    Please also revert back to me when will I get my phone back.

    Dear Sir,

    We have purchased Black berry phone 8320 from Ms. Cel-link, Vadodara. Copy of the invoice is attached.

    Please note that we have the following problems :

    1. Phone gets hanged during charging in off mode :
    When the phone is switched off and when we put to charging it, the green lamp glows and then after sometime, say 20 minutes, the LED goes off, the phone does not charge at all. When we switch on the phone, the phone will not switch on and the only way to switch it on is to take out the battery and insert it again.

    The phone is not fully charged due to above reason and we have to take out the battery again and again

    This is regular complain

    1. Suddenly the phone hangs : Sometimes I find the phone is hanged and I cannot receive phone calls and sometimes while talking also it hangs.

    While talking with someone, sometimes the phone hangs in between conversation.

    This is intermittent problem

    1. Keys : @, del, enter

    Keys on the right side of the phone i.e @, del, enter, sometimes we have to press it harder to get an action against the left side keys.

    This is intermittent problems and I had taken this phone approx 1 ½ month ago to Vodafone outlet and was informed that phone will have to be sent to Ahmedabad / Bangalore for servicing.

    This is intermittent problem and does not happen frequently. When it happens it goes on for 4-5 days

    I am forwarding the following to you :

    2. Holster
    3. Charger

    Please arrange to get the same repaired within warranty period or please replace this phone.

    I am a vodafone customer from last 2 years when i used to stay in Mumbai. I moved from Mumbai to Hyderabad last month and having trusted the Vodafone brand, i took new sim on 11-08-2010 from a dealer nearby where i stay. He said it will be activated in half-an-hour but it is not done. Then on the next day i went straight away to vodafone customer care nearby where i filled all my details again and given appropriate proofs needed and the guy in customer care center said the same thing that my number will be activated in half-an-hour and it is not done again. Now i am not able to believe you and will not recommend vodafone connection to anybody else

    Forcefully service of rs 23 per week rental plan is activated on my number.

    I called in customer care, on that very day, talked to senior executive, she replied yes i am taking the request of deactivating the service and complaint also in ragards to weaver of rs 23.

    TAT was over of complaint i did not get any solution or any call or sms. After 24 2 days got a call from 02041049900 person named SAMBHA JI told me that as he has checked that service was activated without any information to me, i am eligible to get back the Rs23. And also for deactivation request he told me he is going to send me sms containing deactivation process. Neither he send sms nor i get the amount back, And he closed the complaint with the comment that told to customer that she is not eligible for the weaver and deactivation procedure informed.

    198 is a toll free number it never, never connects, and what to say for 111 it never navigates to the right option opt by me.

    neither anybody is replying as i have also send mail to vodafonecare.mum@vodafone.com

    I am disappointed with the serivce of vodafone. Vodafone lies, cheat and dissatisfied the customer at its best.

    please let me know that is there not a single customer care executive in the tamil nadu circle of vodafone who can talk or understand hindi, our national language. from the last 05 months i am facing this problem and when ever i had complaint through the customer care on 198 i havent got any satisfied reply from your end. i don’t know what is the problem that whenever i had called your customer care cell, i haven’t find any of them who can atleast understand hindi. and when they try to forward the call to their said HINDI Dept. the phone had kept on ringing.     I have bitter experience dealing with Vodafone.
    1. Vodafone is not refunding my ISD deposit amount of Rs 3000/- despite my surrending the Vodafone connection and paying their final bill 3 months back.
    2. Each time you write to their customer care, a different customer care executive writes back stating that they will refund the deposit amount in a month’s time. 3 months have elapsed since my first communication to Vodafone on ISD deposit refund.
    3. More over, writing to their Nodal Officer and Appellate Authority is also of no use, as these Officers do not even have the courtesy of replying to customer complaints / emails.
    4. Vodafone’s “Happy to Help” slogan is a big lie. Forget about helping, Vodafone doesn’t even pay what it owes.

    Any / All help appreciated in getting my ISD deposit back.

    On 9th of September, 2010, I was trying to pay my mobile bill of Rs 279 at double road branch(opp to KSRTC) using my debit card provided by Karnataka Bank Ltd. The cashier Mr Jayaraj swipe the card with an amount of Rs 279 first time, he didn’t get the receipt from the swipe machine. He tried up to four times but he couldn’t able to get the receipt at all. Finally, he told me that this swipe machine is not functioning properly. Then I paid the cash of Rs 270. After few days, when I took bank statement (Pass book entery) I came to know that there was four transaction of Rs 279 happened in my pass book. Then I asked the branch manager about those transactions. He told me that already the amount of (279*4) Rs 1116 is debited from your a/c, we cannot revert back those transactions and also he suggest me to contact Vodafone store. Then I registered a complaint (complaint No 97644652) on 17 September, 2010, at same Voda fone shop where I paid the bill, along with scanned copy of my passbook. Initially they are not taking my complaint but I force them to give the acknowledgement copy. Then Ms Christana take the complaint and give me the complaint No. She told me that we will look into this issue and revert back your transaction within 24 hrs. I went to shop on 18 September, 2010, once again, but Ms Christana was not there, then I asked the concerned lady who sat at casher Mr Jayaram seat, she said that “I don’t know anything about that matter”.

When i approached to the nearby Vodafone store, i was astonished to see the rude and pathetic attitude of the staff and out of no fault of mine i have to submit all documents(identity and address proof again). I am planning to file a case against this incidence( rather harassment) in consumer court and will switch my service provider as soon as possible.

    Just wrote this complaint to inquire about the customer care standards and norms vodafone follows and i will be highly privileged if i am informed with it.

    I wanted to have vodafone services as I always had a perception that vodafone treat their customer nicely but I here would like to let everybody know that my first experience with vodafone was a real pain to me.I got vod no and it took me 3 weeks to get it actiavtaed and that too after being constantly in touch with CCE & Their teritory Manager-HImanshu.Every time i used to call him they said it would be done in another one hour or so but one hour never came for 3 weeks……this is not all,,,,now one bad day I thought of setting caller tune for me.I selected one nice song and confirmation message says some other caller tune has been activated….I was like shocked..I never wanted that cheap song….I spoke to their CCE & he wasnt able to solve that and insisiting me to have that caller tune because as per their system i opted for same song….which in anyways i never did….so i asked him to make me talk to their TL but smart fellow he mademe talk to another CCE whose name was Mukesh….after having heated discussion with him he made me talk to floor manager-Sunny Gulati who again was repeating same pet dialouge…..NOW being a customer do i deserve this…..this is like i odered burger and they served me sandwich….ultimately i lost my 50 bugs for that and now i have made my mind that in near future i would never ever get the vodafone

    vodafone really making the life difficult as i facing because at time to call customer care they try to charge or make the money only and attendant says go again to outlet, why should go there, why? ? ? and on reminder gives the offer to say that you will get 50 minutes talk time it is only confuse or being angry or makeing fool.
    what’s the wrong with that or resolve the my problem as urgently otherwise disconnect my no.

    I lost my mobile and sim on sunday ie 18th of oct. and i applied for duplicate on 19th and they said it will get activated within 10 mins and so i came back.But it was not activated and so i called upon customer care (CC) and they said with in next 2 hrs it will get activated (ie is 19th morning) then also it was not activated and again i called up CC again he gave me the same reply it will get activated before this evening. but in the evening also it was not activated so again i called up CC he said it will get activated before 10 pm today so patiently i was waiting for 10 pm and even till 10.45 i was waiting… but not activated again with full anger i called upon CC and blasted him but he said the same that it will sure get activated by tmrw morning but the same not activated i am fed up with the CC but what to do only one point of contact so again i called upon CC they said we have technical problem so pl visit the vodafone store from where u got the duplicate sim.. i shouted at him and kept the call. As per his request i went to vodafone store today on 20th around 2.30pm and they said it was due to some technical problem it was not activated but now within 45 mins for sure it will get activated. so with full hope i came back. But the time is now 11pm still it is not activated and now one more thing is from my alternate mobile or landline i am unable to make any calls to CC i dont know y?? the call is getting disconnected automatically. so i am very much upset with the vodafone service and customer care- less executive. All false promises….. very very bad..service. This is for your info….

    This has reference to my earlier complaint sent on Oct 18, 2010. Based on the advice of your cust. care executive, I furnished my photo and address proof to your Vodafone centre in Adambakkam (Chennai -88) on Oct 19, 2010. I was called by your excutive Mr. Dennis (on Oct 19) informing that the issue relating to the non-displaying of caller id of incoming calls will be sorted out in 4 hours. But till date it is not resolved. Kindly do the needful inresolving the problem.

    My mobile number is +91-9884294129.

    If this problem further arises, I have no other option but to cancel this number and go for another service provider.

    When i gave complaint on Customer Care that i cannot see the receiver’s no. and name..It is showing as UNKNOWN..I got a reply saying that i did not submitted my documents.Again i got an sms that i have to resubmit it.Since two days i’m trying to call 111 to talk to customer care but im unable to get connected…After dailling 111..then pressing 1 and 1 and 9 again i’m going back to step 1.

    What should i do?If i have not submitted the documents how will i have the bill number?Is it my fault if you don’t have proper faculty who cannot hand over documents to the office?

    Or is it that you wanted your old customers to leave your service?

    If so please tell us directly instead of torturing and troubling us like this.

    Hope to get back the service soon.
